We're Julietta and Graciela, and we're sooooo excited to invite you into our Cacao Conversations—your weekly dose of heart-opening chats, all served with a warm cup of cacao. You'll feel like one of the family during this podcast where we speak frankly, and humorously, about some of life's big questions. We share wisdom we've picked up along the way and wonder out loud about lots of life's mysteries. Whether we're diving deep into transformation, laughing at life's quirks, or simply talking about the weather (which is, like, a much bigger deal at this age, isn't it?!?), you get a front row seat to our sometimes crazy, mostly spiritual and always authentic lives. From sweat lodge ceremonies to sweaty teen socks, we cover it all. So, grab your favorite mug, fill it with cacao and join us for some profound laughter. Cacao Conversations is about empowering you to remember who you are and step into the life that feels authentically yours. How do you embrace imperfection in your healing journey? We've all been there—wanting to “get it right,” to heal perfectly, to check all the boxes and finally feel “done.” But healing isn't linear, and it definitely isn't perfect. In this episode, we're pulling back the curtain on what it really looks like to embrace imperfection as part of the journey. We talk about the messy, non-glamorous parts of healing that no one posts about on Instagram, the magic of showing up as you are, and the deep liberation that comes from letting go of unrealistic expectations. We'll share our personal stories, the missteps that taught us the most, and how we learned (and are still learning!) to love ourselves through every phase. If you've ever felt like you're “failing” at healing, this is your permission slip to breathe, laugh, and keep going. So pour your cacao, drop the pressure, and let's celebrate the beauty of being a perfectly imperfect work in progress—together. Your cup is ready. Your journey is waiting. Let's sip, chat, and transform—together. Find out more at https://www.bodyandsoulevents.love/ Hey! Thanks for listening! In this VERY personal episode of Tami Talks: Unscripted Healing, I open up about my new relationship—three months in and already pulling back layers I thought I'd healed. After 2.5 years of healing alone—separating from a past relationship, parenting, rebuilding, and reconnecting with my inner child—I was finally at a place of peace. Or so I thought. Then love showed up. Not the fairytale kind. The real kind. The kind that gently (and sometimes not-so-gently) holds up a mirror to the wounds I was still carrying. My abandonment wounds. My people-pleaser. The voice that still whispers, “You'll never be good enough. You are such a burden.” This episode is vulnerable and full of reminders that God and the Universe send us the exact people and moments we need—not to break us, but to help us break open. You'll hear how I learned to stop projecting my pain, take ownership of my healing in real-time, and finally understand the difference between being a burden…and being a gift. ✨ You are not too much. ✨ You are not broken. ✨ You are worthy of love that sees the real you—and stays! During a recent retreat I led for my business coaching clients, we had the opportunity to do a deep dive into visibility avoidance.  We discussed this phenomenon that happens when we want to grow in new ways, but the prospect of heightened visibility holds us back.  Sometimes, when we take steps into higher visibility opportunities, we are excited by the outcomes.  But, shortly after the perceived win, we feel a sense of vulnerability that pulls us back to our pre-visibility zone of comfort, and we determine that pre-visibility space is the safer or more appropriate place for us to stay for the time being.   Visibility can be wildly uncomfortable.  It can bring up a lot of thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in which we create swirling narratives that are more harmful than helpful.  When we get stuck here, we stunt our own growth.  We shrink ourselves.  We play small.  We allow ourselves to tap into only a fraction of our full potential.   In this episode, we explore the concept of visibility avoidance and highlight the common underlying self-limiting beliefs that hinder your personal and professional growth. I talk through how specific thought patterns undermine behavior patterns, keeping you accepting less than the best for yourself.  Then, I give you simple steps for overcoming visibility avoidance that will allow you to strategically increase visibility through small steps over time, allowing you to reach those goals you've been dreaming of in a way that feels exciting and rewarding!  This episode will help you recognize the payoffs of stepping into your full potential when you do it in a way that feels safe and aligned with who you are and where you want to go.  Episode Highlights: 00:00 The Magic of Expansive Time 04:14 Understanding Visibility Avoidance 12:03 Overcoming Self-Limiting Beliefs 16:18 Strategies for Increasing Visibility 24:47 Embracing Vulnerability and Growth Links Mentioned: Hire me to speak: saradean.com/speaking Coach with me: https://saradean.com/executive-coaching-services Connect with me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/saradeanspeaks Interested in becoming a sponsor of the Shameless Mom Academy?
