There's little worse than being told what you have to do, when you have to do it, and how. And especially when kids are involved, they're pretty good at digging in their heels and refusing. Ask any parent or teacher! But we're still telling kids what they have to learn, how they have to learn it, and when. We're doing a disservice to them and, frankly, to the teachers who have to follow the prescribed curriculum. Thank goodness teachers like Tanya King exist. Teachers who are using data and proven strategies to break the mold and truly get students excited about learning. Tanya, an award-winning 6th grade teacher in Washington state, champions the idea of letting go of control and letting students lead their own learning. And what she's doing works! With kids regularly making two school years' of progress while in her care, they're no longer missing school or checking out mentally because they're bored or uninspired. She takes inspiration to the next level. Listen in to find out how Tanya is doing it differently! About Tanya King: Tanya King, also known as Mrs. KB, is a 6th-grade teacher in the Edmonds School District. She is in her 22nd year of teaching, holds a BA in Elementary Ed, Special Education K-12, a Masters in Integrating Technology, and is National Board Certified. It is her mission to empower students to become lifelong learners and instill within them a belief they can reach any goal he/she sets for him/herself. By teaching students to believe in themselves and take ownership of their learning, her students know they can tackle any task. Students come to school because they have to; Mrs. KB has created a learner-driven class and kids come because they want to! Her mottos? Be the Captain of your Own Destiny! Live Limitless! Most of us are born into scarcity. Your parents crush your dreams of building a business because it's not “realistic”. Your school taught you the only way to succeed in life is to get a good degree. You heard somewhere that 9 out of 10 businesses fail and you took it to heart. But that's poor people thinking. The rich have a whole other framework of thinking – and it all starts with the mind. If you want to 10x your success, you need to 20x your mindset. Deca-millionaires and billionaires think without limits. Instead of questioning if they can buy a yacht, they find a way to get it. Instead of asking for a raise, they give value first. And instead of waiting for an opportunity, they create it. In this episode, you'll discover the secrets of multi-millionaires and billionaires that let you unlock a limitless life (even if you're stuck in the rat race now). Listen now! Show highlights include: Why buying VIP seats at your next conference gives you million dollar opportunities (even if you pay $2000 extra to see exactly the same speakers) (0:49) The $32 billion dollar businessman's secret for escaping the rat race (6:34) The 100 yard rule for building a multi-million dollar business without creating a 5-year plan (7:22) Why saying “if only” keeps you broke and defeated (and a simple mindset tweak that unlocks uncomfortable wealth instead) (10:08) The “non-negotiable” rule that transforms stubbornness into wealth (no matter how much money you have now) (11:16) How to get a taste of abundance today (even if you've only got $47.32 in your bank account) (12:58) An age-old currency that never devalues and is growing faster than crypto, stocks or real estate (16:37) Get past being stuck and find new ideas to grow by joining the Bigger Vision Facebook group and visiting MyBiggerVision.Com

Making subtle but exciting changes around here! My podcast will no longer be called “The Gigi Meyer Podcast” & will now be called “LIVE LIMITLESS” Podcast. Listen to this short trailer to find out why!
Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about how to grow in 2022 and how to increase your online presence most importantly. Number 1. Post consistent content every single day, not giving a fuck about your views, comments or likes. Client delivery. Deliver more than any other coaching, consulting, or program that you know of and be the fastest every time. Understand your clients' pain points and understand sales and marketing. Mindset is key. We all start somewhere but the ones who succeed are the ones who keep going when times get hard. 2022 will be your year as long as you go in with a plan and execute every day. When I started Limitless Coaching I didn't have a plan. I got up every single day knowing that I wanted to create something to help change peoples' lives. And you're not going to get it right the first time. You might not even get it right the second time. But, at least you started. The worst thing you can do is know that if you didn't start you won't help those people. So start today. It doesn't matter what it is. It doesn't matter if you start your workout. You start eating healthy. You start a business. Take that next step in your life to be better in all areas of your life. Because all it takes is starting. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Guys, have an amazing day and LIVE LIMITLESS!
Limitless Family, we're going to talk about content this morning, probably one of the hardest things that I see people struggle with, but really, it's not that hard when you think about it. So, how do you produce consistent content on a daily basis? See, proper cleaning prevents piss poor performance and I'm sure you've heard that before. Having a plan is half the battle and honestly where most people fail. So, when you're venturing out to complete anything, you have a plan of action on how to get that thing done. Your content needs to be part of that plan. To make your life easier, write out your content before the week starts. See, every Sunday I take two or three hours to mentally unwind and write any content that reflects the clients that I want to work with, personal impact and business impact. Write out ten pain points your clients experience and write content around them. Write about things that happened in your life that you overcame to get to the point you are now. Be authentic, be vulnerable, and share that you're a human being with faults. Tell your story. People will relate to you if they know you have been through the same thing. And have fun! Who cares what you post? If it impacts someone's life in a positive way, that's what matters. See, your quality of content matters. If you're selling a high-ticket coaching package, investing time and money into a photographer, a videographer and editor, it'll all pay off. This year alone, we have closed over $350,000 from Facebook organic marketing. You don't think posting consistent content will grow your business? Then you aren't providing enough value. So, I want you to go into this year with a plan in all areas of your life.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Thursday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about “Is being in shape difficult? But does it have to be?” Bear with me because you'll understand why. When it comes to being the most elite version of yourself, it starts with your body. Why is it that you look around and people truly don't care? Well, a couple factors play into this. Your social influence, the people around you matter. If your friends don't focus on their health, their workouts, or do any physical activity, that will be in a direct result influencing your habits. See, consistency is key when it comes to achieving the physique you want. The easy way to do this is to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you're focused on healthy options while 20% of the time you have some fun. The problem is people focus 20% on healthy options while 80% goes towards unhealthy habits that build up over time. Start small and work your way up. Starting is the hardest part knowing where your concurrent position is, but what if you could rewire your mind to see where you'll be in six months? See, trajectory versus position. Remember this. You have one life, one body, and the opportunity to be better every day. Drink more water, create more movement, and make healthy choices.
Hump Day Limitless Family! We're going to talk about waking up early and how it changed my life. You may not know it, but I was a person who slept until 11 AM hitting snooze 21 times before getting out of bed. You may ask yourself, “Clint, you're up at 3:30 AM every single day. How in the Hell did you make that transition?” See, when I was waking up at 11 o'clock in the morning, I was going out on the weekdays. I was drinking a lot and drugs were in my life. Fast forward to now, I have my phone on do not disturb by 9 PM. If anyone knows me, I'll answer you when I wake up in the morning. And, if I'm out at a social gathering, I'll be leaving early. Being able to wake up four hours early before the world is alive gives me time to answer emails, work on plans, organize my day and get my workout in at 6 AM. See, once my day starts it's game time. Being able to wake up is all mental at this point. Nobody likes waking up at 3:30 in the morning, but knowing that I've slept on opportunities most of my life, I will always remember this. I'll remember having six dollars to my name. I'll remember sleeping on a couch while building Limitless for 17 weeks. I'll remember that in order for me to have enough time to accomplish tasks I have set in front of me. It's time to wake the fuck up. 4 hours times 365 days is 60 days. That's 2 months I have ahead of my competition a year. Always remember where you came from. But never forget what it took to get where you are now. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. My industry is saturated I believe we are all on different paths to accomplish various things but the one common denominator is helping others In any industry you will see that people have a problem and you have the solution Within my industry people know what to do but lack the proper plan and accountability to reach their goal The industry I chose is as they call "Saturated" which if you think about it any industry you look at could be labeled the same This is where it is your job to learn how to stand out Your job is to be able to understand the WHY your clients are coming to you and the HOW you will resolve their problem Take the problems you see in your industry and list them out from 1- 5 1. Too much information on what workouts truly work 2. Nutrition is rocket science to me and I need help 3. I need someone to keep me accountable 4. I've been trying to loose weight but haven't gotten bloodwork in the last 90 days 5. I've tried everything and nothing works Take the solutions to those problems 1. Custom workouts based on the equipment, time and knowledge of the client 2. Nutrition made easy by integrating simple tracking, recombined meals plans and resources to offer 3. Accountability system of checking in with your coach on a weekly basis 4. Incorporated Hormone Replacement Therapy Nationwide 5. Integration of Apple Watch/Fitbit for tracking of consistency throughout the program Sometimes its as simple as taking a deep breath understanding your clients pain points and creating a system that solves them all "Live Limitless"
Happy Thursday, Limitless Family! I'm going to take you through an exercise. This exercise really helped me. It truly identified where I wanted to be, and not basing it off of but the trajectory that you have moving forward. I want you to honestly ask yourself this question. You are most likely not where you want to be, and you never will be, and why is that? Why are we never happy no matter how good we have it? So we tend to look at the negative instead of the positives. For the latter part of my life, no matter how good I had it, I would rewire to the negative. I never understood why until I realized, I was in my head. I would think about all the things that would have to be done instead of the things I've already done. Remembering how far you have come, not how far you have to go, is extremely important. When you're able to understand the psychological aspect of this, you'll start to think in a positive mantra, instead of a negative. I'll give you a simple exercise below. Write everything you have done in the last 12 months for your business, health, fitness, family, etc. Post that somewhere which you'll see every day to remember how much you have accomplished. Being able to visually see your progress every day of how far you have truly came. See, these simple tricks, set your negative thinking into a positive reality. It's brick by brick. Start building now.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! See, a lot of us are trying to move mountains when we should be focused on taking the next step. So, listening to James Clear recently being interviewed by Ed Mylette talks about being 1% better every day. Which, if you looked at it, that's 37.8% better after 365 days. Now, let's relate this to fitness and nutrition and your life. When you wake up early and go to the gym once, you won't see results. When you get done working out and eat healthy once, you won't see results. But, as you compound these efforts together you start to see a change. When you perform these small habits, you are casting votes for a certain aspect of your identity. When you make your bed in the morning, you are embodying someone who keeps their room clean. As you build up these habits, you start to build proof of the identity you are becoming. Start building healthy, habitual habits daily. You don't have to go all in on working out six days a week. Let's try three, then work your way up to four. When eating healthy, don't eliminate all fast food, but take out one day, which will lead to two days, and three days. When we start to create the ability to believe in the small changes, the big changes will come. You just need to start. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! Man, we are going to talk about something so important this morning — truly realizing your purpose. See, over the weekend, about two weekends ago, we had our Black Friday sale, which completely sold out within hours. First of all, I want to thank everyone who trusted Limitless Coaching to take themselves to the next level. I'm excited to have you as part of the team and the family and I can't wait to see your transformations. So what really happened when I took Saturday to order their meals, supplements, and HRT consultations, and customized each plan based on their individual goal, I realized something. Have you ever done something you love so much that you enjoy waking up every single day to help people? That's how I feel every day. After speaking to Marlon and Sam (That's my CMO and COO), we are working on some big names to help even more people in the world. See, 2021 was full of failures and growth to be a better leader and overall coach. 2022, we're about to take things to a whole different level. To all those who supported Limitless Coaching from the start, you will be remembered. To all those who wanted to see me fail, thank you for the motivation to keep going, every single day to change lives for the better. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Having a very special guest on the Living Limitless Podcast Mr. Kyle Reed Kyle and I joined APEX right around the same time and saw his growth from being employed to understanding he truly wanted more out of life-giving him the freedom and building his own business. https://kylereed.phonesites.com/ Business is thetimberlineagency.com Kyle Reed grew up in CO on a farm, went to engineering school, worked for, and was upper-level leadership within a fortune 100 company, all before deciding to give it all up and begin the entrepreneurial journey. Kyle ditched his comfy salary in pursuit of true freedom. His goal is to help business owners become reputable, obtain more freedom/time and automate their processes. Happy Thursday, Limitless Family! We're going to talk about owning a vehicle this morning. So, this is a question I get asked on a weekly basis. “Clint, why don't you own a car?” Well, in 2018 after getting out of the military, I thought it was really smart to take out four credit cards which were all maxed out by 2020. This took my credit to about a 438. Fast forward to now, we're on our way back up to an 800 by sometime next year. Debts are being paid off. Business credit is being established where I will be able to purchase my dream car using business credit, also writing it off as a tax write-off at 50%. I've learned that patience is a virtue which is something my dad has always taught me, which I never listened until early this year. Hard-headed to say the least. Let me give you some stats about owning a vehicle compared to an Uber. Car maintenance. This will depend on the make and age of your vehicle, but AAA estimates car owners will spend around $1,186 each year. The most expensive states average to $1,824. You pay an average of $7,929 to fuel your vehicle assuming you drive at least 10,000 miles per year, so owning a car can set you back at least around $11,000. Now, Uber Black on the other hand, coming in at 80 cents per mile, assuming you'll travel 10,000 miles per year, you'll pay about $8,000 per year, making Uber slightly cheaper. You can say I'm learning a big lesson on credit for the mean time but thanks to Kevin Faulkner and Jose Rodriquez, credit won't be an issue this time next year. I want you to start thinking long-term. Short thinking leads to short results.
Limitless Family, it is Wednesday, Hump Day, and we're going to talk about “How many days do I need to work out?” As many days as you can while promoting enough rest for your recovery to ultimately grow. See, you don't grow inside the gym, but with the proper nutrition and recovery outside the gym. If you're like me, I love to go to the gym. It is the place to release the tension and be in a space where I can work on myself. Now, I know that working out seven days a week will not get me the results I truly want. So, if you're looking to lose body fat, I would recommend focusing on your nutrition, rather than focusing on the gym. We can have a client go to the gym three days a week but follow their nutrition 100% will get better results than someone who goes to the gym six days a week without putting any effort into their nutrition. You can never work out a bad diet. Your results are determined by your consistency not only in the gym, but what you consistently decide to eat. We tend to overthink and overlook the simplicity of this. Create movement throughout the day, track your food, and be consistent. If you do those three things, you'll get your results. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Good morning, Limitless Family! We are back from New York — back from another Apex event. We're going to talk about the habits that will determine your success this morning. You ever wonder how the people that you look up to have gotten to the level that they aspired to be at? It starts with the habitual habits you set for yourself every single day. Wake up every morning with the utmost gratitude. You have the ability to be 1% better than you were the day before. Follow a structured meal plan or understand your body to intuitively eat for your end goal. For people who are just starting, track your food. See what you are putting in your body because that is truly the only way for you to make progress if you know the data behind it to support it. Time-block your day so you know what you're doing, when you're doing it, and don't let anything get in the way that veers you off your patch. Set a bedtime and set a wake-up time. Your body works off of circadian rhythm. When you truly learn to shut down, you will wake up with more energy, clear-headed, and ready to take on another day. If you want to do something, then don't think about it. Take the next step and make it happen. When you learn to create healthy, habitual habits, you will start to create consistency which will lead to your growth, not only for yourself but those around you as well. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! We're going to talk about how 2022 is approaching fast and we've got the “New Year, New Me” Mentality. How many times have you told yourself that? Being in my industry, January will be a month that we'll be prepared for an overwhelming amount of people reaching out to Limitless Coaching. And I don't say this to be cocky. There's just some sort of aura around the “New Year, New Me” mentality. The fact is, because the numbers change, you feel empowered to make a change. Let me tell you what happens. People get excited, prepare to follow a new plan, new structure, create the most elite version of themselves. Three weeks in, they don't see results or the body of their dreams, they go back to their bad habits, thinking that they aren't enough. They can't see a change. So why aren't worthy? It takes 33 days to set a habit. Another 66 days to set a routine. I will tell you this as a coach who understands the body and how it works, Rome was not built in a day, you're not going to drop 20 pounds in 45 days, you're not going to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 45 days, but I can tell you this. The longer you wait, you're going to look back and wish you made that investment to better yourself. If you do it for anyone, think about your family. Think about your kids and ultimately, think about the role model that you want to set. Stop saying “New Year, New Me.” Start taking action now. If you're looking to stop making excuses and start taking action in your life, reach out to me. Because, I promise you, I won't let you fail. Happy Tuesday, Limitless Family! Let's get this going. I want to tell you about a book that I just read, that a good friend of mine, client, gave to me. Trillion Dollar Coach. You see, I had the opportunity to be on Brandon Brittingham's podcast while in Dallas, and before he left, he called me into the lobby to give me something. He handed me this book. Trillion Dollar Coach by Bill Campbell. See, Bill was a revolutionary image when it came to coaching some of the most elite entrepreneurs. I immediately starting reading on my flight back to Tampa and realized the one commonality that continued to surface. When you truly care about the people in your company, it will be a direct reflection of your company's success. Start asking your employees about their weekend, their family and doing a trip report rather than going straight into the problem or solution. As you see, Bill cared more about his team than anything else. And your team is truly, what you need for your ultimate success. The one thing in Limitless Coaching that we decided to implement immediately to ensure that we had proper meals, supplements, and tools for recovery. All managing members have meal prep delivered weekly, neurotrophic for brain stimulation, and whoops to track our recovery and strain. I want you to take a deep look at your team, the employees, and the people who look up to you as a leader. Are you more worried about the numbers, or your team operating at optimal levels, and how their out of work balance is, and truly caring for them as an individual. Thank you, Brandon. You've been a huge mentor to me. I love seeing your success brother. Rise and shine, Limitless Family! It is Monday! It is time to start the week and we're going to talk about something so important and something I learned over the past couple months. Alignment. You know, within all the speakers that we've brought on stage, there was a common theme at Apex Live. When we think of alignment, I want you to think of your core values, exactly what you want out of life, and who aligns with that vision. The people in my life have the same vision, the same goals, and the same aspirations as myself. We want nothing but the best for each other. We celebrate our wins and learn from our losses. We are vulnerable and authentic. See, when you truly start to align yourself with the right people, when you see the vision you had come to life, you watch the change from negative to positive, you start to see that life happens and you must keep pushing. I want you to draw that line and I want you to start to align yourself with the right people, because the right people are going to put you where you want to be. Having the pleasure of interviewing Michael LaBine and hearing his story was truly incredible. Michael LaBine has been through the ups and down from his childhood of drugs and abuse to overcome the demons that have held him back through most of his life to be a part of APEX his family of choice. Being able to surround himself with nothing but the best wanting more out of life. Michael reached out to me a couple of months ago thanks to Seth H Rochefort about APEX and what it has done to truly change my life and I'm happy to see him turn his life around focusing on the positives and truly showing what is possible. Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine Limitless Family! Let's get after it! Today is Wednesday. We're halfway through the week. Hope you guys are ready to crush it. We're going to talk about some thoughts. So, 50,000 thoughts daily, you know 40,000 of those thoughts are negative. That is 80% of your thoughts consumed are negative. Can you believe that in a single day, we consume 80% negative thoughts? No wonder the world we live in is such a f*cked up place! I used to be in this exact position, where I couldn't transfer the negative into a positive thought. I'll tell you what. Since joining Apex, that has completely changed. If something goes wrong, how do we find a solution? If someone speaks negative about me, who gives a f*ck? Not everyone is going to like you. Rewire your mindset for anything negative to be turned into a positive. And it might be hard at first, but you'll never have it the worst. I want you to remember that. Rise and shine Limitless Family! It is 5:51 this morning. We just got done doing a shoulders and arms workout. We are getting ready for the day. I want to talk about the five things that I do every single morning that has helped me progress in my self-development, my business, my relationships, and my overall life. I wake up every single morning with the utmost gratitude. I look and I smile and I think about how blessed I am to have another day in front of me and to push forward today to be better than I was yesterday. I reach out to five people every single morning that have made an impact in my life to get to where I am today and I thank them. The third is I read 15 pages minimum of a self-development book so I can learn new things about myself, about the psychology of people, and understand why we think the way we do and how we act. The fourth is I have five things that drive revenue to my business. Every single day before I go to bed I will get it done. Today we drop our biggest sale of the year, Black Friday. Can't wait to show you guys what we have planned. But, our fifth, and I would say the most important one out of all of these is understanding that just because you went through something in your life, in your past, does not mean it represents who you are today. And I want that to sit with you as you go about this day, as you think about the present. You can only control what's in front of you. Stop trying to control what's already happened. Now go out there and crush the day and always Live Limitless! Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Friday, Limitless Family! I want to tell you guys. You are not alone. Let me bring you back to the couch that I slept on while building Limitless Coaching for 17 weeks. I want everyone to understand whose struggling at this point in their life. I've been there in the exact same place you are now. Exactly 7 months ago I struggled with addiction. I struggled with being accepted unless I was partying or being the center of attention. I struggled with accepting I was the root of the problem. I struggled with being ok with the average mindset of most people. You see, I struggled a lot. And it's ok to struggle because you need to go through these points in your life. But, during your struggle is where you become the strongest. You will learn to endure the pain while sacrificing daily. You must see the light at the end of the tunnel and keep going. And I know it may be hard now, but I want you to think about how hard it'll be when you give up. I want you to think about the people that depend on you at this very moment. I want you to envision the person you will be a year from now. The struggle is real, and more people struggle than you think. Understand that you will get through this, and I want you to keep going no matter what. Happy Thursday Limitless Family! Hope you guys are ready to dominate today! We're going to talk about making a million dollars. So many people think this is something that is near impossible so let's break this down to show you the possibility. A million dollars per year is $83,333 per month. That's $19,230 per week. That's $2,739 per day. Now how in the world do we make almost $3,000 per day? You learn to solve a problem. You develop a solution with the right people as your avatar. When you are able to understand what the client needs, who your avatar is, you will stop wasting your time on people who aren't considered your ideal client. You start to focus on people who understand the value and what this investment means to them and you create a product that observes that value and you continue to give more than you receive. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine, guys. Good morning Limitless Family! It is Wednesday. I woke up with the utmost gratitude. We have some absolutely incredible people in the next in the next couple months that are going to be interviewed on the Living Limitless Podcast and I cannot wait for you to hear their stories. It's truly impactful from what they've overcame to what they are doing now, but this morning we're going to talk about consistency and motivation. So, consistency is showing up every day with a positive attitude no matter what is going on in your life. We can all be motivated to do something without a lot of effort. However, motivation is the short-term effort for a reward. Consistency, on the other hand, is not cheap or easy. So, with consistency, motivation gets you out there but shear tenacity and determination keeps you going. Stay motivated. Most importantly, stay consistent. There are going to be days when you wake up and don't feel like doing a damn thing. Those are the days that you dig deep and remember how far you have came. You keep going. You keep posting. You keep motivating. Your consistency will pay off. And better yet, you're going to motivate others along the way. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Rise and shine guys. It is another beautiful morning over here in Tampa, Florida. We have episode 109 coming at you — Being OK with Being Different. So, I watched the entrepreneur recovery clip from last week where Mike Claudio was a guest and he spoke about how being different is ok. Now, if you want access to this training you're going to have to go ahead and take that next step in joining Apex. That's where you're going to be surrounded by top-producing, high-achieving individuals. So, his personality type is 1/100th of the world and he has always been different in some sort of way. Mike has built multiple successful companies and coaches others in their business life for thirty hours a week because he f*cking loves it. I thought about being different and now understand what that truly means. You know, since I started this journey with Limitless Coaching, people have said, “Hey Clint, you're different.” Damn right I am because I don't want to be like most of the average population. I've learned that for you to truly accomplish what you put in front of you, that being different is something that must be done. You start to realize other peoples' opinions don't truly matter. You have a goal? Whatever it might be? Then fucking go for it. Keep going no matter what people say. The one thing that will separate you from the rest is your never-ending obsession to give up.
Welcome to the Living Limitless Podcast. Where we talk about fitness, motivation, and mindset. These are real conversations about people who have lived through the struggle to become successful. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Good morning Limitless Family! Now, today is Friday. Hope you guys are fired up. Hope you guys are ready to do this. We're going to talk about sales. You know, sales is more psychological than anything if you really think about it. When someone comes to you to buy your product, consulting course, etc., you might be ready to understand your customer's pain points while also having the confidence know that you can solve that problem. See, when I first started Limitless Coaching I was like most. I was scared, afraid and not confident in myself. This resulted in my business lacking and honestly taught me a huge lesson. Be confident in yourself and your product. I can tell you now, that I know anyone who comes through our program, without a doubt, will reach their goals and this wouldn't be possible without the mentorship of Sam and Marlon. These are the days where I feel like I'm not doing enough. Is it me? Should I give up? The simple answer is no. Your hard days are going to lead to your good days and being uncomfortable leads to growth. So, if you feel like you want to give up. If you're listening to this podcast and you feel like you've given it your all, I want you to keep giving because I'm going to tell you right now. Everything you're going through is meant to happen. You're meant to go through these trials and tribulations. You're meant to fail. Keep pushing forward. This is where you truly learn to grow. Limitless Family good morning! It is Thursday. We're going to talk about structure and scheduling. These are two words that are overlooked and matter the most in your business and life. I was talking to a consulting client of mine yesterday and he told me, “Did you know there's an app called Google Calendar?” This brought me back to eight months ago where I made this exact statement because I didn't know any better. I didn't schedule anything in my life which resulted in having no structure. Fast forward to eight months, the first thing we go over is structure and scheduling when approaching a new venture our students are about to experience. What exactly is having a structure? Having a plan, knowing that for the day you have the meetings, the phone calls and any other activity that needs to be done. My schedule repeats itself during the week. The weekend reminders for the gym, the supplements, my podcast and posts on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin. Your schedule is imperative in your success because it keeps you accountable. The people that know me, if you aren't booked on my calendar, then I will not be available. When you learn to have structure, not only in your daily routine but your overall life, you'll start to realize how important these two words are. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it. And now, here's your host, Clint Riggin. Happy Wednesday Limitless Family! It's time to get started and talk about healthy habits! See, a lot of us tend to overlook the major part of actually starting your transformation and it all starts with habits you set in your daily life. You're waking up earlier. Wake up before the sun. It gives you an advantage on the day. Drink more water and put down the soda. Did you know a single can of soda has 46 grams of sugar? Eat protein with every meal. For women, 4 ounces. For men, shoot for 6 ounces. Get movement in for the day. It doesn't have to be going to the gym but getting up and walking, Park little further away from the store. Take the stairs. Fueling your body rather than eating because it makes you happy. Your body is a machine and for it to be well-oiled and operating at optimum levels, you need to treat it as such. Read 10 pages of a book every day. Your brain is a muscle, just the same as your body, so train them both accordingly. Those are my six healthy habits you can start implementing in your day to start your transformation. And then once you have those down, and then you're ready to take it to the next level, with one of the most elite coaching services, you let me know. Good morning Limitless Family! We're at Episode 105 and this morning we're going to talk about picking the company to partner with. See, when I started Limitless Coaching I knew that I wanted to be one of the best and the most elite coaching services around. So, how did I go about that? This is exactly what I did and I might be able to help you with who you're choosing to partner with. I thought about the three things that people would need when it comes to their success and accomplishing their ultimate physique. You're going to need a meal prep company. You'll need a supplement company and ultimately hormone replacement therapy. So once I had those three picked out, then I got to work. I picked the top ten of each category. I reached out via email, Instagram, and even Facebook. Guess what? I got denied by almost every single one of them but I didn't quit. I applied to be an athlete with Icon Meals thinking they would never accept me. I was wrong. They did and now all Limitless Coaching clients get them sent to them with their packages. I applied to be a 1st Phorm Legionnaire, got accepted in the first round. Now all Limitless Coaching clients get one month of 1st Phorm supplements sent to them in their package. I met with somebody who is the CEO of Aspire Rejuvenation. I immediately knew he was someone I wanted to partner with to offer hormone replacement therapy as the only online coaching in the world to offer this in their packages. So, when you want something bad enough, you're going to do whatever it takes to make it happen. And, just because I got ten no's, doesn't mean that there's not a yes with the next person or company. This is what will set you apart — your dedication to be the best and to stop at nothing to make it happen. Guys, if this uplifts you, inspires you, and motivates you, all I ask is you share this with your friends, family, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, all over the place — because we want to make this the number one inspiration podcast every single morning you listen to it.
