If you've ever felt like you outgrew your old life (even if it looked “successful” from the outside), this one will hit home. We're kicking off a new era of This Feels Important - one rooted in aligned ambition, embodied truth, and the kind of power that doesn't come from hustling harder… but from coming home to yourself.

This conversation has been a long-time coming. And we're excited to push this out to the airwaves. Kari and Tory bring on Christi Myers, the Founder and CEO of Flow Integrative, a ketamine psychotherapy practice that helps clients deal with mood disorders and substance abuse. Launched in 2020, Flow Integrative is currently a pilot clinic for the first psychedelic insurance company.  Now before you think this episode isn't for you, please give it ten minutes. We promise if you start this episode, you will have to finish it. Christi addresses the uncomfortableness with the word psychedelic. She explains why humans are drugs and how we can do drugs better from a practitioner's perspective. Christi talks about her passion for helping the help and offers something that you will contemplate for the rest of your life. Also, have you ever met your nervous system? This episode is a great starting point. Connect with Christi on Instagram.  In this episode, Kari and Tory explore: What ketamine is and who it's suitable for. How ketamine is being used to treat severe depression, PTSD, and even suicidal thoughts. The difference between psychotherapy and ketamine therapy. How the legalization of more psychedelics will make better treatment options available for conditions such as depression, PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and fibromyalgia. How ketamine allows you to shift perspective by disengaging from the limbic brain (the part of the brain involved in our behavioral and emotional responses). After Tory saw this guest at Dr. Joe Dispenza's retreat, she knew they would connect on this podcast. And it might be the most important conversation this podcast has had yet.  Dr. Joe describes Monique as one of his super human geniuses - a normal human doing supernatural things. It took multiple cancer diagnoses to bring Monique to this work. Along with the documentary Heal, Monique went on a long journey to learn about the healing ability already inside her. But at first, healing herself seemed harder than sitting through a chemo treatment. Then a scan showed stage-four metastatic cancer despite rounds of radiation and chemotherapy, Monique knew it was time to try something different. And meditation became her medication. This is Part 2 of a two-part episode exploring Monique's journey that she describes as her “mystical experience.” In this episode, Monique goes all in. This is the first time she has shared her full story publicly. So get ready!  Monique teaches why you can't have a bad meditation and why YOU have to be the most important person in your life. While the exact practice might look different for you - Tory likes to journal and Kari likes to practice in her mind - these 6 steps will create manifestation magic in your own life. So if you are tired of the gurus telling you that you must meditate for 3 hours every day to achieve success, then come along for the ride.   This is about building a relationship with your mind and body. Grab a journal or take a screenshot of the steps below and get started today. And be on the lookout for the future, stunning journal Kari and Tory are creating that will have all these prompts ready each day!   Create your own manifestation magic: What is it that you want? Name the thing (be specific). What is what you want giving you permission to feel? Get into a space of gratitude, however you can (there are no rules). Recap and dream into past manifestations. Move into a state of belief. Be an advocate for your own energy. Dr. Jordin Wiggins wants to create wellness around sexuality. She sees the lack of pleasure as a problem. Half of women have experienced or will experience sexual dysfunction in their lifetime. It's time to normalize it and do something about it. Jordin shares why our reproductive-focused sex education sent us down the wrong path, why lack of pleasure is probably not a hormone problem, and share practical ways to step into your pussy power (whether you are with partner or not). Kari, Tory, and Jordin also discuss how to create generational pleasure for your kids and how to overcome and change your sexual imprinting.  Pleasure isn't a nice-to-have. If you focus on pleasure first, it will help in all areas of your life. Consider this a reclamation of pussy power. It's time for a sexual health re-education! Jordin will get you started on your pleasure practice in this practical, mind-blowing, supportive, and loving episode.
