    EOS is an operating system that helps businesses simplify and clarify how they run their business. It focuses on aligning the team on one vision, hiring the right people, and implementing processes. The ideal clients for EOS are businesses with 10 or more employees and around $5 million in revenue. Working with an EOS implementer involves learning the tools and disciplines of EOS, building out the accountability chart and vision, and quarterly check-ins to review progress. An EOS implementer is different from a traditional consultant in that they teach independence and help the leadership team run their own business. The integrator in the EOS model is the person in the business managing the day-to-day operations and driving results.
