The Shots Fired Podcast is an incredible podcast that I highly recommend to everyone, especially those in or interested in law enforcement careers. This podcast has truly motivated me to be better in life and has provided valuable insights and perspectives on the profession. The hosts, Kyle, Mark, and Billy are not only great role models but also extremely knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Their episodes cover a wide range of topics related to law enforcement and consistently deliver informative and engaging content.
One of the best aspects of this podcast is the diversity of perspectives brought by the hosts. Each host has their own unique experiences and backgrounds within law enforcement, which adds depth and variety to the discussions. Whether it's Kyle sharing his personal story from his appearance on the Mike Drop podcast or Mark and Billy providing different viewpoints on various issues, listeners are able to gain a well-rounded understanding of law enforcement.
Another highlight of this podcast is its continuous improvement with each episode. Starting from episode 1, it is evident that the hosts have put effort into enhancing the quality of their content over time. The episodes have become more polished, structured, and engaging as they progress. It's impressive to see how much the podcast has evolved since its inception.
However, one minor drawback of this podcast could be that some episodes might not appeal to individuals who are not specifically interested in law enforcement or related topics. While the hosts do a great job of making their discussions accessible to a wide audience, there may be certain episodes that cater more towards those within the profession.
In conclusion, The Shots Fired Podcast is a fantastic resource for anyone seeking inspiration or knowledge about law enforcement careers. The hosts bring valuable insights, share personal stories, and provide advice that can benefit both current officers and those aspiring to join the field. With its combination of informative content and continuous improvement over time, this podcast is definitely worth listening to if you want to gain a deeper understanding of law enforcement from experienced professionals.

The caller reported there was a male on the property checking vehicle door handles and refusing to leave. An Aurora police patrol officer responded about 5:15 p.m. Once at the scene, staff members reported the suspect was still on the property and was becoming more aggressive with employees. The officer located the suspect, later identified as 32-year-old Rashad Terrelle Johnson, and attempted to speak with him. About one minute later, Johnson charged the officer and there was a fight. Aurora911 received additional calls from people at the parking lot reporting that an officer needed help. The officer attempted to use less lethal devices to gain control of Johnson. Those attempts were unsuccessful. The officer also gave Johnson multiple commands, but Johnson refused to follow the officer's directions, and an officer-involved shooting occurred. Additional officers responded and provided first aid to Johnson until medical responders arrived at the scene. Johnson was taken to a local hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Johnson died shortly after his arrival at the hospital. The officer also was taken to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries he sustained during the fight.=================================Subscribe to Shots Fired Podcast Here:➡️ YouTube: @shotsfiredpodcast50 ==============Ways to reach the Shots Fired Podcast Team:==============

*(Disclaimer: The content in this video is intended for educational and informational purposes only)* Steuben County, New York — On October 21, 2024, at about 12:40 a.m., deputies with the Steuben County Sheriff's Department responded to a 911 call to check on the welfare of a person at a residence on Angel Road in Cameron. When officers arrived, they encountered 50-year-old Allen Hoad, who allegedly fired a shotgun at the officers, and then went into the residence. For several hours, officers negotiated with Hoad in an effort to get him to surrender. Hoad then left the residence with what appeared to be a long gun and drove his vehicle through a field to a second location. Hoad then allegedly drove his vehicle toward the officers, colliding with one of the police cars. Officers discharged their service weapons in response, striking Hoad as he exited his vehicle. Hoad was transferred to a local hospital where he was later pronounced. Officers recovered a shotgun in Hoad's vehicle at the scene. ================================= Subscribe to Shots Fired Podcast Here: ➡️ YouTube: @shotsfiredpodcast50 ============== Ways to reach the Shots Fired Podcast Team: ==============
