The Elevated Conversations podcast is truly a revelation for those seeking spiritual insights in seemingly mundane subjects. Hosted by Colby, each episode delves into the connection between sports and spirituality, unpacking essential truths and noble ideas through an accessible lens. Colby's eloquent, uplifting, and insightful descriptions of basketball from a spiritual perspective make every episode a must-listen.

One of the best aspects of this podcast is the way it brings together two seemingly unrelated topics and uncovers the parallels and opportunities for reflection. Through thorough research, insightful examples, and historical context, Colby connects sports with spiritual values in a way that resonates deeply with his audience. Each episode is filled with excellent messages that inspire and uplift listeners.

Furthermore, Colby has a unique ability to bring people together through his words in his podcasts, presentations, and songs. His infectious enthusiasm and passion shine through every minute of the show, creating a sense of connection and unity among listeners. The conversations on The Elevated Conversations podcast are meaningful, elevated, and profoundly impactful.

However, as with any podcast, there may be some drawbacks to consider. One potential criticism could be that the focus on spirituality might not resonate with everyone or may alienate those who do not share similar beliefs or interests. Additionally, some listeners might prefer a broader range of topics rather than solely focusing on the intersection of sports and spirituality.

In conclusion, The Elevated Conversations podcast is a true gem for those seeking elevated conversations about spirituality in everyday life. Colby's ability to explore noble ideas in an accessible manner creates deep connections between sports and spiritual values. With each episode packed full of insights and uplifting messages, this podcast is a valuable resource for anyone looking to gain wisdom through virtuous lenses.

In episode 7 of the "Created Noble Series" of Elevated Conversations (episode 34, overall). I bring on a very special guest: my marriage counselor! Also a dear friend of mine, Katrin Modabber, was incredibly helpful to my wife Mallory and me in the early years of our marriage.Katrin was also invaluable in assisting my wife and I with processing the deeply emotional experiences of miscarriage. There were a few key insights, particularly designating a name to the miscarried children, that were so helpful to us in making peace with the grief of losing a precious soul before they could be born into this world. The "Created Noble" album centers on my experiences as a father,  most notably centering on my first born son, Noble.  However, in the process of writing the album, my wife Mallory and I experienced 2 miscarriages (1 before Noble, and 1 after). I wrote Ms. Carry shortly after the 2nd miscarriage. Music and writing has been a powerful way to channel my emotions, and writing the song was very therapeutic for me.With that said,  I felt it was seemly to bring Katrin on as the featured guest for this particular episode. We discuss how we met, what brought her to Phoenix in the first place, how she got into counseling, her journey in the Baha'i Faith, and unpack the emotional and spiritual significance of miscarriage, a topic that is not often discussed very openly.I hope you find find the interview insightful and elevating in nature! The "Created Noble Series" of the Elevated Conversations podcast goes through my latest album, track by track,  bringing on guests who made a significant contribution to the project creatively or inspirationally. You can stream "Ms. Carry" and the rest of the "Created Noble" album here:https://bit.ly/stream-created-noble
