If you know what its like being a restless person then being locked up means more restlessness. Nicole got laid off from her job at the start of the pandemic and then came up with the brilliant idea of starting 'The Donut Shak.' Getting started is half the problem, taking the risk and running with it is where most get stuck .. not Nicole. One. @benji.copeland @nicoleviveiros
Half the problem is finding the right traffic sources, the other half of the problem is converting those prospects into a customer. When you use a sound strategy thats dialled in, as opposed simply just tactics, your business really starts to thank you. It becomes simpler to find audiences and groups of people who are ready to buy. Everything starts flowing and churning. Everything becomes predictable. One. Benji.
The hardest part about starting a service business is getting your first client. Once you do, the snowball starts moving .. you just CAN'T let it melt. In order for that to happen, we must understand the marketing equation: Organic Traffic + Paid Traffic = Owned Traffic .. AKA the Traffic Pyramid. As a health coach it can be hard to get your audience's attention online, which is why the majority of our messages are created through video. Video content and video marketing is the hottest wave right now. Take advantage of it and use it to funnel people into your eco-system. Collect their data and then use that to scale through hyper-targeting groups and audiences. Social media and the internet is a beast. So many people use tactics with very little strategy. If you wanna build a successful health coaching business (any business tbh), you must have an exit strategy. One. get in touch

Twitter has HUGE upside when played right. It's probably the loudest platform. In today's episode Benji sits down with @MySuccessTheory and the two discuss contemporary twitter tactics. Nothing beats personalised, tailored solutions, especially from people online, and so often one comment can lead to 5-10-15+ new leads, clients, partners, employees, investors .. You name it. At the end of the day if you want to grow your business, whether it's online OR offline OR both .. you must be sending messages. Messages through the form of video, DM, ads, products / services. The only question we need to be answering when it comes to successful marketing campaigns is "How can do we market something to see predictable profits?" Profits can be through a plethora of mediums. The Traffic Pyramid is always the goal. Organic Traffic + Paid Traffic = Owned Traffic. One. Benji.

The hardest thing to do as an entrepreneur is to get into a groove and to stay in that groove. Honestly, many will argue this is humanity's overall greatest challenge. Keeping things simple, structuring our days, and ensuring we get the most important task of the day done before 12pm will set us up for huge success and give us the best chances of being happy. These three things will set us miles ahead of our past selves, not to mention everyone else. 1. Wake up and focus on your health. 2. Go out and make some money. 3. Enjoy yourself. Life's simple, not easy. Don't overcomplicate it. One.
In this episode Benji discusses how to master the art of ad creation. Realistically we need to answer four questions: What is it? Why do I need it now? What makes it different from other things? Who else thinks it's good? This gives us the best chance at achieving the everlasting effect, and going viral. More can be found here. One.
Word of mouth is how business spreads. When we mix the spread of word of mouth online with offline, we have endless capabilities to scale our business. Social media and behavioural based analytics, combined with the right copy and keywords is what launches business into the stratosphere. The everlasting effect is what gets us to the top, and what keeps us at the top. The formula for this is: passion + desire (want/need). More can be found here. One. Benji
SEO. Search Engine Optimisation. Understanding how we can increase our chances of showing up in Google's (and every other search engine's) first page. SEO is rather complicated, yet everything falls under the umbrella of omnipresence. We want to send as many social signals, through as many mediums online, as frequently as we possibly can to Google. The higher the quality and quantity (relevance is everything) of social signals, the higher our chances of being recognised. Google's whole philosophy is based around someone searching for something, and someone finding the answer to that something. We want to make it as simple for Google, and our users, as possible. From producers to consumers, TikTok has changed the way we use social media and our time online. TikTok has made both producing video content, and consuming video content ridiculously simple. It's made getting paid to create insanely simple as well with the TikTok creator fund only requiring 10,000 followers (plus some other straight forward requirements) to start making money from the app. The simple video idea has also been taken by Instagram and turned into Reels. This is the new explore page on IG. It's also been given the centre button, replacing the old post one ... it's almost as if Instagram is begging us to spend time scrolling the reels page. When these can be promoted Instagram will hit a major cross road in where it wants to take the platform. The scary thing for us is that Mark Zukerberg owns FB and IG which dominates social media .. the data they have is honestly priceless. Mixed with the fact that Google (who own Youtube) predict that by the end of this year (2021), 80% of ALL content consumed online will be through video. With human beings attention span dropping below that of a fucking goldfish ... I do not doubt that for a second. Most people hate reading .. is why we MUST show, not tell. Video has unlimited potential to express unlimited messages. Get creative. One. Join The Gorilla Gang Connect with Benji on Instagram

In such a chaotic period of time, being able to reflect on ourselves, our past, and our lives is truly what gives us the ability to strive. Being grateful and appreciating the cards we're dealt. When we take a step back and begin to realise how powerful our thoughts are, primarily on our own lives, that's when stress and anxiety and depression fade and we start to evolve, we transcend our mindset, our physically body and most importantly we transcend our soul. 2020 was perhaps one of the most prolific years we've ever seen, yet the future still holds so much uncertainty and misdirection. Often at times we lose touch with reality in such a chaotic society; and as ecommerce begins breaking new boundaries, companies like Zoom and Clubhouse take off, it can be so easy to get stuck, to get trapped in what used to be, instead of moving forward, into what's about to be. Life comes down to relationships. The first, and most important relationship is the one with ourselves. This old Chinese proverb sums it up perfectly, "A man who can not smile, should not open a shop." Crisis creates opportunity. Find those opportunities and use them, because an idea isn't worth s***, execution is where the money is .. and as the great Pablo Picasso once said, "Good artists copy, and great artists steal." Find an idea and make it your own. One, Benji.
2020 was supposed to be the year. The year we came together. 2021, and the decade ahead, holds tremendous potential. For those looking to strive, both in business and personally, we need to understand how to use 2020 as a learning curve. Crisis creates opportunity. If we can push through the pain and misery and suffering we face in life, we can recognise that we have access to anything and anyone, and can begin to break barriers and ultimately shatter beliefs to create new ones. We start to understand that we need to see both sides of the coin to make a fair judgement, and experiencing pain and suffering oftens opens up new perspectives that help us in the long run. Join the
What are limiting beliefs? In layman's terms, it's barriers that prison our mind. They keep our thoughts and ideas, most importantly our actions, in a box. If we want to shatter barriers and fulfil our potential, we need to keep pushing our limits, ourselves, the people around us to act outside the box. We need to be playing in vast spaces of freedom. It's so important we let our mind nourish our body, sooner rather than later, our soul will follow in suit. A rich, devine soul ready to prosper. The magic doesn't happen when we think outside the box, the magic happens when we act outside the box. One, Benji (tag me in your IG stories if you liked sum ❤️
This year has been a year thats shown us the two sides of the coin. We all have those moments in our lives, those moments where something big happens. Some major event occurs that rocks our world and adjusts how we see everything; view other people, ourselves, our family, friends and most importantly the future that's ahead. Being in those times personally has been some of the hardest, yet most fulfilling moments of my life. Keithan experienced something very similar last year (2019) and he shares with us his journey into pursuing his fitness career. Creating an environment and relationship with yourself that spawns trust, it creates a connection so deep that nothing can or will interrupt the flow, your flow, the flow that brings joy and peace and love. Blocking outside noise is extremely difficult, it requires true discipline however when mastered it brings with it dominance, power, an apex mentality, and enhances the flow of everything. The strongest people are the ones that can be alone and never have a fear of missing out. Take flight off your runway, not someone else's. One. In this day and age toxic behaviour is all around us, everyday. If we can 1) avoid as much of it as possible, and 2) learn how to use it to our advantage, we will hold true power, both for ourselves and at the disposal of others. Learning how to avoid stressful people is the epitome to success. Less stress = more time to progress. Losing the battle with an employee or partner is sometimes necessary to avoid losing the whole company or the entire relationship as a whole (the war). Insights and awareness can be drawn from dark and depressed situations all the time, take the time of day to recognise where you are, what you are doing and more importantly how this moment is propelling you into your desired situation. If it isn't, then understand why. Understand who you are around and the energy you are surrounded with. Change your environment and your environment will begin to change you. Just be 100% straight up with how it will affect you. Energy and matter is all we have... So ask yourself this question every single day, "How can I make my energy matter?" One, Benji.
This year (2020), Facebook did their first ever superbowl commercial. It was promoting groups. It's clear where they see the future, after-all, they do have the data. Facebook will continue to eat every small tech company in it's way, already spending absurd amounts of money on Instagram and Whatsapp, Mr. Zuckerberg has stated that Facebook is here to build an empire not destroy one. After announcing their ecommerce platform, I don't doubt that for a second. Facebook has given individuals and literally almost anyone the chance to uprise. The chance to get the world's attention, the world's support, the world's time and money and energy. Facebook, more rather social media and the internet, have taken freedom of speech to a whole new level. Quite frankly, it's taken humanity to a whole new level. If we can capitalise, and take a slice of the data pie, a slice of the pie that facebook eats from, the pie that got Donald Trump into his presidency position, we can truly do anything. We can send a message to almost every single person on the planet from the tips of our fingers. Imagine if we told out ancestors that, they'd think we were crazy, or maybe they wouldn't.
Nikola Tesla had perhaps one of the greatest minds to ever live. Inventing, or influencing, so much of modern technology that is seen today, his practices and ideas are untapped potential. He said, "If only we understood the power of three, six and nine, and started thinking in terms of energy frequency and vibration." To go along with this, he also stated we can manifest anything we wanted in twenty one days, using his model. Bringing this to business has infinite possibilities and has become a huge factor in our business the back half of this year. Not to mention our clients success, it's truly breath taking to read and listen, most importantly take action on his perspectives. The man had some fascinating discoveries and insights. This episode we go deep on his idea of freedom and intelligence, discussing how it can be used in powerful ways to evolve our business and our lives. One, Benji.
