Prior Mayor Bass coming into office as Los Angeles City mayor the Roofless people epidemic was already present and the housing agency LAHSA had been in operation with contracts with the cuty-county and given funding for over billion dollars. When LAHSA supposedly did homeless counts they said they counted over 300,000 people homeless. They were awarded over $500,000 people to housed the Roofless but the roofless residents of Los Angeles were able to go during the Winter months to contracted homeless Winter sites from the months of October to March and then they return back to their encampments instead of getting permanent homes although affordable apartments were being built. Maybe a few people got placed through mental health agency or just looked in their own for housing. But there are different sizes of families and categories to place people in housing from single, persons, seniors and families but they could fit in multiple categories. Most of the affordable apartments built don't have large enough units that have large families. Large apartment units need to start being built from four bedrooms to eight bedrooms so large families can lease adequate space and still be affordable. Because there are housing programs such as HUD that will pay up to seven bedrooms. Permanent housing is not paying rent but can be homeownership but without having foreclosure on mortgage and default on property taxes. Affordable apartments need to start out affordable and increase rent gradually. People are relocating from the USA to other countries to live in cheaper homes. So that could be an option for some that have relocated to Costa Rica and Egypt because of cheaper housing for $300 to $600 a month and that's the rental range affordable apartments should start off. FDA Affordable Housing rural areas could be an option because they own their own utilities, homes, land for those who want to. Some people prefer renting. But California discontinued mortgage insurance so buying a home may not be worth it. Roofless people who came from other parts of the states that had disasters like Hurricane Katrina were transported to California and that added to the homeless population when those people got housed temporarily in shelters, motels or never permanently housed. LAHSA never discussed really how much money they paid people directly for utilities, rent, security deposits. There are people who were referred to vacant homes or under construction locations and were scammed. Los Angeles has a registry of vacant homes that roofless people should be able to occupy. Banks have closed permanently in California as well and many more to follow. Even President Trump has his own currency and his wife Melania we are in an era toy literally need your own money in the form of digital currency

By California Family Law Dawn is entitled to half his royalties and permanent spousal support she should appeal her divorce. She doesn't need to get a job.

The most POWERFUL vocalist from Envogue Dawn Robinson is homeless in California and been sleeping in her car like many other celebrities in California and she's not the only one. Dawn deserves permanent spousal support and needs to go back to court to appeal her divorce decision and not get a job. Because by California Family Law legally she is supposed to be at her husband's level financially after marriage. She doesn't have to get a job she's a singer who's made many people money including him. He was on YouTube bragging and talking about how he makes $500,000 a year. Dawn needs to go back and get lifetime spousal support and royalties even if her ex husband remarries. She doesn't deserve to get a job her job and gift is singing.

Well it is written that when it comes to God there is no one before him or after him. So to sit in front of a man who's last name is God and who looks at himself as an image of a God who I'm sure is an African American Native American as well from Detroit that's a platform that should have been studied. He replied, God spared my life and he wants me to be president and it's all about God because he's in this. There is something bigger than myself. A country should have someone that leads it that believes in God. Kamala Harris abortion rights wasn't strong enough. There are many Americans that have gotten pregnant and had multiple births at once as twins, triplets, quadruplets and more but they are unregretful parents. Their babies is there blessings. This episode is about Florence Ballard the Founder of The Supremes is the real biological mother of the Jackson Five and Janet Jackson. Back in the early 1960s during a television interview with The Supremes Diana Ross mentioned that Flo had a rumor of having six children but Florence never objected to that rumor because it was true. It was never stated that Katherine Jackson and Joe Jackson were the aunt and uncle of The Jackson Five and Janet Jackson it was the entertainment industry best kept secret but that secret is revealed in the tell all book written by Akashi Media Podcast Live Producer and Host Variety Chenevert who is known as the daughter of Florence Ballard born Rosalyn Nichole but her name got changed to just Rosalyn by a guardian but she was recognized and known as The first Janet Jackson that joined her brother Michael Jackson at the 1975 American Music Awards. She's the one that strut her stuff across stage dress like a mini Supreme Child her identical twin Denise who was her replacement after she was taken back to Detroit to live became JANET JACKSON who is now the Icon Janet. Florence Ballard was supposedly fired from The Supremes but she really went on maternity leave in June 1967and gave birth in December 1967. Her son's became The Jackson Five at Motown with a record deal in 1968 and their real biological father Abraham who became a band mate with Funk band LTD in 1968. Florence Ballard died in 1976 but her Detroit never had her son's Marlon, Michael, Randy, Jermaine and Tito and Jackie in her will they were replaced by Gail Chapman's daughters Michelle Denice, Lisa Sabrina and Nicole Chapman. But Nicole Chapman took Rosalyn Nichole identity for payment. Florence Ballard never attended her guardianship hearings in Detroit for her own daughter Rosalyn Nichole aka Janet Jackson. Florence Ballard son's and her daughter Rosalyn Nichole aka Janet Jackson weren't in their brother's Michael Jackson WILL either and they immediately felt it was a fraud will. Rosalyn Nichole had three guardians on a guardianship Detroit case but never lived with any of them she was at home alone as a latchkey child after Diana Ross brought her back to Detroit from Los Angeles where she had been living with her mother Florence who wasn't in Detroit upon that return. Their father Abraham James Dean was a composer and he composed and wrote the Jackson Five hit songs including The Love You saved. A Los Angeles homeless woman from Detroit by the name of Paula Bryant was scammed by a fraud landlord and obviously other organizations and resources in the Hollywood area. Paula was staying at the homeless shelter in Los Angeles in the Hollywood area Path located off Schrader Ave and had a slip and fall and had to be taken to the hospital during her time in the hospital during recovery she lost her shelter bed. The shelter didn't save her bed for her. She was transported from the hospital to a nursing home for further recovery. She obviously never had a personal injury attorney to look into her case or circumstances. The Circle team showed up and was referred by the Hollywood LAPD to talk to PAULA BRYANT at the Durant library on Saturday February 17, 2024 regarding giving her a referral to a woman's shelter in Hollywood after she went there on her own and they told her she needed a referral for emergency shelter. The Circle Team said they were unable to assist her but they did have he photo of Paula Bryant on their mobile phone supposedly from their CES system. Paula was taken to a house in Los Angeles under construction that had no trespassing signs and under demolition. Another woman was there while construction contractors were working on the home. Paula was scammed out of her Michigan Id, her social security card and her SSI money of $1,000 she got $190 in food stamps and the woman left her $20 for the month. They also requested her birth certificate and supposedly reached out to Paul's family in Detroit for her birth certificate but they never responded. She said the alleged victim stole Jermaine's car after he told her that she couldn't drive it. She took his car keys and his car and left anyways. Jermaine discovered his car was gone out of the driveway and drove to her house to get his car back and Rosalyn was with him when he went there. Jermaine knocked on the door and he came in with his sister Nichole Rosalyn and the alleged victim was there with her husband and Jermaine told her husband that your wife took my car. She told her husband that he gave it to her as a gift before Jermaine arrived to the house. Jermaine told her husband I never gave her anything she stole my car and I want my car back. Controversy has been steamy since Icon Billionaire Own Entrepreneur Oprah Winfrey hired Taraji Henson for The Color Purple. What has happened here and what is really going on with nominated Oscar Actor Taraji? Why does she have a production team separate from the film production team? She says the people on production needs to get paid and she's always taking home 50% less because of taxes. First of all, film production companies are a tax exempt entity so they don't pay taxes they get incentives. Second an actor is considered a contractor and they pay their own taxes but they have an option to request for taxes to be taken out. Third, how Taraji never seems to know what she's going to be making? It normal film production ethics a production company sends a letter of intent with an interest to hire the cast or actor at that time their representation will follow up with their star and letting them know the role, the production, give a script if available and information about pay. Taraji on the other hand must doesn't have a representation that brings her all the information regarding the production up front. They are just talking for her and just agree to any amount. But what's strange about her reps, talent agency etc is that they know she's a big star and she should be that $20 million dollars per film actor that she wants to be. How come they are not negotiating a higher bar of pay for her if that's going to be more money for her talent agency or personal manager? Something is off with her contracts. Her contracts sounds like a recording deal contract. However, assumption is that The Color Purple was shot during the Sag Strike and usually no pay is the same in any career during the strike. Taraji Henson is not alone in getting paid low acting gigs. However at the same time her pay is not 6 cents checks like the Oscar winner actor from Pose who is now homeless. None of the other complaining actors are taking home 6 cents checks and homeless but could be. The Pose actor is homeless with HIV. Just when you think your doing bad someone else is doing worse. But what demanding actor is going to stand up for another star to get paid. Sounds like the strike needs to be back on or these actors need new representation. Whenever an actor wants more money they have an option to become an investor in the production? Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry and Spike Lee have tight network where they own their own production company and are billionaires and are employers. They are actors too. But how much did Quincy Jones pay Oprah for The original Color Purple? What is it that Denzel Washington have to do to become to expensive for Spike Lee to hire after doing multiple Spike Lee Joints? How did Denzel and Jamie Foxx and Will Smith become movie moguls? Did they become investors in film productions. Will Smith has had riders for productions for special requests of accomodations. Taraji doesn't sound like she ever has a rider unless it's to have a separate production team from the film production. It might be a good option to exercise the network of these movie moguls who keeps their square tight to ask questions how can a low pay Oscar nominated actor get on? Get to where they are? So, the Homeless that will be willing to take Real Estate classes and become a Real Estate agent and broker and Real Estate developer should. Her 37 year old daughter Krystian Blue was called today and told that her husband Gerard died two years ago and No one called her about her estranged husband's death. He was buried without her consent and no one informed her about his funeral the funeral home show his death certificate as unmarried. Gerard was an only child. Variety witnessed their marriage in 2010 and signed as a witness in Detroit. All their assets has been dissolved including his pension, their real estate property. A Michigan County Clerk supposedly told Krystian he's been dead two years and she doesn't have rights to get any of her husband's assets and she needs to take her marriage license to the funeral home. Variety Chenevert her mother advised her to go online and request a State Death Certificate and the details will show who made the decision on her husband. A local Detroit church has been doing Krystian income taxes but never gave her refund earn income credit for her four children Kenneth, Kairo,Karmya and Chance. Someone in their late 40's and early 50's has been using Krystian social security number and has gotten savings bonds in her name and Fasa financial aid and ripped her off of over $60,000 of earned income credit from the irs. Variety her mother has told her to leave Detroit because there are no living relatives in Detroit. But the Chapmans. Gail Chapman, Lisa Chapman and Michelle Chapman and Nicole Chapman have ALL been linked to Krystian. Krystian was taken from Los Angeles in 2002 by a relative and taken to Detroit and gotba fraud guardianship ordered by Judge Freddie G. Burton Jr. The same Judge accused of robbing Rosa Parks estate in Detroit. Variety Chenevert is The Supremes Florence Ballard's daughter and the identical twin of Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Janet Jackson. Variety grew up known as Rosalyn Nichole. Variety gave herself a new name in 1993. The government has set up a system if you don't ay your mortgage you lose your home, if you don't pay property taxes you lose your home, if a landlord who goes up on rent that accepts section 8 and the voucher doesn't cover rent increase and you can't find a new home, you lose your home The government is apart and responsible for the homeless problem by not implementing alternatives. God is an artist he created all kinds of planets, galaxies, stars, moons, plants, trees, races through time. Time allows progress and progression. It takes time to plan to develop and to manifest. To have a mindset that the world is coming to an end and these are the last days. Questions the days of what? The last days of who? A person shouldn't feel they don't have time to do anything. Life is given to you make the best out of it. Jesus was great. But so are you. God has created other great people since then. There are other great people that can be in the Bible books have new editions. It's all for God's purpose. There are other stories to tell, other miracles, other visions and dreams that have happened. Life is given and taken. There are days God takes who he wants and keeps who he wants for a certain time. Time waits for no one it will continue to move forward. People will continue to be born and die but in the meantime we should all use our time in our life the best we can and make room for improvement regardless, prison, jail, emancipation we can go to God for everything done people repeat things until they get it right not everyone does it right the first time. Life has room for mistakes, errors and failure. We have room for corrections and even God destroyed the world once by water at a different time line and started over again and next time by fire and will start over again. Go has other elements besides fire and water but it's all here for the Good. The devil himself started out with God from heaven before he was casted upon the earth that God gave him as an inheritance. The devil came from heaven before he ever went to hell? Or did he? He was always of the spirit never of the flesh. Jesus is from the flesh and of a spirit. Nevertheless we all still God's creation in some kind of way. As long as life has been formed it existed even if it's for a short time. Life is borrowed time on God's timeline of life. Zero is a great number that means greater. We take nothing with us of physical or tangible but the spirit. Good and bad is ying and yang. The world was never meant to be all good or all bad too much of anything can be bad.
