Part 2 of the pod with Renee Novello is back. We micro-dosed with her in the first episode of this series - and now we are exploring the ideas around self worth and how this new tool allowed her to be more present and in the moment with her work, her family and herself as she tapped into a deeper state of self-love, self-care and self-worth. Mental Clarity and Well-Being Breakthroughs don't have a one size fits all solution. It shouldn't. That's the truth. Renee is no stranger to the pod. We spoke last spring about our journey's through mlm land, human design, lessons from our mats and so many other things. Today she joins me in episode 1 of 3 to discuss her path to discovering micro-dosing and the freedom she has found in her daily life, parenting, lifting her out of depression and a new mindset shift that she never would have discovered without the power of the plants. Here we go. Episode 1 of 3 coming atcha!
Unable to conceive. No real resources to be found. Feeling alone. I didn't know what to label this one - but I think knowing the full story (as I know it from Casey) it really is her journey to, through and in motherhood. But not just motherhood - Motherhood with complexities. The real motherhood story that so many of us do not discuss with each other. In this episode, Casey will share with us her journey with miscarriage, exploring IVF, almost giving up, the moment she decided to not give up, The path through and so much more. In the final talk with Coleen we talk about transitions and being --- (wait for it) PRESENT. How we hold on, go fast and forget to be in the middle. Often times called the "messy middle" and I think we need to just remove the messy and talk about it being "present"and all we know. Well, here we go. Let's dig in one more time with the delightful Coleen as we share this crazy fun conversation on transition. Coleen can be found on instagram: @Coleen_Clement
It's our second chat with Coleen in a series of 3. We sit down to discuss the idea of somatic wisdom. We hear all the time how the body knows more than the brain. In fact, it seems like this far fetched concept until you start to really pay attention and listen. Our bodies are "walking libraries" designed to lead the way. We can look at it as stored trauma and we can look at it as stored wisdom. Listen to this great discussion around how to navigate what the body is sharing with us as a pathway to the heart - our very own GPS. Balck/White. Right/Wrong. Good/Bad. Happy/Sad. For years we are taught to distinguish between things and label it one way or another. AND what if we can hold space and allow for both sides to exist inside of our bodies and minds to allow for a full experience? Another great series of conversations coming at you with Coleen Clement to bring us into the somatic experiences that will allow us to be free and clear of judgements that prevent us from being our whole selves.
Annnnnd we wrap it all up. Discipline. What's the end goal and what do we want for ourself? How do you get from point a to b. Behavior on how you spend money is an intentional daily practice - and it's a one that we so often dismiss and over look on the way to where we are going. Balancing living in the present - and working towards our futures is a tough subject that takes a lot of courage and tenacity to engage in. Check out the final episode in this 3 part series!
We continue this great conversation about money and boy we go deep. Judgement. Pain Points. Trust. Why Angela founded Valkyrie. Her desire to help people. What's the story vs the real pain points. My gosh - it's so intertwine with mindset, personal belief systems and emotions. Once again, we are tuning in to a second part in the three part series where we talk M O N E Y. And no, this isn't just for entreprenuers - this is for us ALL. Follow Angela: IG:@msangelagoodman @vvg_consulting FB: Angela Goodman
Money. It's a topic y'all - and it's a conversation that is so necessary. Get ready for a series of conversations with Angela Goodman, Profit First Money Consultant, Entrepreneur and woman on a journey with her own healing. I am lucky to call Angela a friend - and you will soon hear why. Money runs deep. Our wounds, our beliefs and often times - our health. Yes, our health. How we take care of ourselves, think about ourselves and love on ourselves is often times a big missing piece of the dialogue around our money "issues". I can't wait for you to dig into this one. Something that I always was "afraid" to do was start/stop - out of fear of judgement. However, as I mature in myself (not necessarily age) but in truly owning my own energetic blueprint - I could actually careless. These days, I'm just doing more of what makes me happy and if that means I start something again that I said "never again" to - then so be it! So, here we are, a new cycle of podcasting. Who knows for how long - but right now, it feels damn good! I'm happy you are here! Let's go!
Olivia Howard is more than any "title" I could assign to her or that she might be known as. I say this every time - but you need to listen to Olivia speak. I'm releasing this episode as is - even though her sound cut's out - I toyed with re-doing it - but what she offers is so rich, it was so in the minute and she's truly magical. Will you believe that she's only turning 30 here in a short few days? We talk evolution, not attaching to the tools but using the tools, how COVID time was a blessing and how she found herself. The importance of the passing of her grandfather and well... take a listen.
Renee Novello, Empath, Intuitive Channel, Human Design Reader and Guide - we sit down and talk about what success looks like? Shoulding, or Shouldn'ing. Rejecting the status quo - wanting to be in the stuff, but also not so much. We get into Human Design (of course). We talk about being in pursuit of "earning" our place here in this world and the burnout. What the journey has given to us and taught us. We talk about unspoken and implied expectations and well... just take a listen. Peak into this magical beings world. Check her out at www.reneenovello.com and follow her on the IG: @Renee_Novello.
Oh Hey - We're back - a month late, but who's paying attention. Only me, just me - I'm the only one who knew my plan was to relaunch season 4 last month. But here we are 1 month out - yup just me. Episode 1 - Season 4 is my 50th birthday musings. I talk about giving less Fucks - and when we decide it's true. Access to all the information we now have readily at our fingertips and not forming attachments to them. What is success? Breaking up with my family before it was "en-vogue" and so much more. A quick 15 minute episode to celebrate turning 50, becoming and well - season 4! Let's GO!
On today's episode - Jen opens up, cracks open her chest so we can see, hear and feel her heart. No stone goes unturned in this conversation. In fact, I feel like we should have a part 2 - because I know for a fact - there is a lot more. From losing her dad, to her whole identity through a divorce that rocked her Soul - Jen takes us on the journey of healing her relationship to self, her past, her mom (seeing her in a whole new way) and love. I know you'll love this episode. I do!
It's one of those stories you feel honored to hold space for and honestly - I didn't even feel ready to have this conversation. Kathleen brings such a delightful steadiness to this conversation that it makes you feel empowered and ready to do whatever it takes - including - slowing down, taking risks and pressing in on deep faith, trust and hope. Kathleen's journey is one that I hope you will embrace with an open heart and head and one that will leave you smiling from ear to ear as you learn about her, her power and her softness.
Vicky Noufal is by far one of the most inspiring and influential women I've had the privilege to know from a far in my local community. Her story touched my family long before we met and her continual ability to inspire through sharing her unfiltered raw story is by far one of my most favorite things to see. I was honored to sit with Vicki as she told her love story and how it continues to shape the way she works, lives, mom's and loves. I hope you too will find inspiration in her words. Vicki is a leading real estate agent in the northern Virginia area and runs a community group on Facebook: Leesburg Moms (private group you can request to join) Where she shares inspiration, stories and all things up lifting.

What's your purpose? What's your dharma? These two big questions keep us cycling, spinning and well it can make you go NUTSO! What if you are already naturally doing it - and you don't need the job, the house, the fitness routine to prove it? Coleen and I sit down and talk about this big idea. How a lot of times we get lost in the searching and literally it's right there under our nose the entire time. Looking outside to find what is already inside. Note to self: Just go be that, just go be that way. Tune in and let us know what you think!
Allyson Blaine is no stranger to the pod. We have heard from her before - back in season 1. She's also no stranger to having to dig in during uncomfortable moments. This past year was no joke for most of us - but as a new(ish) Small Business Owner - who adopted someone else's store+ identity - the work was deep and well - personal. Ally dug in on a personal level to find growth, inspiration and abundance on a professional level. Using the tools offered in our Masterclass program + learning about being a Projector (which was key) - She and her partner rebranded, relaunched, reimagined ALL that could be - and gave their store a SOUL. Tune in and listen to this fun talk and part of our SHIFTED series. Ally is the owner of Neighbors: A Local Market in Leesburg VA. You can find out more about the store and all they are up to: https://www.instagram.com/neighbors.lbg/
Breakthroughs. Vision Boards. Expanders. Inner Child. Shadow. Wake up at 3am and drink green juice. Meditate. Practice Yoga. It's all so overwhelming and most of the time, the Wellness/Personal Growth world makes all of this sound so unattainable and quite frankly - unachievable. In a world where now everyone is a self proclaimed guru of the secret to success, we can feel lost and even overwhelmed at the thought of doing some of the things. In this episode, Marcia talks about her skepticism all things with some of the new age tools that are now available to us to work with. To layer on to all of the already overwhelming tools. She really digs into WHY she has fallen in LOVE with Human Design, why it feels much different than all the other tools out there and how you can use the secrets in your unique chart as a way to decode all of the tools out there, how to use them that makes sense for YOU - For this is not a once size fits all world - and the secrets are found in your chart! Take a listen. To grab your chart: www.myhumandesign.com To set up a full reading with Marcia: https://www.marciahoffheins.com/human-design
Want to talk about running shoes? Messing up a good Bananabread? Don't care ? Ok skip the first 40 seconds. Maybe skip over the banana bread rant - Or listen. Because somehow this simple chat is ironically relevant to the conversation. A little talk with my dear friend Coleen Clement and some thoughts on Breakdowns, Breakthroughs, Manifestation and MORE. We talk about everything from too much baking soda in banana bread, FOMO, 0 drop sneakers to our own inner dialogue around overwhelm. You will hear us talk about things like "authorities" and "specific or non-specific" manifestation. If you want to learn a little bit more about that - check out https://www.myhumandesign.com/get-your-chart/ to grab your own chart.
