What killed Kathy Wangler is known. Kathy, a wife and mother of two, was found dead from carbon monoxide poisoning in her upstairs bedroom on September 4, 2006. What is not so clear is how this happened. Some believe it was a tragic accident set off by a faulty water heater inside the home. Others believe it was something more sinister and calculated.Sources: 1) https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/15657786/kathleen_s-wangler2) https://www.oxygen.com/dateline-secrets-uncovered/crime-news/mark-wangler-convicted-of-killing-wife-kathy-with-carbon3) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lima,_Ohio4)https://www.reddit.com/r/TrueCrimeDiscussion/comments/1bi8jxs/did_ohio_anesthesiologist_mark_wangler_gas_his/ 5) https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ohio-killers-son-wife-continue-innocence-crusade/6) https://casetext.com/case/state-v-wangler7) https://www.cbsnews.com/news/did-ohio-anesthesiologist-gas-his-wife-to-death/Support the show

Brian, Blake, and Richard are back for Episode 539 of the Chasing Tone Podcast - Hello Kitty, the ground-breaking Wampler Catacombs, and how guitars work! Richard has made a rookie error and ended up buying a new guitar and tells the guys all about it while Brian thinks of a new knock off product he can release. He has also got a custom wiring harness from the amazing Gun Street Wiring and is very excited.Wampler released their latest DSP based pedal, the Catacombs, and so Brian and Richard talk about the 2 year+ development process, the science, and the mean things the people of YouTube have said. Richard made a dad joke and explains how the new Syntax switcher was made to be “Brian proof”. In order to get the exacting reverb sounds Brian wanted the team at Wampler had to enter new territory by reverse engineering the sound of impulse response models and Brian is very happy with the results. The worst dating site ever is unveiled and there were some queries about a new pedal. Finally the guys weigh in on the debate about Guitar Magazines - they are closing down fast and this may or may not be a good thing for us players...listen to the very end for a MASSIVE pedal hint.Good luck - I'm British, Gotoh, The Bearded Butcher, Disney mistake, Wangler pedals, Notafuzzbender, Black Friday details, Image enhancement...it's all in this week's Chasing Tone!We are on Patreon now too!Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/chasingtonepodcast)Awesome Course, Merch and DIY mods:https://www.guitarpedalcourse.com/https://www.wamplerdiy.com/Find us at:https://www.wamplerpedals.com/https://www.instagram.com/WamplerPedals/https://www.facebook.com/groups/wamplerfanpage/Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCdVrg4Wl3vjIxonABn6RfWwContact us at: podcast@wamplerpedals.comSupport the show
On September 4, 2006, Kathy Wangler, wife of anesthesiologist Dr. Mark Wangler, died from carbon monoxide poisoning in their home in Lima, Ohio. Their thirty-year marriage had been falling apart; three years later, in 2009, investigators came to the conclusion that Dr. Wangler had murdered his wife. November 22, 2023 ~ Former Michigan QB John Wangler joins Paul W to preview the Michigan/Ohio State game on Saturday.

When Mark Wangler's wife, Kathy, dies from carbon monoxide poisoning, he tells investigators he believes it was the faulty water heater. There was just one issue. The water heater and every other appliance and fireplace in the home seemed to be in working order. Tune in as Elysia deep dives into this complicated case of marital woes, pilot lights, unusual soot markings, and a questionable 911 call. Meanwhile, Savannah questions both state and defense evidence and discusses how she will haunt her fiance. Join the conversation! Find us on Instagram and Facebook! I don't know about you but when I first started climbing..creating a first ascent and developing a route was something my regular climbing partner and I would fantasize about—looking out the car window on long road trips for any rock formation that might have been untouched, a prize yet to be claimed. However, like most of you, I am sure, I was too enthralled in actually climbing to take the time, money, and focus to become a route developer. With climbing being so accessible, and there being over fifty thousand published routes on Mountain Project between California and Canada alone, it is easy to just enjoy climbs and forget all the work it took to establish them. Today, our topic is route development and we get to sit down with a local climber and route developer here in Reno, his name is Colby Wangler. In our conversation, we talk about how Colby found climbing and what lead him to become a route developer, the ins and out of the route developing process, and how Colby both developed and climbed his first own 5.13. We cover how we, the majority, the people who get enjoy the work of others, can support, maintain, and give back to the areas we love so much. And finally, we talk about a potential dark side to this amazing sport we call climbing. Please rate, review the show, and share this podcast with your friends. Wangler, another CT hiker whom Stiffler met on the trail, joins the podcast along with the Exiled Michigander. If you've ever contemplated hiking the Colorado Trail, hearing our magical and transformational experiences will hopefully tip you into the “yes let's try the CT” camp.

When your spouse brings killer gas into your room, usually it means they had some rough Mexican food for dinner, but in this case it was odorless, tasteless and colorless and quite literally a killer.
