Things will go wrong, you will be challenged, and many things will evolve and change on your journey. Embrace AND expect lots of learning opportunities instead of letting fear drive perfectionism in your efforts. Be okay with “done, not perfect.” See the actual effort and your strength in doing/achieving “just enough” for now. The most profound and permanent changes happen slowly, so stop trying to rush the process or wishing things were “done” already. I recorded this episode on Aug. 9th, 2023, my official 5-year anniversary of fasting.
