We are revisiting this ever-present topic that is all so familiar in so many people's lives. We discuss our bouts with it and discuss how we deal with our own anxieties. What is "healthy" anxiety? When does anxiety rule your life?  What are some  ways to deal with the mild to severe forms of anxiety?We can only speak on this subject based on our personal experiences, but we hope that it helps you either feel justified in some of your undesirable parts about yourself. We were very fortunate to have about a 30-minute side down with an 11-year veteran of the National Football League, Bruce Gradkowski.  As most, but not all, pro athletes go, he is a very humble and approachable guy that had us to his restaurant "Social" located in Perrysburg, Ohio for this interview.  While the food and cocktails there are excellent, the conversation with this man was even better.  We can't thank him enough for giving us his time, and we think that you'll like what he has to say on "the game," his life now, as well as few other topics you will have to listen to hear about.  Enjoy.
