OpenAI litigation, most attention has focused on the demand for 20 million ChatGPT conversations. But there’s another issue that’s been largely overlooked: OpenAI’s deletion of two training datasets (Books1 and Books2) and how plaintiffs are not only claiming that’s destroying evidence but are attempting to use that decision to pierce attorney-client privilege.
