"A lot of times, you don't want to do it because it's painful. But to get to anything good, you've got to go through something bad. Everything I have experienced has made me unbreakable: push your breaking point, come through the other side of that tunnel, and nothing else can break or hurt you."And ultimately, what surprised him the most from his healing journey was “how many people have been hiding this and how many have expressed gratitude.” He says, “I've had a bunch of people tell me I saved their lives. They were contemplating suicide until they read Unbreakable or heard me on my podcast. Something resonated; they felt they were not alone, and they changed their minds. That's the coolest thing."To learn more about Mindful Warrior and Mindful Warrior Radio, please follow us on Instagram @therealmindfulwarrior and check out our website at www.mindfulwarrior.com.

This week, Bellator MMA Star AJ Mckee stops by to talk about his passion for all things fighting and chasing adrenaline. In this short and fun-packed episode, AJ shares why they call him "the Mercenary". He takes us back to his youth, growing up the son of a professional fighter in Antonio McKee. He remembers being on the mat from an early age, getting into competitive wrestling at the age of 6. AJ talks about how fighting has always just been a part of him, so it was natural that he would sign to Bellator in 2015. Since joining Bellator MMA, he has not only fought but also broadcasted fights. Will asks McKee if he would consider pursuing broadcasting full time, but he says he needs more adrenaline in his life. He then goes into his passion for action sports like snowboarding. Later, The boys share a few laughs as Brock shares a memory about an encounter with Mike Tyson and make predictions for the upcoming Tyson v. Paul fight in July. This is a great episode for any fans of MMA, any fans of AJ McKee or anyone who loves fighting or adrenaline. Check out AJ: https://www.instagram.com/ajmckee101

Chandler's venture into the world of mixed martial arts began in 2009, setting the stage for a career that would redefine the standards of the sport. It wasn't long before his prowess caught the attention of the MMA world, especially during his tenure with Bellator MMA from 2010 to 2020. In 2013, he began dating Brie Willett after emailing for almost two years. Subsequently, they got married in 2014. Their family expanded in 2017 with the adoption of their son, Hap, and in April 2022, they welcomed their second adoptive son, Ace, into the world. The PFL has officially absorbed Bellator MMA in a blockbuster deal made official on Monday morning, and then PFL co-founder Donn Davis joined Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour to answer a lot of the burning questions surrounding it. While the news is certainly big, did Davis do himself and the promotion a disservice with some of the things he said? On a special Thanksgiving edition of Between the Links, MMA Fighting's Mike Heck and Jed Meshew discuss the deal a few days later and what it all means, Davis suggesting PFL now a "co-leader" with the UFC, why Dana White likely isn't worried about it, and how feasible the structure is for the PFL moving into 2024. Additionally, they discuss the Friday's PFL World Championship card, the $49.99 price tag, Brendan Allen's UFC Vegas 82 main event win over Paul Craig, how close Allen is to a title shot, what they're thankful for in MMA, and much more. "Mad" Max Metzgar is a professional mixed martial artist, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, and a self-proclaimed “Mad Man”. Max grew up on the west side of Chicago and was attracted to martial arts at an early age. At 9, he asked his father if he could enroll in wrestling and karate, hoping that it would enable him to defend his younger brother and himself from bullies on the playground. When Metzgar graduated college before the pandemic in 2019, his options for work seemed uninspiring and stale. So, he listened to his heart and began training in martial arts, believing that one day he would be a gym owner and legitimate prize fighter. After becoming the #1 ranked amateur lightweight in the United States, Metzgar signed with Bellator MMA and is set to make his professional debut in the coming months. Go follow Max: https://www.intagram.com/madmaxmetzgar https://www.madmaxmetzgar.com When you're 80 years old and looking back at your life, are you going to wonder if it was all for nothing? Be bold.
