Recently, my cousin shared her journey of overcoming jealousy and prioritizing her needs. Some folks might not approve, and that's okay. But jealousy often stems from personal voids, filled with materialism or distractions instead of self-reflection. That's why I created 'A Journey Into Self,' https://bit.ly/3TIUbci a guide for those committed to inner growth. When you focus on self-improvement, comparisons fade. It's about shutting out negativity, setting boundaries, and surrounding yourself with supportive souls. Choosing the right company is crucial for a fulfilling life. Toxic relationships breed chaos. My guide offers a roadmap for rapid self-evolution, sparing you the search for answers online. Here's to your journey of self-discovery and empowerment! Are you hiding your gifts? My mom passed in 2022 from cancer. When she passed, people shared stories about how she had touched their lives. They often mentioned what they learned from her, even though she always felt she wasn't smart enough. But she was incredibly talented—she was a seamstress, could draw, do hair, and fix things by just looking at them. When other parents didn't know what to do with their kids, my mom always had a way. Recently, I found one of her notebooks. In it, she wrote, “What good is a gift if you keep it to yourself?” She explained that we should deploy our gifts, bringing them into effective action. She used the analogy of troops being strategically deployed for a mission. If you're not using your gift, you're on the wrong mission, and things won't work out. She defined key terms: Deploy: Bring into effective action; utilize. Effective: Successful in producing a desired or intended result. Position: A particular way in which someone or something is placed or arranged. Station: Assigned to a specified place for a particular purpose. You're hiding your gift, so you're not in position or fulfilling your assignment. To make the most of your gift, you need to deploy and develop it. This means advancing and promoting its growth, which might require reading, practicing, or even taking a class. My mom wrote, "To bring out the capabilities or possibilities of my gift." I believe we often have multiple gifts that are intertwined with our main gift. That main gift is the primary category, and the others are subcategories. So, let's bring out the capabilities of our gifts to a more advanced state. We have to: 1. Stop keeping the gifts to ourselves 2. Deploy the gift. 3. Develop the gift. #DeployYourGift #DevelopYourGift #LifeLessons #MomWisdom #GiftedAndGrateful --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/qu3en/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/qu3en/support

Being in a healthy relationship involves open communication, where both partners feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment or criticism. Trust is also an essential component, as each partner relies on the other to be honest and dependable. Respect is crucial, as both partners acknowledge each other's boundaries, values, and needs. Finally, showing appreciation for one another is crucial, as it strengthens the bond between partners and reinforces the positive aspects of the relationship. I am not a financial advisor this is what I found on my journey to financial wellness. We all have to start somewhere so I decided to start here. I know there a lot more ways to your financial wellness journey but it has to start with learning what to so with our money to create generational wealth for the next generations. I don't want to only create generational wellness I want to create generational wealth too. Hey!! Do you need help with your wellness journey?? When are you going to start eating better? Are we tired of pop'n pills and getting higher doses no real relief?
00:00 Introduction 00:10 Let's Talk About Personal Development 00:25 Personal Development Defined 01:05 1. Mentally & Emotionally 01:17 2. Spiritually 01:59 3. Improve Relationships 03:31 Professional Development 04:01 I AM NOT TELLING ANYONE TO QUIT THEIR JOB 04:24 Taking Care Of Your Physical Body Hey, my name is Miss Flowers, I started this channel with you and your next generation in mind. After researching my family tree I noticed something common in the deaths of my family members. Most of them died from cancer except one person. He was hit by a car. In 2006 I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the age of 25. After being told by several doctors I was too young to have cancer, I did. I did all the stuff chemo, radiation, surgeries, etc. After one of my surgeries, I bled out into my lung. I needed to have a tube put in my chest while I was awake with minimum anesthesia which meant I felt everything. If you want to know more about my episode with Breast Cancer you'll have to get my self-published book. The link is below. Ok, let us get back to my family tree. At that time when I was doing the research I was fully plant-based because a few years before that I was having stomach problems. I talked with myself one night about what and how I was going to change my problem with my stomach. My doctor at the time only had 2 solutions: a camera down my nose and 4-5 OTC items. I decided that wasn't the route for me. After figuring out what type of vegan I wanted to be I landed on Dr. Sebi and the alkaline lifestyle. With herbs and eating alkaline foods most of the time my stomach problems were non-existent. All that got me thinking I could help others and their families but not just change their food lifestyle, also focus on why we eat what we eat, mixed in with wholistic wellness. We can start with changing our food lifestyle and then move on to the other pillars of wholistic wellness. https://amzn.to/3CltAJb my camera a.k.a. my phone https://amzn.to/3CkEJtQ lights https://amzn.to/3WKlIJo tripod https://amzn.to/3vHqo6V ring light https://amzn.to/3jNe9Dg Yeti Mic https://amzn.to/3GcPJdR samson q2 The links above include affiliate commissions.
