Greetings! In this podcast I covered everything I heard and could write down from the Florida Baptist Convention 2021 and the preceding Pastor's Conference. They were both God honoring, Christ centered, and unity focused! It was awesome and inspiring to me to see so many men and women unified together by the tie that binds, Jesus Christ! Listen into this podcast to get my take on some of the sermons and decisions that were made. There were MANY great sermons and all of the business that was handled went very smoothly! There was no doubt in my mind that Florida Baptists are unified together for and by the Gospel! And what you'll find in this podcast is a summary of explanation of all that took place during both of these meetings! So please watch/listen and enjoy! Dr. Tommy Green, Executive Director-Treasurer of the Florida Baptist Convention preached on March 1, 2020 at First Baptist Church of Orange Park. This was our "Freedom Sunday" where we praised God for all he has done and for leading us to be debt-free as a church. This moment was a fulfillment of years of systematic, generous giving made possible by God. It was not a "Finish Line" however, but a "Starting Line" for continued global ministry for God.
