It's so funny because when we think of cringe we don't think of being cringed out by strangers watching our videos or our content we think about the people that are close to us. Sometimes I think we need to ask ourselves why is that? Leah Rodriguez is back and breaks down social media marketing tactics, turning your vision bored into a reality and ignoring the hate train from family and friends. It's giving free therapy. It's giving that tuff love hermana that just wants to see YOU do well. It's giving get your note pad out, stop making excuses and make shit happen. (You've Got This!!)This month I really wanted the month of November to represent reflection. For this podcast to carry therapeutic energy. Why are we leaving resolutions at the end of December and having to panic and rush, what we want to achieve for the new year when we can just do it now and take pace with it. This is a reminder that you can always start over. What you did yesterday, last week, last month, lastyear, does not define you. Every moment is a newchance to be a better version of yourself. So whateverwrong you felt you did or mistakes you've made thatyour mind is constantly replaying causing you to suffer, does not define the rest of vour life. It is never too lateto make new choices, to change your perspective, to tryharder, to take a risk, to be happy. Stop focusing onwhat was taken away, be grateful that you have theopportunity to learn and apply that wisdom to eachnew encounter in your life.

Finding that clarity of who you are and saying No to things that just don't fulfil you anymore. The Gym, the sweat box, the piccadilly line at 5pm, the congested nut sack or some may call it the anxiety box, an hour or more of working out on you. if it's your dream body, revenge body, mental health, keeping active or for the grown adults that have no social life… a youth centre they pay monthly for (oops) This podcast speaks about gym etiquette and protecting your space and boundaries by simply saying "NO!". Moral of the story is, Don't interrupt someone when they are in the middle of a set. I would assume this to be common sense but clearly it isn't. If you need to know how many sets someone has left, wait until they are finished to ask. Let's start there. ThankYou So much for all the continuous support your messages do not go unnoticed, Feel free to email or send a message on instagram if you have any questions or would like to hear certain topics. @LeahRodriiiguez @HermanasClub Email: Hermanasclubb@gmail.com :)
This is your sign to book that women's circle! I got invited down to an event hosted by the incredible The Afro Animist Podcast. A day for Black and Mixed black women to come together to heal and share stories. This podcast goes deep within my own personal emotions on PTSD and how to help others in supporting Black Mental Health and beating the stigma. Often Black women and girls have to navigate the “Strong Black Woman Syndrome”; the idea of putting an “S” on your chest and declaring yourself a super heroine in order to manage the daily racial occurrences. However, there is a negative impact that can lead to burn out and tax on your mental health. Historically, the media has portrayed Black females as one-dimensional, putting the needs of others before their own and showing how they can accomplish it all while pushing through the pain, but today Black females are reclaiming this damaging narrative and reimagining what it means to put your wellbeing first. That's why protecting the mental health of Black women and girls is vital and having safe, affordable, and inclusive Black wellness spaces is so important. Socials: @LeahRodriiiguez @HermanasClub
A man in feminine is basically an energy vampire. It's like you're competing with yourself. A woman, an annoying sister. A full blown girlfriend. He will drain you and he needs MOTHERING not a girlfriend. He needs help fixing and he needs direction. He's going to put you in your masculine energy and you are going to burn out. If you are in a situation like that Leah Rodriguez highly recommends that you are single. Get single, stay single and rest up. Recuperate your energy that's been sucked away by this parasite. If he needs mothering he can go back to his mothers left breast. While you work on your own self because baby you will get back to being you. You just need some shine, some TLC and the lack of tolerance for low effort and bullshit especially from men. (I am currently on a mini vacation and done this podcast on the comfort of the balcony so please excuse the wind but truly missed speaking to you all and hope the wind doesn't affect your joy in listening. I felt the topic was so important to share with you all with learning the power of words, not settling for any man, healing and saying NO to things that don't better or progress you in life. Besos!) A journey of self-discovery refers to finding who you are on a deeper level from travel, pilgrimage, or series of events where a individual attempts to determine how they feel, personally, about spiritual issues or priorities, rather than following the opinions of family, friends, or peer pressure from social media. Leah Rodriguez is back and speaks on the term “ Hoe” and “ Retirement” and how the two correlates with self-discovery in this generation especially being a young woman in her 20s and having to deal with stereotypes that come with that. The standards have been set for women from just being forced to focus on finding a man, rising a child and a household. Nothing more, nothing less. Well No Thank-You!Acknowledging who you are with the sprinkle of the positive and the negative and understanding it is totally okay to not want to participate in the stereotypical 20+-year-old wanting to get ‘hammered' every night or having to rush yourself to grow up with the thought of having to do so. Self-discovery is the new retirement, from taking time out for yourself, booking brunches, attempting solo trips and activities and making more time to connect with what you love; family, friends and hobbies. You've got this! Instagram: @HermanasClub @LeahRodriiiguez
Leah Rodriguez is back and going in on the dating scene "Your a Dick on the outside but No Dick in the pants" and " I don't want to end up on BBC1 because I chose to fast up myself to meet a guy because he called me pretty!" Tinder, Grindr, Hinge and bumble just to name a few Is meant to be an app that markets itself to connect with others with just a click and a swipe with the mindset of either finding your significant other or a late night booty call. But who would have thought it would cause late night heart burn, cardiac arrest, sleepless nights and calling your ex at 5am all in the hope of LOVE. Have you ever swiped right, started chatting to someone and then release the person you thought you had potential with is really either a desperado, confused AF or just salivating at the mouth to meet you after a two second chat. If YES, this podcast is for you or if you need a general laugh stay tuned.
Soft life at its core, is another way of describing easy living. To declare that you want a soft life is to say you want a life of enjoyment, comfort, no stress, and a life that allows you to put in minimal effort and get maximum comfort and results as the output but we dived into the real side of "Soft Life" (mmm mmm). Leah Rodriguez is back and speaks on societies taboo subject of what "Feminism" has truly become and as a woman if you don't agree with certain women topics it is a straight "You Are A Pick Me" a "Hater" or overall think your better than everyone else when that is truly not the case. As Leah Rodriguez mentions in the podcast "Feminism has nothing to do with you breaking your anal glad for an overpriced cocktail, teriyaki chicken with sushi on the side." Some may say city girls up or some may say get a job. Grab a cocktail or a hot brevvv and tune in babs! _ Side Note_ (Happy Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Easter, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Birthday.... Ahhh it has been a whole Year since my last episode!! I am so grateful for all the continuous love, support and energy the Emails and DM's do not go unnoticed. Are you questioning who you are? Maybe what your purpose is, or what your values are? If so, you may be going through what some call an identity crisis. Loss of identity can result in increased levels of anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, a loss of self-confidence, social anxiety, isolation, chronic loneliness, all of which threaten our ability to connect with modern day life. While some people have a strong sense of who they are, others may be left feeling that they don't really understand their true selves after a break-up, loss of job etc. Leah Rodriguez speaks on a topic that is highly brushed under societies carpet and wants to get rid of this stigma that break-ups don't hurt and to take out this narrative that we are supposed to put out this facade of "City Girls" and "City Boys" attitude and not actually address how we truly feel. You know how we get stuck in the traditional male/female roles in a relationship... like the woman cooking and cleaning, while a guy is outside fixing his car. Well, Leah Rodriguez is back and states some relationships don't fit the classic mold. Sometimes, the guy is the crazy and needy one, while the girl is rational and collected. It happens and it's totally fine. I know couples where girls legitimately have more balls than their partner. I'm not saying it's wrong or anything, I'm just saying that it does exist and it is OKAY!!On that note, tune in to fine out more..

Two words. “ Fraudulent Manifesting”. I don't know who needs to hear this.. but be a hoe till you're appreciated. As the year comes to an end your pussy doesn't have too. Although Santa won't be screaming hohoho. We sure will. Leah speaks on the path of going through the ‘taboo' hoe phase… it really does give you the chance to know yourself. It affords you some opportunity to learn about your sexual preferences, know what pleases you and what does not, maybe even having you learn the art of seduction. It helps you realise the type of things that stimulate you emotionally and sexually. Some believe that going through the hoe phase increases one's chances of being faithful when you finally decide to bury all of that and ‘fall in love' and settle with one partner.
As the year almost comes to a close and the Christmas tree gets put back in the attack. Leah speaks on the deep side of The Grinch, from loneliness and depression and overall mental health issues. Just like the Grinch we were all children once. We are all products of our environments, circumstances, and genetic codes. And just like the Grinch, proper support and love can heal us all from the mistakes we've made and help us create a future we are proud of.
The silent ones in society are grossly misunderstood. Their quietude is often misconstrued to be of ‘rude behavior'. People often think that the only way to be friendly is by sharing secrets and backbiting to develop a bond of trust; but, these elements only weaken the fabric of our society and pepper it with vile elements, such as backbiting, hypocrisy, and lying. Leah speaks on the misconceptions on being silent in a world that thrives of negativity and drama.
Spirituality is not an aesthetic. It's not based upon the material, physical or out word things that make you “Spiritual”. It is not about how many crystals, cards, or anything that physically gives you the appearance of being tied to a practice or modality. Leah speaks on fast fashion companies and social media making profit from a healing perspective and not educating people and offending the ancestral power behind the meaning of spirituality.
Do you doubt yourself? If so, people will be able to pick up on that energy, and begin to doubt you as well. How you treat yourself is a strong indicator of how others will treat you. For example, how do you come across when you speak to others? Do you exude confidence, as though you are passionate about every word you speak, or are you less convincing, as though you don't quite believe in what you are saying? Self doubt will forever be the main reason of people not succeeding their goal in life. The most important person to prove something to is YOURSELF because you are the only person who will be with you from birth until death. Other people's opinions of you should be taken lightly. Darling when they doubt you, laugh. Laugh till you have knots in your belly and shake ya ass like jelly!
It's the season to be ‘jolly' some may say. However, dark and gloomy winter days may have you feeling some type of way. Although a change in mood can be expected as seasons shift and the days become darker, some of us are a lot more affected than others; leaving us feeling low in mood and lacking energy or enjoyment during these months. Leah has all the tips and tricks that can help you to relieve some symptoms of ‘S.A.D'.
The stigma surrounding women's sexual health, which is both gendered and outdated, goes as follows: men who sleep around and have multiple sexual partners are considered “legends”, “pros”, “icons” and “dedicated to their craft”, while women who have multiple partners are called “whores”, “sluts” and “hoes”. Women are then told to avoid this reputation by not sleeping around but we are called “prude” when we don't put out, so how do we win? Listen to more as Leah speaks all on things vibrator and self-care related.
The representation of women and gender minorities in the music industry is tremendously low. About 23% of artists in the 2019 Billboard 100 were women or gender minorities. Women represent 20% or less of registered composers and songwriters, while 98% of works performed by major orchestras are by male composers. This podcast Leah and R&B singer and producer Official Tsunami dive in on why women are not represented more in the music scene.
“I have never known anything more quietly loud than anxiety in a city that always sleeps”. Leah is back with season 3 and welcomes you with open arms and speaks on society's forced nature of telling others how they should live. In a world that is chasing highs but facing more lows, let's get in to it.

The question is why are independent women always found single? And men afraid of independent women as a whole. With societies exception that Independent women don't need a man to provide for them, and men are used to being told from brith they are needed as providers. This is where the problem commences.

All women have them, but why are they such a big deal? Seriously, what is the attraction of hanging fat? This podcast, Leah speaks about black girls being sexualised from young by having developed breasts from a young age which aligns with early experiences of sexual harassment and the way breast feeding mothers are sexualised and made to feel ‘disgusting' and overall the way breasts are looked at within society.
A instagram trend that is causing death. I just don't understand the logic behind going under the knife for several hours to still end up editing and adding filter to your images to the extreme. Two Words: Mental Health. The quote that gets me from people that have gone under the knife is “it's never enough” an addiction that impacts mental health, anxiety, body dissatisfaction, Low self esteem, depression and suicidal thoughts.
When someone cheats on you, your mind and emotions scream at you to hate, punish and never forgive. It's hard to let go of those feelings. Leah Rodriguez is back with another podcast to discuss all with cheating, weighing both sides forgiving or leaving. Thank-you to those that sent in your answers, they have been included too!
