Living a good life but feeling slightly out of sync? In this episode, we explore hidden dissatisfaction, the push and pull between gratitude and wanting more, and why that unsettled feeling may signal growth, not failure. The first version of the Rezzimax was a handheld device that uses vibration to fine-tune your nervous system, was a great start to help thousands of people. Soon, feedback came pouring in from people suffering from conditions like TMJ, stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and more. Using the device for just a few minutes a day was helping to drastically reduce chronic pain for many people. That was not enough. We knew that if we could perfect the Tuner, we could help so many more individuals learn to live our motto: "Tune Out Pain. Tune Into Life." So today we have the Rezzimax - Tuner pro2.

In this sixth episode in our series on Winning Every Living Day™, we have now entered the Fire Horse Energy of Intense Challenges and potential Transformations. In this time of awareness, when we can let go of everything that no longer serves us and step into our new self, ready to embrace our authentic and newer way of being, I introduce the idea of Resiliency to focus on! As women, this is our time to step into our power and feminine way of BEing! Let's start February 2026, let's focus on Resiliency to be one of our guiding lights this year. Life is not always fair; it can sometimes be downright unjust and undeserved. Some people start out life with a whole host of challenges, difficulties and disadvantages while others seem to be born with a golden spoon in their mouth. Where each person winds up, in the long run, is often a combination of outer resources, goal setting, inner drive, hard work, focused vision on a dream, mentoring and support. We want to support all women to Win Every Living Day-focused on the Dream that they would love for their life. Along the way, when we have old wounds, hurts, and traumas to heal, one mindset that can help guide our course is Resiliency!

The hiring team did their job: Ensured qualified candidate sourcing (at least 3); Provided thorough and adept interviews and background reviews; Engaged solid background checks; Incorporated a business psychologist's perspective; Participated in robust team discussions of candidates individually and comparatively; and made a consensus candidate choice; Yaay!!! Now, the chosen candidate needs to contribute to great business results and align with cultural standards. That's the real challenge!

We will discuss Does goodness make you weak? Is goodness a lost art? So many people are confronted with goodness being considered “weak” but why is that? Time and time again we are shown that being a good, kind person makes you weak and easy to walk over but that is to make you feel a certain way such as that being good is bad, that being good makes you a target for those wanting to take advantage but why do you think that being mean, nasty, etc. makes you strong/powerful. What is the point of making you think that being mean, nasty, etc. is better than being good? I have learned that good and bad are based on each individual in what they think is good and/or bad. Your idea of it is different than mine so you must define what each means to you. Not what you have been taught or seen but what you yourself believe. Just because people act sweet or kind does not always mean they are good, the same for being mean or nasty does not always make you bad. We are allowed to be and experience both, but it is up to the individual as to how they show up and respond to others, reactions are instantaneous in the moment and doesn't always reflect whether the individual is good nor bad. No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite. Man's goodness is a flame that can be hidden but never extinguished.” - Nelson Mandela.

A skills-based organization (SBO) uses a dynamic system, that includes AI, to continuously map and update people's skill and role requirements.. SBO's outperform companies that remain focused on job titles because they can achieve better workforce agility, quicker role staffing, faster redeployment in reorganizations or crises, and more fluid internal ability. This is because AI surfaces transferrable skills and inferred skills (from a person's background, behaviors, and experiences). These skills-based systems actually increase the chances for employees to take on new roles or promotion opportunities because of decreasing needs for external hiring. So, SBO employees tend to be more enriched, engaged, and loyal (IF THEY'RE WILLING AND EQUIPPED FOR RAPID ADAPTATION AND CHANGE IN LEARNING AND APPLYING TRANSFERRABLE AND NEW SKILLS)

This episode explores the often-unspoken weight that comes with leading work rooted in youth, justice, and community transformation. As the show prepares to welcome more community leaders and organizations, we pause to examine a core tension many values-driven leaders carry: how to hold responsibility for real impact while navigating systems that prioritize numbers, outputs, and metrics over lived experience and human change. This is not a conversation about burnout or isolation, but about discernment—how to lead with integrity when success is measured in spreadsheets, yet transformation is felt in moments that cannot always be counted. Together, Eric and Dr. Pat reflect on what it means to stay grounded, accountable, and spiritually aligned while stewarding work that asks for both heart and rigor. This episode also sets the stage for upcoming guest conversations, offering listeners a clearer lens through which to understand the complexity and courage of leaders doing this work on the ground. It invites reflection on how we define impact, how we balance inner clarity with external accountability, and how we ensure that what we measure never replaces what we value.

There are times when individual emotions merge into something larger: an atmosphere of fear, reactivity, or escalation that seems to move through communities and conversations alike. In this week's Mystery School, Shakti Durga explores the phenomenon of collective emotional merging—what she refers to as “blobbing”—and how it operates within mass consciousness. She speaks to how the mind and emotional body can become hooked by shared fear, disrupting clarity, compassion, and wise communication. This episode offers insight into restoring inner sovereignty and how to disentangle from collective turbulence to return to grounded awareness.

Nothing speaks more to a changing world than our own mind and body. We are designed for change; we change every second of every day—naturally. If we choose to resist change, we fight nature and interfere with the innate flow of life. This is why John avoids the term “anti-aging.” When we fight aging, we age faster, grow tired, and give power to the very things we do not want. In this episode, John offers tips on how to relax into the "flow" of life to improve your quality of life—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Now in his mid-60s, John shares how scientific measures recently placed his “internal age” at just 33 years.

A beginner's mindset, called shoshin in Zen Buddhism, is about approaching life with openness and curiosity. In this episode of Get Big Out Loud, we explore what it means to reclaim a beginner's mindset not as a philosophy, but as a practice. We talk about what it costs us when we stop being curious, and how choosing to be a beginner again can lead to growth, self-awareness, and creativity.

After nearly 20 years as a recruiter in Corporate America, I've watched the job market move in clear, repeatable cycles — ebbs and flows, budget freezes and hiring surges, election years, contract awards, and the ripple effects of government spending that job seekers rarely see from the outside. In this episode, I explore what happens when logical, left-brain career strategy meets creative and spiritual right-brain insight. Yes, I help people strengthen résumés, navigate job board algorithms, and position themselves competitively - but through Ascending Dawn Doula, I also bring an added layer to career consulting: a soul-informed review of the birth chart, paired with numerology. Astrology offers clear indicators around career, reputation, legacy, and long-term fulfillment - through placements like the Midheaven, Rising sign, Sun, Moon, North Node, and Chiron. These pieces tell a story not just about what someone does for work, but how they're meant to be seen, what they need to feel fulfilled, where growth is calling, and what kind of contribution their soul is here to make. Numerology then helps determine whether a particular year supports bold change, quiet preparation, or consolidation. Rather than replacing practical strategy, this approach blends structure with intuition - honoring effort, timing, and soul alignment. I also share how I gently gauge openness in career consultations, meeting people exactly where they are, whether they're deeply analytical, spiritually curious, or somewhere in between. This episode is an invitation to stop forcing outcomes and start making informed, aligned career decisions by engaging both sides of the brain - and the full picture of who you are.

What happens when a deep red moth appears out of nowhere… follows you for three days… and lays her eggs on your hand? In this unforgettable encore episode of Weird Real-Life Stories, Gina Gayle Gray shares one of the most intimate and mysterious spiritual experiences of her life — and Dr. Pat joins her to decode the deeper messages hidden within. Together, they explore the symbolism of the moth as a messenger of transformation, guardianship, and rebirth — and draw surprising connections between Gina's lived experience and the legendary moth goddess Mothra from the Godzilla universe. Dr. Pat takes the conversation into deeper realms, exploring the myth of Mothra. Born in 1961 (just like Gina), Mothra is no ordinary monster — she is a symbol of life, protection, feminine power, and rebirth. Often seen as a guardian, a nurturer, and even a mother to Godzilla himself, Mothra's mythology mirrors Gina's real-life experience in uncanny ways. Could this moth have carried a message from beyond the veil? Was she a sign from Spencer? A Spirit midwife delivering new life — or a reminder of cycles still unfolding? What does it mean to be chosen by Spirit? Why do these encounters defy logic but feel undeniably real? Tune in to hear how weird becomes sacred and REAL, how Spirit keeps sending messages of synchronicity, soul talk, and sacred mystery… and remember: Spirit is always speaking — in ways you never expect, but are REAL. This episode is a conscious pause — a moment to reflect on where we've been, name what we stand for, and set clear intentions for where we're going next. Before inviting new voices, organizations, and community leaders into this space, we take time to ground the show in its deepest values. This pause is intentional, honoring the foundation we've built and ensuring that what comes next is rooted in integrity, alignment, and purpose. As we move forward, it feels essential to intentionally connect with local partners who are living these principles in real and tangible ways. This next phase of the show is about creating space for organizations, educators, mentors, and community leaders to articulate how their work aligns with the ideals of Spiritual Justice — inner peace expressed outwardly through service, accountability, and collective care. We want to hear how these values show up in classrooms, youth programs, justice systems, and community spaces — not as concepts, but as daily practices. This evolution also creates a bridge for our listeners. Many of you have shared a growing desire to move from reflection into action — to take the inner work you've been doing and express it meaningfully in the world. By spotlighting real organizations and community efforts, this show becomes a connective thread, offering tangible pathways for engagement. These conversations are not just stories to be inspired by, but invitations to participate, volunteer, mentor, support, and serve in ways that feel aligned with your own purpose. Ultimately, this episode marks a transition — from internal exploration to collective embodiment. It is an invitation into integrity, responsibility, and shared purpose, where Spiritual Justice is no longer just something we talk about, but something we actively live, together.

In this episode in our series during the month of January, I thought it would be helpful to discuss the sacred role that parents play in their children's lives. The raising of children is often the sweetest, most challenging job we will ever have. It is a 24/7-365 day a year job. There are many sweet moments and there are also moments of significant exhaustion, especially when we are stretched from all sides without relief in sight. We give so much to our children! As Moms, we are the Health Managers of the home and are often seen as the nurturers and caretakers of our family; Dads are often the supporters and protectors of their family. In many families today, both are working fulltime and then come home to their most important, more than full time job. It can be exhausting. Join me for my next 6-week Workshop: “Creating Optimal Resilience in Pregnancy” Which will take place every Thursday, Starting January 22, 2026 through February 26, 2026 from 7:00-8:30pm EST; 6-7:30pm CT; 5:00-6:30pm MT; 4:00-5 :30pm PST On ZOOM. I recall attending a seminar where the recruiter-presenter was talking about the importance of cultural fit in hiring the right people. When I asked him to define culture, I got a lot of mumbo jumbo, not a clear enough definition. Shortly after this seminar, I saw a culture definition that made sense: Behavior that is tolerated and Rewarded/Behavior that is Frowned upon and Punished. Most of the CEO's and business owners I've met, read about, and heard say that cultural fit is the most important factor in evaluating potential hires. As a talent evaluator for over 40 years I have understood why. The vast majority of reasons people are successful or fail relate to the right or wrong culture fit: “The manager is really good at resolving problems at the peer level.” “The manager always needs a boss to solve inter-departmental conflicts.”

The "no regrets" part of the phrase adds a layer of personal commitment to the year's potential. It implies:Embracing the Moment: A resolution to make the most of the opportunities presented by the new cycle and to live authentically.Learning from the Past: Moving forward without dwelling on past mistakes, instead using them as lessons for growth.Decisive Action: The intention to take bold steps, even with the risk of failure, and to trust one's intuition, ensuring that decisions made are fully owned. In essence, "2026 as a one year and no regrets" is a powerful personal mantra for a period of bold, intentional self-reinvention and new beginnings, encouraging individuals to seize the year's fresh start and live it with courage and authenticity.

Dr. Pat Baccili and Celeste Emelia Mattingly share their journeys of transformation, reinvention, and the sacred humor that keeps them evolving. Together they explore what it means to “bust the crust,” re-vision their life's work, and stay better & brighter — on purpose.

Healthy, positive relationships are essential for a healthy, positive life. This universal principle applies to all relationships, including work, family, friends, the planet, and our own bodies. We need healthy connections. So, stop and ask yourself: How do I feel when I think about my relationship with these things? Is there anything troubling me? Do I feel drained when I am around some people or doing certain things? Should I be working harder and making sacrifices to get along? Now, ask yourself: Do I like all music? All books? All food? All animals? Chances are, you don't. The reason for this is that everything has an energetic frequency – people, animals, books, songs, food, everything. So, if you do not feel good with certain people or in specific situations or places, it is because your frequency does not resonate well with those frequencies. This is like trying to like a specific song or genre when you simply don't! It doesn't matter how hard you work at it or how much you sacrifice to “get along.” The fact is you are not a good match. This leaves you with a choice. Either accept the disharmony and live with conflict or make a change and find a better match. Keep in mind, this does not mean there is anything wrong with the other person, place, or thing. It simply means that oil and water don't mix well.
