MICRO VS. MACRO: Small Steps Lead to Big Shifts

Play Episode Listen Later Jul 16, 2021 61:34

Our life's story has many chapters, full of more pages than we can count, full of sentences that tell stories with words that describe feelings, with letters that are pieced together to communicate emotions and energy. The days of our lives turn into weeks, months, years…and the story we choose to tell at the end of it all is a reflection of our relationship with time. When we see the big picture, we understand the elements that came together to create it.We all have times that our behavior is out of character from our norm. That gives us the space to recognize others who may be acting out of character—not judging someone on one action, but looking at their life as a whole. We are already capable, we are already enough. We just need to fine tune our skills. We already have access to everything, we need to be present, patient, and prepared so when the opportunity presents itself, we are ready.Focus on confidence and feel more confident. Your internal thought creates an external response.Mindfulness Assignment for the week:First thing in the morning…Take 4 deep breaths. With each inhale become present about what you are aware of in this breath. Take each breath in slowly, with a 4 second count in, 4 second hold,4 second exhale and 4 second hold and repeat 4 times. What are 2 things that define me macro and micro. What micro things can I improve to make a macro difference in the world? share your insights and talents. My intention is to give you mind-shifting strategies that make you feel like your mind is a Zen escape room— a mental sanctuary— so that when things get challenging in the world, you always have a safe space to go, even if it's just one breath at a time. The visualization and breathing techniques here will help you change your emotional state when life feels stressful and allow you to respond more to the circumstances in life rather than react to them. This connection that we make together has the power to change things. I'm setting the intention that this becomes a global energy. I've been working on a global movement for self-improvement, and I hope to inspire and empower you to do the same.JOIN the Spoken Word Yoga Community.  Subscribe to our newsletter to receive updates for new offerings. FOLLOW @spokenwordyoga on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok for Positive Affirmations and information on yoga retreats and global events to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.SUBSCRIBE to Spoken Word Yoga YouTube channel and stream the ZEN DEN SANCTUARY episodes. ELDERS have the awareness that nothing lasts forever.TIME IS THE MOST VALUABLE ASSET WE HAVE. Consider the time is takes to learn a new skill, to explore a new place, to learn a new language, to feel confident in your role in the universe. Time is the greatest teacher.ELDERS KNOW HOW PRECIOUS TIME IS. They will tell you of the heartbreak of regret, the heavy weight of guilt, the importance of taking advantage of opportunity the moment it is presented to us.Our moments are so precious and they are fleeting…The passing of time is the greatest teacher, so their wisdom is the purest offering of advice possible. We all have experienced major challenges, but those challenges were training us, giving us the information to improve, contributing to our knowledge and life experience in a valuable way. When we reflect on these life challenges, the struggle is not what resonates. Certainly, we may feel the pain of the struggle, but what resonates most powerfully is the lesson we learned. Without those lessons, there are many opportunities we would not be prepared for.Patience and wisdom are in a constant dance. Either we move with grace or we spend time stumbling around on the dance floor.Time, patience, and  wisdom are changing the impact we have on the world.Your life experiences are valuable, your interests are valuable, and if you use the tools that you already have, you can improve on those and drastically change your life now and using your gifts is the gateway to your connection and impact on the world around you.Mindfulness Assignment for the Week:First thing in the morning…Take 4 deep breaths. We all have different stress responses. Some people respond with aggression and want to fight. Some were to retreat and run away and hide, and others freeze up and avoid the discussion and topic completely.Avoiding confrontation is one thing if you are actively diffusing the situation, but consistently avoiding leads to resentment.Running away can leave us storing pent up emotions that are like acid on the soul.Aggression leads to guilt after regretting the action taken or the words spoken. We can all learn from our own actions and certainly we might need training to improve and practice to perfect it. Without that initial awareness, we might never actually improve.Use techniques you have to handle stressful situations. Yoga, meditation, breathing exercise, travel, reading, eating, drinking, smoking.Think of all the things that you already do to relieve stress and think about the things you could improve upon. This alone should convince you of your potential to improve and change the impact you have on the world.Fighting or fleeing are signs of hope…that something can change. 1. As time passes, we experience more. Our perspective of the world expands.2. The more we see, the more we are exposed to, the more likely we are to feel the ups and downs. Our work is not to fall down in the downturn and not to float to high when circumstances shift because the balance in the middle is truly the best perspective from which to take it all in.3. The only option is to replenish and rejuvenate and keep creating. When you are energetically depleted and emotionally drained, replenish  the well, fill the glass. POUR FROM A FULL CUP.4. If someone asked you to relive that painful or difficult circumstance, you would be hesitant.  Realize the benefit and what you learned from each experience.5. You would not want to repeat the circumstance, but you were grateful for the lesson. How would you learn the lesson without the experience that prepared you to learn from it?6. We all have experienced the struggles that gave us the tools to work through whatever in our space today.7. Every experience is training to improve and practice to perfect it, but we all have the ability right now to contribute by offering our knowledge and experience in a valuable way to others.8. Think about areas that might have been the most painful, but those lessons gave you the strength to work through anything else that came your way since then. The knowledge that you can persevere through that means that what is to come becomes easier.9. If you have ever said something hurtful and felt bad later, it took your experience to improve the way you show up in relationships. Maybe you learned to be a better listener or communicator by examining past relationships and improving the way you show up in this one.10. Think of all the experiences that have changed the course and direction of your life and then consider what might have happened without those challenges—the lessons might never be learned, and you would have missed out on significant experiences that impacted you and the people you touch.11. This alone should convince you of your potential and how powerful one challenge can be in changing the impact you have on the world…12. EMBRACE THE CHALLENGE AND LOOK FOR THE LESSON. This is the instant way to fill your cup.Mindfulness Assignment for the Week:First thing in the morning…Take 4 deep breaths.      WE CHOOSE WHERE TO FOCUS OUR ATTENTION and where to invest our energy.ANTICIPATION IS AS STIMULATING AS THE ACTUAL EXPERIENCE.BY LEAVING TIME FOR THE MISCELLANEOUS MOMENTS, we actually learn more about what we actually want and are more likely not to settle for less than that because we have explored enough to know what the options are. IRONICALLY, OUR FOCUS ON WHAT WE WANT BECOMES MORE REFINED AS WE GET OLDER, but as we get older, we have less life time to do all of these things. WE GO THROUGH PHASES OF INTEREST AND ABILITY and if we DO NOT do the things we dreamt of, most of life can appear like a series of miscellaneous moments that we did not take full advantage of.WE NEVER GET TIME BACK and there will always be more things to do, but this moment in time is precious. So rather than beating ourselves up for what we did not accomplish, congratulate ourselves on everything we have accomplished.THE THINGS WE ENJOY DOING THE MOST— my suggestion is to start doing them. Right away! Certainly, enjoy the miscellaneous moments, but let them happen naturally while we are actively living our dreams and making every moment count. THINK OF ALL THE THINGS THAT WE HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO— maybe reprioritize if we need to— and do the things now that require the most amount of physical effort now that you have the energy to put in an little extra effort and make the most of this moment, so it does not get filed under the Miscellaneous moments of your life.WE ARE AWARE OF THE MOMENTS OF OUR LIFE and reality is defined by what we choose to pay attention to. Absence of Isolation: Eliminating Isolation

EGO IS THE CENTER OF ISOLATION. Isolation is the perception that I am all that exists, and ego is the center of isolation. The Ego thrives on confrontation. It wants to fight against something, even if that something is the Self. SOCIAL SUPPORT IS POWERFUL, but to receive it, we often have to ask for help. I also believe we have to offer help. If we feel alone, we feel hopeless and are likely to give up.WE ARE NOT ALONE. There is someone feeling the exact same feeling that we are right now. Someone has been where we are right now, and that should remind us to feel the absence of isolation.WATER SHOWS UP IN MANY FORMS, but it is still water. I will suggest love is the same way. Love is expressed in many different forms depending on how the person feels about themselves, processes their emotions, and communicates their love.IF SOMEONE FEELS ISOLATED AND ALONE, their communication of love might be skewed because they are coming from that Ego zone of isolation that thrives on confrontation. For them, confrontation or domination might be their expression of love.NOT ALL EXPRESSIONS OF LOVE ARE HEALTHY OR WHAT WE NEED, but the person usually believes they are acting out of love. WE ARE ALL A DIAMOND IN NEED OF POLISHING. We don’t immediately see the shine. There is dirt, dusk, scratches, and inconsistencies in the surface, but once you clean it off and polish the sides, it shines. WE ARE NOT ALONE. We are all working to shine a little brighter.THE FLAME IS LIKE THE WATER. This small flame can provide warmth, light your home, guide you down a dark path…but also can burn out of control if left alone.WE ALL NEED AN OUTLET. This is why eliminating isolation as an option is so important— we need community. We need to be reminded that we are not alone, so we don’t feel the need to scream for attention, from our Self or anyone else.My intention is to give you mind-shifting strategies that make you feel like your mind is a Zen escape room— a mental sanctuary— so that when things get challenging in the world, you always have a safe space to go, even if it’s just one breath at a time. JOIN the Spoken Word Yoga Community. PRESUMPTIONS PREVENT CONNECTION and expectations rob us of the experience. Think about vacation spots, one place you have always wanted to go but never been. Visualize it. Focus on the details of it. Why do you want to go? How did you first hear about it? Will your preconceived idea about the place prevent you from actually experiencing it? BODY IMAGE. We all have an idea of how we want to look or present ourselves to the world, and this changes over time. Think about your style choices as a child, as a teenager, and as a young adult. Would you make those same choices now? Why or why not?PERSPECTIVE OF THE WORLD HAS CHANGED. We can look at a muscle-bound what we believe is a physically fit physique, but how do they feel inside?A PHYSICALLY RIGOROUS WORKOUT can certainly test our physical strength and endurance, but the true test of health and wellness is measured by our emotional state while in this physical space. What is the use of being perfectly in shape physically while having low self-esteem and criticizing and comparing our body to everyone else’s? On the outside, it looks pretty, but on the inside, the constant judgment and criticism is debilitating.LIFE LOOKS EASY WHEN MATERIAL COMFORTS ARE ACCESSIBLE, but the life lessons come from the challenges of making ourselves comfortable in the most uncomfortable physical circumstances.FEEL FREE instead of judged and insecure.IT TAKES AN AWARENESS of the surroundings to navigate the path to our destination. It's like being in a forest full of trees, or being in one of those mazes built out of bushes that every direction can look the same, without a reference frame for where to go. Maybe that's why we find so much comfort in making assumptions and using preconceived notions to determine our direction and make us feel as though we are navigating a familiar territory. THE WORK IS FINDING THE BALANCE between exploring with awareness without being influenced so much that our perception is immediately skewed, without allowing the assumptions and preconceived notions to prevent us from understanding or exploring the extent of the landscape. We Intelligently and consciously navigate through life, despite knowing the path ahead is often taking us into unknown territory. I BELIEVE THAT CONFIDENCE IS THE CURE — confidence in our ability and our intelligence. We confidently navigate through the unknown, believing that we are prepared for anything that comes along the path. Objectively observe our own thoughts to identify when assumptions and preconceived notions are undermining our ability to understand the entire landscape, not just what we see on the surface. Be comfortable enough in our vulnerability and confident enough in our ability to stand in this space with certainty, knowing that our strength begins with what we allow in this breath and this thought. The visualization and breathing techniques here will help you change your emotional state when life feels stressful and allow you to respond more to the circumstances in life rather than react to them. This connection that we make together has the power to change things. I'm setting the intention that this becomes a global energy. I've been working on a global movement for self-improvement. Examine Our Beliefs: Beliefs Influence Feelings

BELIEF IS ROOTED IN PERSPECTIVE, and perspective is defined by what is true for us.ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE once we believe that we have the tools to make it happen. Metaphysical concepts suggest that we only have the ability to think about things because we perceive them as possible. I’ll suggest that it’s impossible to think of what is not possible without justifying it with a belief that we have about ability or resources needed. We will always fall back to why we believe it is impossible. In fact, we are not able to conceive anything in your mind that is impossible because the fact that we conceive it in and of itself makes it possible.CONSIDER OURSELVES OVERQUALIFIED FOR OUR DREAMS and believe so much in ur ability that it becomes reality.CONSIDER THE OPPORTUNITY that this breath brings and think of everything we have access to in this breath.SETTING INTENTIONS AND GOALS. When working to improve our belief patterns, remember that setting intentions and setting goals all start as thought. Our new and improved thoughts lead to new and improved intentions, goals, and dreams. IN ANY INTERACTION, WE HAVE AN INTENTION. There is nothing we ever speak or do that is not deeply rooted in the intention behind the action. Every interaction begins with an intention. We just have to stop and think about it. All of our efforts in the external, physical world are driven by intention— an intention of how we want people to feel and intention of what we want people to think. The way we dress, the occupation we choose, the car we drive— there is an intention behind all of it, and that intention is often rooted in how we will be perceived by the people we meet. That's the whole reason we speak in the first place: to express ourselves.WE ALL HAVE TO BE AN OBJECTIVE OBSERVER of how we show up in the world. Are our intentions and the quality of our interactions in alignment? What is our intention for communication? Do we show up with the intention to listen or to be heard? Is our intention to get our point across? Or to learn something new?THE BREATH AND EMOTIONS ARE INTIMATELY CONNECTED. Our breath is evidence of our emotional state. Our emotions are written all over our faces, in our body language, in our mannerisms…body movement and breath are indicators of energy.BREATHING IN SYNC TOGETHER IS POWERFUL. Our rhythm is HYPNOTIC. Connection: Tracing One Idea, One Moment, One Action

THE ISOLATION, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY THAT YOU FEEL has already been felt by someone else. There is always someone out there who feels exactly the way that we feel—someone who has been there before and can offer advice. There is always someone in need of the advice that we have to offer. All you need to do is connect with that person to apply to the solution to your own life.WE HOLD SPACE FOR GRATITUDE. We hold space for the people who create the conveniences that we sometimes take for granted because they come so easy to us. Maybe it's the person who let us pull in front while in traffic when they probably didn't have to; the person who cleaned the last public restroom we used; who invited us to come into a space where we felt safe.THE MORE WE LOOK FOR REASONS TO BE GRATEFUL, the abundance flows and it becomes tangible.WHEN WE CAN COMMUNICATE MORE EFFECTIVELY WITH OUR SELF, we are able to build stronger relationships with friends, lovers, and strangers. Communicating with kindness and respect creates the kind of community that we want to live in.THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ALL CONNECTED DOING THE SAME THING WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT. With 7.8 billion people around the world, there are at least 100 million people right now who are having the same thoughts that we do and feeling the same emotions that we feel. They are feeling the same sensations, the same emotions, experiencing the same circumstances to varying degrees, having the same circles of friends who play the same roles who have the same conversations. They think the same thoughts, believe the same things, just in different places all across the world.OUR ACCESS TO THE INTERNET in the midst of what we feel is physical distancing is actually miraculous. When I think about 1918, they obviously didn't have the internet, and most people weren't using telephones until the 1920’s. The only way that they knew there was a problem is when it directly impacted people they know. Imagine how easy it was to feel isolated then, thinking that it was only happening to them, in their community, in their state, without any idea that it was happening worldwide.BREATHING TOGETHER IS SUCH AN INTIMATE THING. To know that your breath is moving in the rhythm of someone else's. If you've ever laid heart to heart with someone and felt their breath it's like their soul seeping into yours. It's powerful. This connection that we make together, this time we spend together, has the power to change things.I hope to convince you that what we perceive in our mind is more real than what we see with our eyes. Meditation Masturbation

Do you seek out pleasure or only receive it when offered? How well do you know your pleasure centers? It’s easy to presume that you have a sensual spot around your neck or behind your ear, or one of the familiar pleasurable sweet spots on the body, but what if there are more pleasure centers that you are completely neglecting. What if these overlooked pleasure centers are actually better than your GO TO SPOTS? I am suggesting that if there are unchartered pleasure centers on your physical body, that there are significant pleasure centers in your mind that you are also neglecting…and therefore you are missing out on pleasurable experiences that would certainly make life more enjoyable. Do you find pleasure with food and the stimulation of taste buds? I often talk about the playground of the mind in that we can focus on anything we choose and guide the mind to find pleasure even in the midst of a circumstance that initially appears confrontational or painful…actively searching for and finding ecstasy instead of agony. Shifting our focus away from immediately identifying a sensation as uncomfortable or painful and finding the benefit and the usefulness of the sensation…this is most easily noticeable during the Yoga practice. The physical body is a playground of sensations and certainly we can identify the sensations that physically feel good…a gentle touch or caress or a massage or stretch of a sore muscle. Have you ever felt your skin vibrate or tingle with a sensual touch? Have you felt the deep muscle release after pressure from a strong massage or the physical relaxation after a powerful Yoga practice? We are having profound physical responses to everyday activities…I believe we should find the pleasure in as many experiences as possible. This is my version of Meditation Masturbation. Body scan: We do this anyway, but most of us pinpoint what is wrong in the body, rather than what feels good. We all know people who complain about physical pain and just listening to them gives insight into how they feel about their body and their quality of life. Instead of scanning the body to identify the pain centers, mindfully identify the pleasure centers.Meditation Masturbation is a journey of discovery to explore and identify what is pleasurable for you. Set up a cozy spot and set the intention to spend 5 minutes in Meditation Masturbation…once you are convinced that you can focus on pleasurable sensations for 5 minutes, try 10, 20, 30….and this pleasure exercise will lead you into a blissful meditation that you can access anytime you choose.

Be kind at all costs, in all circumstances, to all people…because we never truly know how high someone has climbed when they feel good or how far they have fallen into depression or despair. Having a support system might mean the difference between a friend caught in a debilitating depression or their ability to see a light of hope in the depths of the lows. Emotional stability is a slippery slope for most of us…I have noticed that we are all 1 circumstance away from being emotionally unstable…one mis-step, one insult, one injury, one accident, one health scare, one interaction…literally one circumstance away from being unstable…it is all in how we perceive and process the circumstances we face that define the highs and lows of our life. Do we perceive our circumstances as obstacles or opportunities? Do we believe everything is possible or that most things are impossible? Do we focus on doubt or believe in the dream?Everyone smiles when things are going well…we appear happy, content, fulfilled and no one worries about our mental health. We attend social events, we post pictures, and we are actively engaged in our social network. When life feels challenging, we might not express the emotional highs and lows that comes with life’s challenges. Most of us are internally dealing with emotional highs and lows that are never expressed in casual conversation or even shared with our closest friends and confidants.I have several friends who have shared traumatic circumstances with me in confidence, but you would never know the pain they carry by seeing them out in public or while following their social media pages…It is so important to check on our strong friends…the friends who never ask for help, the friends who always seem put together, the friends who never cry or appear to need support…we must check on our strong friends.Regardless of how well we think we know someone, we truly never know how high someone can climb when they feel the highs of accomplishment and perceived success…and we never know how low someone can fall in the depths of despair, depression, or doubt…We all need support…we need a helping hand, an encouraging word, a supportive friend…check on your strong friends. Reach out to them and let them know you are always there…a short text or kind word might mean the difference between someone drowning in isolation and or uplifted by inspiration.Get lost in paradise and find your Self on a Spoken Word Yoga Retreat to Spiritually Significant places across the Globe. Join the Spoken Word Yoga Community at https://spokenwordyoga.com/Follow @spokenwordyoga on all social media platforms.

BREATH CONTROLEvery breath offers the choice between feeling relaxed or stressed…choose wisely.Once we become aware of our breath, it’s obvious that the rhythm of our breath is an accurate measure of our emotional and physical well-being.When we are relaxed, the breath is slow and steady. When we are stressed or angry, the breath is rapid and short. The rhythm of our breath is evidence that the body always has a physiological response to our emotions. Have you ever felt like you had to catch your breath? Like the breath is running away and you must focus to catch your breath…even though the idea of running to catch your breath makes you more anxious…causing you to breath faster and ultimately gasping for breath. We know how vital each breath is, yet most of us never take the time to observe our breath until we have a problem breathing. This breath is the most valuable gift that exists for us right now and the least we can do is honor this breath by creating something magical, even if just in our mind with one thought. This is the first breath of the rest of your life…what will you plan to do with this breath? If you knew that you were only allocated 10,000 breaths for this lifetime, what would you do with each breath? Maybe you would take longer breaths to maximize every moment and get more out of life.Ancient wisdom describes the length and quality of the breath as a perfect gauge for our quality of life.It is easy to feel that a steady breath relaxes the mind and soothes the soul.Lengthen each inhale, slow down the exhale, and enjoy the experience that each breath brings.Make every breath like an event all on its own. Allow each breath to define a brand-new moment in your life.Every breath offers the choice between feeling relaxed and stressed…choose wisely.Get lost in paradise and find your Self on a Spoken Word Yoga Retreat to Spiritually Significant places across the Globe. Join the Spoken Word Yoga Community at https://spokenwordyoga.com/Follow @spokenwordyoga on every social media platform

Think of all of the questions that your experiences have answered for you. Every How? When? Where? Who? And What? has been answered by your experiences. The building blocks of learning start with a question, so there is no coincidence that every circumstance has taught us everything we need to prepare us for this moment. Our experiences are teaching us valuable lessons that lay the foundation for the circumstance we are presented with right now.As children we were encouraged to ask questions, but as adults most of us are apprehensive about asking questions because we feel that we are expected to know it all.The universe is our University. The people we meet are our teachers. The circumstances are the classroom and what we learn becomes the dissertation that outlines all of the research we have done over the years. It’s like our energy in this moment is the thesis of our life’s experiences…every experience is experimental research preparing us for the next circumstance.Depending on how we choose to look at our life and the circumstances presented to us, every experimental experience will seem like an opportunity or an obstacle. We chose to perceive every experience as a gateway opening doors to the infinite or as a hurdle slowing down our progress. The questions that come up are not meant to stunt our growth. The questions are actually giving us access to answers because once we think we know it all, that’s when we are stuck. As long as we embrace the experimental experiences of life and remain in a perpetual state of learning, evolving, and improving, we are flexible enough not to beak when life throws a challenge our way. The best way to experiment is to explore the world by joining a Spoken Word Yoga retreat in spiritually significant surroundings like Machu Picchu with like-minded people exploring their experimental experiences. Confrontational and catastrophic circumstances in life often feel like roadblocks in the present moment, especially if we get stuck focusing on the circumstance as an obstacle. Once we shift our perception to create an opportunity for growth, we understand that the lesson from the circumstance was preparing us for the road ahead. The detour might force us along an alternate route that takes twice as long to arrive at the destination, but with persistent focus we will eventually arrive more prepared to move beyond the original destination. The circumstances and people that are particularly difficult are testing our ability to find an alternate route and, in the process, we train our minds to create opportunities, so we are not consumed by the obstacles. Spending less time focused on the obstacles gives us the ability to break through the roadblocks and forge a new path. When we shift our perception, we see that the painful circumstances taught us about our strength and allowed us to focus on what we truly want. The pain is never a roadblock, it is simply a detour guiding us toward a clearer path of least resistance. The detour offers us the path of least resistance and more strength to pursue our goals with more persistence. Get lost in paradise and find your Self on a Spoken Word Yoga Retreat to Spiritually Significant places across the Globe. When we evaluate where we are in life right now, we are forced to acknowledge that everything that came before this moment has contributed to the present moment circumstance.Imagine the complex network of circumstances and interactions that had to synchronize in order for this moment to happen. A review of the past allows us to reevaluate how to move forward in life to improve and evolve. Set a resolution to gracefully evolve as both student and teacher, knowing that our work in this life is to improve while we simultaneously learn as the student and lead by example as the teacher.

By processing loss in a way that allows us to grieve and grow at the same time, the grief does not define our experience but instead is channeled into consciously evolving with the emotions so we are not consumed by them in the moment. We are the source of the energy in our space and our light can improve any situation. I am not suggesting that we have to be an excessively happy motivational speaker all of the time, but offering kindness and compassion goes a long way to changing the energy around us and within us. We have the ability to enhance the lives of the people we touch, even while we are experiencing loss. The most effective way to gain from loss is to create an improved reality for someone else going through a similar experience. Kindness is a ray of light that can eliminate the darkness of the most difficult moments.

Income is not just financial currency. We receive Income as energy and emotions that fuel what we create as the Outcome. Everything in our lives is determined by what we choose to create Now, so the Now Come defines the value of our Income and Outcome. Yes, I realize I made up the term "Now Come"...but I am suggesting the Now Come creates the foundation to generate Income and create the Outcome that is in alignment with our dreams. In Yoga and meditation we emphasize the value of the present moment, so that the Now is where our power and purpose exist. Our dreams of travel, love, and connection motivate our actions in the present. Our perception of success is too often defined by the Outcome, when truly success is measured by what we invite inside our minds and hearts in the infinite possibilities of Now. Visit https://www.spokenwordyoga.com/Follow @SpokenWordYoga on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TicTok for Positive Affirmations and information on Yoga Retreats and Global events to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.
