I reference Lindsay Mack and her podcast - Tarot for the Wild Soul, specifically episode 44 "The Soulmate in the Mirror: Exploring the "love" cards in the Tarot".
I start off this episode talking about my experience in France but there is a weaving of the importance of building a relationship with our intuitive voice. The recent attention that Brittany Spears has received is just one example of how the system of mental health is flawed but this episode isn't focused on what is wrong with that system. It is focused on ways we can build, through individual practices, a more aligned life for ourselves and those around us. We can start this month, under the Thunder Moon with a lesson from the Eagles.

After we gain awareness of how our brain pulls us into story we are assisted with the 6 of Swords. This is a reminder that it is helpful to allow others to support us so that we can tend to our inner child's needs. Sometimes this card is about that journey away from harm. Which may include leaving old identities and beliefs behind. Once on the other side, our brain continues to send us warning signs that we may not have what we need. The 7 of Swords is a reminder to acknowledge what type of projections you are making to right that fear. Checking-in with the minds fear helps us to move forward in an open and expansive space.
The 5 of Swords has often been considered a warning card that a battle or bullying is taking place. While that might be true the battle is really going on constantly in our own mind. It might be subtle, sometimes we are not even aware of it, or it is loud and painful. Tina walks us through how the 5 of Swords is a deep card for understanding this process and helping us pull out the threads so that we can re-weave our own reality.

In this episode we do just that, together, in a sacred way while also tapping into the power of the Sap Moon. There are reflective questions to support you and a tarot card to ground us through this time.
Chloé (9) is back, a year after we started this podcast. Her and I (mom) talk about what the past year has been like, including the positives and challenges. I recommend taking a listen to last years episodes to hear the difference in maturity and how we understood the virus back then. As a therapist, I can hear a child that is adjusting to her new world and is not living in fear. Grateful that we have maintained our health through this year and are able to have maintained a few social activities which have benefited our whole family.
