This weekend, I invite you to take 10 minutes. Pick one person, or you pick each person in your family or friends, whoever runs a group, but at least pick one person and intentionally spend 10 minutes with them doing something they want to do.

In this episode I'm going to share a weekend challenge that I give a couple of my clients sporadically throughout the year because it's a fun challenge to take on and I hope you will take it on now If it's Friday great. You got the weekend to do it. If it's not Friday, if it's another day of the week, well, I invite you to take on the challenge either this next weekend or tomorrow and the next day so it doesn't necessarily have to be over the weekend It just makes it easy to have it over the weekend, but regardless I hope you take on this challenge and see what it can do for your life And I would love to hear your feedback after the weekend on Sunday night or Monday morning or if it's during the week right on day three after those two days. Let me know your thoughts share it out with me.
