A quiet game for Najee Harris. The offensive line wasn't good, but Cordarrelle Patterson seemed to have an easy time with it. It's now the second consecutive year that another RB has outshined Harris. He's a hard runner – he's not soft – but he's also not near the great player we all expected. Are the Steelers going to regret not being 4-0 as the Ravens heat up? PM Team Professors.

Harping In Place IX (again) I've been in the throes of moving into Senior housing for the past 2-1/2 months. My present apartment (with its nerve-wracking pervasive 120 Hz hum) runs interference on my ability to create music, and I haven't been able to play anything new, so here is another one of my favourites from during the pandemic. I'll be in a new apartment soon (next week) which I hope will be conducive to playing again. In this week's study, I continue in Chapter 14 beginning with verse 2. Also I go in a rant over the new middle school which promotes LGBT only students.Fox News network sending money to the LGBT agenda as well to the Satanic whistleblower per whistleblower.Governor Newsome taking Scripture out of context to promote his abortion stanceThe Fifth Vision "In Heaven"14:1-5. The Lamb and the 144,000. The Fifth Vision in heaven is very brief. It is another Episode, telling us of those who will have come through the great Tribulation, and have been caught up to Heaven. It is part of the larger Episode, and is parenthetical. The previous vision on Earth has told us of those who were slain because they refused to worship the Beast or receive his mark. Those who were for death, had been killed; and those who were to be kept alive, have been kept alive (13:10). The worshippers of the Beast received his mark; and those who refused to take the mark of the beast, BUT received the mark of the Lamb (Yahshua Messiah) and of His Father in their foreheads. This seems to point to the 144,000 sealed ones, of whose sealing we read in chapter 7. They had passed unharmed through the judgments of Yahweh, and through the persecutions of the Beast.Remember as we start this Chapter that as Christians, we have that Seal of Yahweh within us (Rev. 9:4). So keep your utmost faith in Yahweh and know His Word. Don't listen to man's tradition, but Yahweh's true Word! “Know His Word personally on the earth”In our last study we began this Chapter 14 with John now in his 5TH Vision which takes place in heaven. There John sees the Lamb and the 144,000 with the Father's Name written in their foreheads. In the second verse we have the Heavenly voices and the singers. This again shows the Vision to be in Heaven. So the lamb was standing on Mount Zion, we read. And we also see that with him is the 144,000 having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads.2. And I heard a voice from heaven = Showing that the scene is laid in heaven, but that John in the vision was on the earth. As the voice of many waters = As the sound of the ocean, or of a mighty waterfall. That is, it was so loud that it could be heard from heaven to earth. . Other words “People” as in Rev. 1:15, 19:6As the voice of a great thunder = As the loud sound of thunder. And I heard the voice of harpers = In heaven:Harping with their harps = Playing on their harps.3. sung = Greek, “sing.”new song = (Rev. 5:9, 10). The song is that of victory after conflict with the dragon, beast, and false prophet: never sung before, for such a conflict had never been fought before; therefore newfour beasts = rather, as Greek, “four living creatures.”144,000 = That only the 144,000 Jews could learn this song suggests that the particular praise expressed in this new song is specific to them. redeemed = literally, “purchasedDon't end up like those in Hosea 4:6 ‘My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God (Elohim), I will also forget thy children.'But, be like those in 2Timothy 2:15 ‘Study to shew thyself approved unto God (Yahweh), a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.' This week's episode features another whole-show conversation, this time with Daniel Hannan, the writer, blogger and Conservative member of the British House of Lords. Charles and Daniel chat about William Shakespeare, the subject of Daniel's fantastic piece in the most recent issue of National Review. On the table are whether Shakespeare invented the modern human, how Shakespeare wrote his plays, why the Japanese think Shakespeare is Japanese and the Germans think Shakespeare is German; and whether some of Shakespeare's work is too unbearable to watch.Additional note: The man that hath no music in himself / Nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds / Is fit for treasons, stratagems and spoils / The motions of his spirit are dull as night / And his affections dark as Erebus / Let no such man be trustedThe dial-up tone in the introduction was recorded by lintphishx and is used under a CC 3.0 License.

Real mixed bag this week. We did some things right (confirmed the station, introduced ourselves, didn't leave delay on the tracks), we did some things wrong (goad the listeners, mispronounce artists, forget to mention last week). But looking past that, it was an otherwise great show. Paul Graham Essays: Readalouds and Discussions with Amara Ventures
Good and Bad Procrastination is a fantastic essay by Paul Graham written in 2005. Long before Tim Urban's TED talk - Inside the mind of a master Procrastinator came out, this is one essay that spoke of how procrastination plays a huge role in one's life. Contrary to the common wisdom of staying organized and keeping a tab on the To-Do list, the essay makes a case for forgetting 'small stuff' if you can put your brain to better use. Harping on the difference between creativity and productivity, the essay is a must-hear for everyone. The essay reading is done by Minal Desai of Amara Ventures, an angel investment firm in India.
