Oonagh asks all the important questions and she's very inquisitive. Today her big question was all about Irish people and their lucky knickers. She even spoke to a lingerie shop owner to find out more
Oonagh asks the important question — do you have a pair of lucky knickers? A listener needs help deciding whether wearing her Bridget Jones pants on a date is a terrible idea or a genius move, and we debut a brand new Oonagh vs Cooper feature to find out if they can actually remember what they've said to each other this week.
A listener sent in a voice note off the back of our lucky knickers chat and she had a big dilemma concerning her underwear and a date she was going on this weekend

Tickets: https://thevaultonline.ca/collections/strathmore-theatre-players-guild About the Show: Bridget and her grandmother are about to become roommates. However, what Bridget saw as a unique opportunity to stay with her favorite nana in New York for the summer quickly turns into an experience she'll never forget. It seems her sweet grandma is running an illegal boutique from her apartment, selling handmade naughty knickers to every senior citizen in the five-borough area! Will Bridget be able to handle all the excitement? Will her nana get arrested – or worse – evicted?

Wow. Episode 100. What a genuinely impressive and momentous occasion, one that we certainly aren't taking lightly. So to celebrate this incredible milestone, we've decided to take things back to where they all began... No, not Sonic 1, we obviously did that already. No, we're taking things back to where WE all began. Before the podcast, before Sonic F, there were the Sonic Shorts collabs. A passion project helmed by animators on Newgrounds and YouTube, all of whom shared a love for that speedy little spike ball and a desire to share that love with the world (by making him run fast and crash into things). That's why we're looking back at the entire nearly 20 year history of Sonic Shorts with Sonic Paradox cofounders The Wax and Boozerman. We're not stopping there, though, not by a long shot. You'll also get to hear from many of the same artists and voices who have been part of the series, some dating back to the very first volume, to talk about their own history with SP and the shorts. It's a love letter to the project that brought us all together, one we couldn't be prouder to have been a part of, and we couldn't think of a better way to celebrate the big one-double-zero. Thanks for joining us for the last 100 episodes. Here's to 100 more. How did Savile Row entrepreneur Patrick Grant become Britain's best-known advocate against crappy plastic clothes and the owner of an affordable clothing factory in Blackburn? And why did an exploding oven tray and dodgy plug socket result in Less, his 2024 bestselling book about how we can all live happier lives with less but better stuff? In this conversation, Melanie and Patrick leap from the philosophy of Marcus Aurelius to £1 lunches, why he properly loves a factory, and how making things went from a decent everyday job for millions of people, to a pursuit mainly for those with wealth. Along the way Patrick shares why every twist and turn of his life and varied career - expert on Savile Row tailoring, TV Judge on the BBC's Sewing Bee, author, and founder of Community Clothing - feeds into his true purpose, to challenge us to reframe what we want, and why we want it.
