Addressing and ending veteran homelessness is more than an obligation, it is a responsibility. Roughly 37,000 veterans throughout the country lack permanent housing, of this some 14,000 are unsheltered on any given night. The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans is launching “The Road Home” podcast with a series covering affordable housing for veterans. Tune in as we discuss several projects across the country, housing best practices and how affordable housing availability is critical to ending veteran homelessness.
