Bijna een vijfde van de capaciteit is uitgeschakeld. Ook waren zowel de Fed als de ECB somber over de vooruitzichten. Iets dat gevolgen heeft voor het rentebeleid. Zo denkt de Fed dat er nu minder renteverlagingen aan komen. En dat heeft gevolgen voor de beurs. Alles bij elkaar zorgde het voor sombere gezichten op de beurs.
