Georgia is the director and part owner of the Fitness Education Academy which is Scotland's longest established, award winning fitness training provider. The company is both family and female owned, specialising in fitness qualifications as well as having their own gyms and luxury fitness retreats. This was easily one of the best conversations I have had on the podcast, I've known Charlotte for almost 18 years...yes, we getting that old. Ellen runs every week, she completed the London Marathon twice in a year, trains 5 times a week and teaches body pump.
