Drawing from several of John's 20 books, this episode will challenge viewers to identify “defining moments” in their lives and the impact they had on the internal story we tell ourselves. A defining moment can be positive or negative, productive or destructive. The key is in how we respond to them. Examples include losses of any kind. The loss of a loved one. A difficult divorce or break-up. An injury or illness. The loss of a job. Defining moments can also be positive. A new loving relationship. A significant promotion. A major award. A silver-lining. A blessing in disguise. The internal story we tell ourselves and the beliefs we hold in mind have a major impact on the results we get in life. A sad story delivers more grief. A victim consciousness calls for more pain and suffering. The belief in scarcity robs us of abundance. The mind of a champion brings us more victories, despite occasional setbacks. We all have defining moments in our lives – like a fork in the road. Which way do we go? Up or down? Win or lose? Accelerate or decline? In this episode of The Change Mastery Show, John will challenge you to rewrite the internal story you are telling yourself if it is holding you back in any way. He will also challenge you to create new, positive defining moments by stretching your imagination, letting go of resistance, and working through any fear holding you back. You will discover: How to identify and leverage the “defining moments” in your life. What are some of the most pivotal and memorable experiences you have had that have a lasting impact on the choices you make today? What have you learned from them? Your Internal Story: What do you believe you can and can't do? What is preventing you from living the life of your dreams? How to turn defeat into victory: What does it mean to “Play like a Champion?”

In the premiere episode of The IndiraLife® Show, Indira Dyal opens the conversation at the heart of her life's work: What if you are not your mind? Every day, we try to think our way through life. We replay conversations, worry about the future, question our decisions, react in relationships, and search for answers. But the more we think, the more overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected life can feel. Indira shares the question that changed everything for her: There has to be another way. Through this first conversation, she begins to reveal how the mind shapes the way we experience life — and why real change does not begin by thinking harder, forcing positivity, or becoming someone else. It begins by seeing the mind for what it is. As the thoughts of the mind are released, another part of us becomes available: the Self — the clear, steady presence that knows. This episode introduces the foundation of IndiraLife® and the practice of Connect. Listen. Trust. Act.® You'll begin to see how living from the mind creates one experience of life, and how living from Self opens another. If you have ever felt, “There has to be another way,” this conversation is where the journey begins.

Depression is a state of consciousness that affects around one in 5 people. It is marked by some consistent attributes, feelings of low mood, suicidal thoughts, loss of interest in life’s joys, diminished libido, emotional numbness, excessive crying, unworthiness, persistent negative thoughts, poor focus, creative blocks, isolation, and, for some, anxiety. These symptoms often mirror the spiritual depletion described by mystics. Our energy field can be exalted and strong, sparkly and shining with inner light, giving us a bounce in our step and joy in our heart that doesn’t come from what’s happening around us but is like an inner wellspring of positivity. Conversely if our spirit is diminished, dulled, worn down, the energy centres will not be able to do their jobs properly and the symptoms of depression can manifest. In this episode of Mystery School, Shakti Durga discusses Ignite Your Spirit, a healing modality that has helped thousands alleviate depression. Many experience complete symptom relief, while others find it less severe and limiting. This unique therapy focuses on the spirit and soul to create tangible, real-world change, tailored to your personal beliefs, regardless of faith. In this episode, Manon de Veritch and Dr. Pat Baccili explore what's actually happening beneath the numbness, the impatience, and the quiet loss of desire that so many women in midlife are experiencing but don't have language for. This isn't burnout, it's a transmission. And if you're willing to listen to it, it can lead you to a life of purpose and potential. Most women in midlife are being called toward the third threshold without knowing it exists. This conversation gives it a name. Surrender is also on the table — not as defeat, but as the most courageous act available to a woman who has held everything together through sheer will. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.” The subconscious mind – the “habitual” mind – is over one-million times more powerful than the conscious mind. This means that we spend a substantial amount of our lifetime on “autopilot,” playing out the latent mental programs that govern our behavior. The subconscious mind is so vast and powerful that we do not even know what it is thinking or capable of. It truly runs our lives – whether we know it or not. Before inviting new voices, organizations, and community leaders into this space, we take time to ground the show in its deepest values. This pause is intentional, honoring the foundation we've built and ensuring that what comes next is rooted in integrity, alignment, and purpose. As we move forward, it feels essential to intentionally connect with local partners who are living these principles in real and tangible ways. This next phase of the show is about creating space for organizations, educators, mentors, and community leaders to articulate how their work aligns with the ideals of Spiritual Justice — inner peace expressed outwardly through service, accountability, and collective care. We want to hear how these values show up in classrooms, youth programs, justice systems, and community spaces — not as concepts, but as daily practices. This evolution also creates a bridge for our listeners. Many of you have shared a growing desire to move from reflection into action — to take the inner work you've been doing and express it meaningfully in the world. By spotlighting real organizations and community efforts, this show becomes a connective thread, offering tangible pathways for engagement. These conversations are not just stories to be inspired by, but invitations to participate, volunteer, mentor, support, and serve in ways that feel aligned with your own purpose. Ultimately, this episode marks a transition — from internal exploration to collective embodiment. It is an invitation into integrity, responsibility, and shared purpose, where Spiritual Justice is no longer just something we talk about, but something we actively live, together.
