Dla niego sednem była demonstracja siły – i powrót do doktryny Monroe w nowej, trumpowskiej wersji:„…wracając doktrynę Monroe, albo jak to prezydent Trump określił, Donroe, tak, czyli od jego imienia Donalda i od nazwista Monroe.”Z tej diagnozy Kamiński wyprowadzał wniosek najważniejszy z perspektywy Warszawy: USA mogą bronić ‘swojej półkuli', ale Europy – niekoniecznie, a to oznacza, że Stary Kontynent będzie słabym graczem w układance.„Stany Zjednoczone twierdziły, że swoją półkulę będą broniły… ale już Europę niekoniecznie. To oznacza, że jeśli Europa będzie chciała być samodzielną siłę, to musi mieć siłę militarną, siłę gospodarczą, siłę dyplomatyczną…”Pytany, czy Europa ma dziś taki potencjał, odpowiadał wprost:„…według mnie i według większości analityków jednak nie ma. No i będzie rozgrywana w tej całej konfrontacji.”W jego ujęciu Polska musi potraktować to jako ostrzeżenie. Nawet jeśli dziś „jesteśmy jednostronnie w tej amerykańskiej strefie”, to nie daje to gwarancji na przyszłość – bo zainteresowania Waszyngtonu przesuwają się, a priorytety kolejnych administracji mogą się zmieniać.„…raczej powinniśmy dbać o własne siły… żebyśmy my potrafili się obronić, a nie liczyć na to, że Stany Zjednoczone będą to za nas, bo ich zainteresowanie jest po prostu gdzie indziej.”Kamiński podkreślał też, że nie wierzy w łatwe hasła typu „USA działa tak samo jak Rosja” – wskazywał na różnicę celu: Waszyngton ma dążyć do „posłusznych władz”, Moskwa częściej do zajmowania terytorium. Ale nawet przy tych różnicach logika stref wpływów ma skutek wspólny: o losie państw regionu rozmawia się przy wielkim stole, a brak przygotowania oznacza ryzyko decyzji podejmowanych ponad głowami.„…jeśli będziemy uważali, że Stany Zjednoczone nas zawsze obronią przed wszystkim, to możemy się bardzo mocno zdziwić.”

Émergeant d'un nuage de fumée rouge et blanche, Slawomir Mentzen salue les centaines de Varsoviens massés sur la place de la Cour suprême polonaise. Krystian Boino obtained his masters degree from the University of Wroclaw, Poland in 2003. By 2006 he had completed a judge's apprenticeship and successfully passed exams which entitled him to apply for judge vacancies in Poland. Krystian also qualified as a Polish solicitor (Radca Prawny) and is a fully qualified Irish solicitor since 2013.Krystian says he's the only such lawyer from Poland registered in Ireland having full professional qualifications in both jurisdictions. He has been practicing since 2006 with William Crean & Co Solicitors and then with JC Hoban & Company Solicitors. He established Hoban Boino Solicitors in partnership with Joanne Hoban. Krystian advises clients from both Ireland and Poland as well as many other nationalities. In Dostoevsky's book Crime and Punishment, the character Raskolnikov says, “All people seem to be divided into 'ordinary' and 'extraordinary'. That the rules most of us abide by aren't for him.
