National FFA Week highlights the blue and gold for a week. It's up to Emma Slavens, National FFA Alumni & Supporter to help keep that enthusiasm bubbling year round. She visits with Jill Welke at the WI FFA Alumni's State Convention about how growing that supporter base has changed, and what messages they're offering in 2026. Warmer weather for the southern portion of Wisconsin today, while north of highway 29 can expect snow. Stu Muck says the snow will become more widespread by the weekend. Farmer led watershed groups now dot the state from corner to corner. One of the earliest groups formed was the Yahara Pride Farms watershed in south central Wisconsin. Jeff Endres is a Waunakee dairy operator and the chair of the Yahara Pride Farms group. He tells Stephanie Hoff that he's proud of how they've grown their on-farm demonstrations from 10-12 farms, to now involving close to 80 in real-world demonstrations of how conservation plans work. One troubling issue for this particular group is how big an influence the non-farm surrounding community plays in their nutrient planning. Endres acknowledges that as the population in Dane County grows, finding measurable results from their on farm practicies gets skewed. Cheese and butter prices continue to climb in Chicago, and there are a few motivators that may keep that trend in place. In this episode of iCantCU, I'm finally back after a month and diving into the Ally Solos—new smart glasses from Envision designed specifically for blind and low-vision users. Unlike Ray-Ban or Oakley Metas, these aren't built for social media first. They won't shoot video at launch, but they'll capture photos and focus on accessibility features that actually matter to us. The presale had me tempted, and even though I held off because of past bad experiences with uncomfortable frames from other brands, I may still give them a try with their 30-day return policy. I also share some of the frustrations I've had with my Ray-Ban Metas—like constant notifications interrupting conversations, calls bouncing between devices, and unpredictable dictation. While the glasses can be fantastic when they work (like helping me confirm my Harrisburg train at 30th Street Station), those quirks make me eager to see if the Ally Solos can do better. Today, we are pleased to welcome Cecil Seagle as our guest preacher. Cecil was married to Peggie Hames Seagle for 63 years. Together, they served Jesus' Church as pastor and wife for over 20 years. Cecil led the Florida Baptist Convention's mission division for 25 years. He also served as the Executive Director for the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana for six years before retiring to Florida eight years ago. Since then, Cecil has continued to serve churches as an Interim Pastor and guest preacher. He is, of course, best known for being Mark Seagle's dad!

The American Legion is the largest veteran's organization in the nation and has been a part of North Dakota since 1919. Each year members from across the state gather for their annual Department Convention, where the business of the organization is conducted, and officers are elected for the new year. In 1935, Grand Forks hosted the event, and it was a grand affair.
