LESSON 309I Will Not Fear To Look Within Today.Within me is Eternal Innocence, because it is God's Will that It be there forever and forever. I, His Son, whose will is limitless as is His Own, can will no change in this. For to deny my Father's Will is to deny my own. To look within is but to find my will as God created it, and as it is. I fear to look within because I think I made another will that is not true, and made it real. Yet it has no effects. Within me is the holiness of God. Within me is the memory of Him.The step I take today, my Father, is my sure release from idle dreams of sin. Your altar stands serene and undefiled. It is the holy altar to my Self, and there I find my true Identity.- Jesus Christ in ACIM
MIRACLES FOR YOU Sondra Ray & Markus Ray on A Course in Miracles
What the ego would like us to believe is that "sin" is real. It has faith in "sin.” Sin is accompanied with guilt, and guilt demands punishment, therefore the ego fears this punishment. But the real fear is that we would look within and find there is no sin. This is the ego's real and paramount fear. Embracing our spiritual truth we would look within and see who we are as God created us. This would be sane. The Holy Spirit's purpose is to be certain of our holiness. Grace, Peace, and Happiness are the result. We join our brother in this inner sanctum of freedom to experience the reality of Heaven within us. We have a desire to join with our brother and see our sinlessness. We are free of the ego's madness because we see it is not real and has no consequences.
The quality of relationships is the best predictor of overall life satisfaction. Happiness in marriage is not about luck or finding a soulmate, but about seeking wisdom and personal growth. Marriage exposes our limitations and immaturities, providing an opportunity for development and maturity. Psychological maturity requires developing a sense of self and living according to our values. As children, we borrow our sense of self from our parents, but as adults, we need to grow ourselves up. Immaturity in relationships leads to control or feeling controlled. People-pleasers seek validation, while controllers seek power. Change requires a fruitful reason, truthfulness, and accountability.TakeawaysThe quality of relationships is the best predictor of overall life satisfactionHappiness in marriage comes from seeking wisdom and personal growthMarriage exposes our limitations and immaturities, providing an opportunity for development and maturityPsychological maturity requires developing a sense of self and living according to our valuesChange requires fruitful reason, truthfulness, and accountabilityValues Course “Sync Up: Aligning Values & Vision For Lasting Love” is now available! As believers, we should regularly look inward and examine ourselves. People examine and check their jobs, organizations, health, resources, and status of everything else. Zac is an active duty green beret, co-founder of Look Within Official and mindset/fitness coach. His childhood was a rough start. From a broken home to his grandparents kicking him out on the street. Fate connected him with an unlikely mentor that housed him until the day he joined the Army. On this journey he was led to becoming a green beret and opens up about what that took along with all he learned. Additionally, he coaches men to become stronger both mentally and physically. On top of those responsibilities, he is now both a husband and father which gives him even more purpose to pursue all that he does. There is a lot to unwrap here so be sure to check out this episode to hear it all. Grateful for you and your friendship my man. Until next time.

Every year, I've been doing a give-back campaign to different mental health organizations in an effort to bring awareness to this topic and spread the word about the importance of normalizing discussion and breaking the stigma. This year - I will be doing a give-back on Bonfire.com (campaign link coming soon!) with all proceeds going back to Mental Health America. I encourage you to research the theme that MHA is promoting this year - "Look Around, Look Within". I will be cross-sharing their important tips, tricks, information and ways to get involved. They're also partnering up with LL Bean to promote 500,000 hours of OUTSIDE time! Why? Because getting outside is SO GOOD for our mental health. Participants are encouraged to go outdoors and log hours of fresh air. You can learn more about the challenge here: https://mhanational.org/llbean. In addition to the information above - another important discussion I want to bring to your attention is listed below: For Maternal Mental Health Week (May 1-5) Gemma is going LIVE on Instagram with @shannonrwatts and @poojalakshmin on May 5th at 10:00 am ET.Shannon Watts is the Founder of Moms Demand Action and they will be discussing maternal mental health in America and how to take care of yourself when the world is too much. I shared more of my heart a few weeks ago about the senseless violence in our country and how it all feels like too much. This will be a GREAT mental health conversation to tune into for more perspective and powerful thoughts. Throughout the month of May - I will be sharing as much as I can from my personal experience, but also other important conversations, articles and information being shared all over the map. as we As a mom of 4 and woman who has managed my own level of mental health struggles in my life - I want to be a voice that shares "it's okay to not be okay" and it's OKAY to reach out for help, support and resources to help you. The more we share our stories and talk about the things we manage mentally and emotionally - the more we normalize the big, deep feelings we have as humans. Please know you are never alone. I'd love to hear from you and connect further on our stories.
