Never afraid to try new things, she mixes music to increase energy and build confidence. Growing up, music and dancing always went hand in hand as her way to express herself and destress. Lion Bolt has always had high energy and loves to take risks, which is what gave fuel to her name: Lion Bolt which resembles Strength and Energy. Today, this translates into sets where she deconstructs and intertwines pieces of music, she loves the most, where it feels like one continuous dance party. Her goal with mixing music is to raise vibrations in those who listen and to bring a positive, uplifting influence into listeners' lives. “It's all about increasing energy and confidence, playing those tracks that get you in a feel-good state, which hopefully inspires you to express yourself fully.”

Born and raised in San Francisco, JLittle (aka Jacqueline Little) is an up and coming dj on a mission to spread good energy, acceptance and love. As a believer in following one's passions and talents, she left the tech industry and started a pet care business. Dog whispering by day, and living in the music scene by night, JLittle believes time and energy are our most valuable assets and exemplifies living life to the fullest. Not one to be controlled by societal norms, she has broken boundaries since childhood as a top ranked motocross racer, and continues to this day pushing for more diversity in the male-dominated music industry. 

Michelle Boulé is a Transformational Business and Life Coach, who helps compassionate business owners and creative entrepreneurs all over the world clarify and manifest their visions with more confidence, impact, and alignment towards their truth.  She runs a multi-six figure coaching business, offering online group programs, private coaching, speaking, in-person retreats, and teaching. Her work draws from over 20 years of practice in somatic therapies, energy medicine, mindset psychology, spirituality, and her award-winning, international career in dance.

Welcome back to the Royal Queens Rising Podcast! We'll be kicking off our third season with an interview featuring the amazing DJ Ry Toast! Ry Toast is a world class DJ, yoga teacher and owner of Funky Door Yoga in Berkeley, CA. 

DJ Lady Shay is a Tampa, FL based DJ and MC who has overcome the barriers of a male dominated profession and become a driving force that is spearheading a new chapter for female DJs. DJ Lady Shay is a live mix/blend turntablist DJ, not a button pusher. She understands the true art of mixing and is incredible to watch and hear, as she spins on turntables. Her music repertoire spans from electronic to current pop, hiphop, old school, dancehall, calypso and soca music. She also brings a vibrant energy to the microphone as a professional MC. DJ Lady Shay is a Florida native from Delray Beach and a graduate from University of Central Florida. Her natural ability to select music is deeply rooted in her Jamaican heritage and father who was a well-respected vinyl DJ.

DJ Keelez is the owner of a successful DJ company called DJ Keelez & Associates where she and her team of associates focus their efforts on providing high-energy, super fun weddings and special events. They are also diversity and inclusion experts, proudly serving LGBTQ+ and multicultural weddings, events and festivals.

She brings her previous experience as a radio station owner and radio show personality to KNR.

Valentina is a well known RI Wedding DJ and Boston wedding DJ! A favorite among the Wedding Venues, caterers and their staff.  Her ability to speak 4 languages fluently, provide music for all genres, AND mix them seamlessly from one genre to the next, is what sets her apart from other wedding DJs.

DJ Sierra Jane walks us through her beginnings as a DJ and her current and future projects. The DJs talk about social media and online presence, and give tips and ideas for aspiring and current DJs that want to expand their reach. DJ Sierra Jane also gives us a detailed account of the equipment she has used in her DJing career and how new DJs can better train themselves to deal with these pieces of equipment.

DJ Shelly Rockstar is a Miami based-businesswoman who began DJing later in life. She talks to DJ RunDat about her unintentional start in the DJing world and how she has been adapting her business around the pandemic through virtual and drive-thru events. Shelly also discusses how living in Miami has inspired her taste in music. 

DJ Chevi Red is a DJ and businesswoman from New Orleans. She is known for having her very own lipstick and gives great advice on branding in her interview. Chevi details what she’s been up to during the pandemic and explains what new DJs can do to make themselves stand out. 

DJ Jess is from the Pittsburgh area, but she originally got her start in Edinboro. Jess began her career in college as a DJ at her favorite bar. She briefly recollects the time when music went digital and the emergence of Napster. DJ Jess spends most of her interview discussing the challenges of homeschooling her children while being on top of business. Finally, she describes the logistics of how she was able to pull off one of her most interesting gigs. 

DJ Dayna is a DJ, MC, and freelance writer from Columbus, Ohio. After a brief stint in Los Angeles as a journalist, Dayna moved back home and became a full time DJ. She discusses her unique gigs with DJ RunDat and how she became a cruise ship DJ. Dayna also talks about what she does to expand her horizons and gives powerful DJing and MCing advice. 

Based in Los Angeles, DJ Keelez specializes in private events and LGBT weddings. She discusses the fascinating things she’s seen as an LA-based DJ and the celebrities she’s worked for.
