When I decided to start my business, I was full of excitement BUT that quickly changed when I started worrying about what I needed to do, the to-do list seemed to stretch into a never-ending series of chores, the questions of 'what should I do first?', 'what is important?', 'what will have the most impact?', 'what should I not be wasting my money and time on?' constantly played on my mind. The excitement quickly turned to overwhelm and then to fear. A great way to kill an awesome idea and business. Turns out I wasn't the only one feeling like this! 'How do you actually start?' is one of the things I get asked the most by people I speak to. Most importantly what should you do first to lay solid foundations in your business to ensure success?
