Joel Harrison has been leading a Crossroads Kids Club in Rockford, Illinois, for six years. Since 2008, Joel has served as the associate ministry at Calvary Christian Church. Joel's passion for God's Word led him to attend Kentucky Christian University where he majored in youth and family ministry. After graduating, he was ordained and has been working in full-time youth ministry ever since.Though this is not an easy world to live in—with many broken homes and an almost constant threat of violence—Joel's desire is to help youth see the peace and healing that only Jesus can bring to their lives.Joel married a preacher's daughter, Cathy McConnell.
