He’s been in the educational field since he graduated high school and has served as an instructional assistant, substitute teacher, teacher, dean of students, and assistant principal. He started his journey in California then moved to Arizona with his wife and started their family in the desert. After 11 years in the dry heat, he picked up his family and off they went to Texas, to a much more humid environment. He loves helping those who help our students. He currently supports teachers with all of their EdTech needs in the classroom. This includes troubleshooting, planning lessons/units with teachers, modeling lessons for teachers, and providing professional development. In addition, he’s presented at various conferences in Arizona as well as FETC. In addition to this, he is also a foodie and loves to cook and chow down on food of all sorts. He would much rather cook at home with the family than eat out at a restaurant. He is in no way professionally trained in the culinary arts however, he learned at an early age that the kitchen is nothing more than a laboratory where experiments are tested and conducted. Sometimes they are a success and sometimes, you throw up in your mouth! These two passions have come together in his EdTech Bites podcast. He gets to share these two topics with the world on a weekly basis. He believes that the best conversations are had at the table then you break bread together.
