Our episode with 3 single Christian men answering women's questions completely blew up. 200K+ views. Hundreds of comments. And one overwhelming response: “PLEASE do a part two.” So we did. This time, we're going deeper. Responding to your pushback, reacting to the most-liked comments from Part 1, and answering the questions we did not get to the first time.We brought back Mark and Ariel, replaced Sam (RIP to the single men panel, he got a girlfriend
Men are tired, and it's not just work and bills, it's the mental pressure of trying to decode what “being a man” is supposed to mean now. One voice says masculinity is toxic. Another says you have to be an always-on, hyper-disciplined “uber man.” Jeremy Jeremiah and Mario Andrew of Cloud of Witnesses sit down with special guests Deacon Anthony (https://st-anthony.org/) and Jacob Sadan (LMFT) (https://jacobsadan.com/) and name the real problem: the narratives we inherit about manhood, and the damage they cause when we never slow down to test them against truth.Men are getting whiplash from culture: “too manly” vs “never soft.” We talk responsibility, emotions, and why Christ is the model of healthy masculinity. We talk about why men feel pulled between competing cultural definitions of masculinity and how that confusion spills into family life, relationships, and the church. We connect Christian manhood with responsibility, emotional honesty, and the courage to live with integrity instead of performing a persona.• competing messages about masculinity and the search for real authority• responsibility accountability and integrity as core markers of healthy manhood• fatherhood as presence guidance affection and example not only providing• masculinity as what we do and what we refuse to do• thoughts feelings and behaviors as a cycle shaping identity• church seasons as a healthy place for repentance joy and emotion• therapy work on balance when men suppress or overflow emotionally• examining the narratives we inherited about manhood and love• vulnerability as the foundation of real relationships and the fear of rejection in datingTogether with Deacon Anthony and Jacob from a clinical therapy perspective, we get concrete about healthy masculinity and Christian manhood: responsibility, accountability, and integrity that show up at home, at church, and in everyday relationships. We talk about fatherhood that goes beyond providing and protecting, because kids learn what love is by what they watch, not what they're told. We also challenge the idea that emotions make men weak, pointing to the Church's wisdom around repentance, tears, joy, and self-control, and to Christ himself as the fullest picture of strength that includes compassion and honesty.“The more you deny your emotions, the more emotional you are.” A deacon and a therapist unpack why men shut down, why it explodes later, and how the Church can help you heal.We also go into what therapy rooms are seeing right now: men swinging between emotional shutdown and emotional overflow, the body storing anger, and the fear of vulnerability that makes dating and intimacy feel risky. If you've ever felt like you're performing a role instead of living with integrity, this conversation offers a path back to center, with practical insight and spiritual grounding.Providing and protecting isn't the whole job. What do kids actually learn from a father's presence, integrity, and apology? We get practical about manhood, family, and relationships.Questions about Orthodoxy? In this episode, Dudley and Jared explore the growing tension many believers feel with modern church culture, Church Leadership, and the structure of the Mega Church model. Through honest conversation and grounded biblical reflection, they challenge the corporate approach to ministry and revisit what the New Testament church — and the early House Church — was designed to be.Together, they unpack topics like Biblical Eldership, Shepherding, discipleship, and Tithing, while addressing why so many Christian Men are quietly leaving church despite remaining deeply committed to the gospel. Dudley and Jared explain that this isn't Deconstruction — it's hunger — and discuss the role of the Holy Spirit in equipping every believer for ministry, rather than limiting spiritual leadership to a select few. This conversation invites believers to rethink modern church systems through the lens of Scripture, calling the church back toward authentic community, shepherding, and Church Reform rooted in the gospel. We pray this message will encourage, challenge, and transform. As always, we invite you to share it with someone who needs it. "I would have died without them." - Sean Kennard Sean Kennard has been the strong guy his whole life, professional MMA fighter, SWAT Officer, "the most dangerous man in the room." Then a serious illness flipped the script in the past six months, and the man who'd spent 36 years being the one who carried other people's mats found himself on the mat needing his community to carry him. In this conversation with Pastor Eriek Hulseman of Church Project, Sean opens up about being on the receiving end of the brotherhood he used to provide and Hulseman, who oversees 60+ house churches and has spent 15 years building decentralized Christian community, lays out why men who try to do life alone don't make it. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:• Why "lone-wolf Christianity" fails every man eventually, and the biblical pattern from Genesis to Acts• The "roof breakers" story (Mark 2 / Luke 5) and why it's the model for masculine friendship• Eric's gut-punch question to Sean: "Were you the mat-carrying guy because you didn't want to be ON the mat?"• Why proximity matters more than depth and why you can't be a real friend from 35 minutes away• Marks of healthy Christian community what real biblical brotherhood looks like in practice• The decline of manhood in the modern church and how the house-church model recovers it• The three eras of a man's life (and why your 60s, 70s, and 80s might be your best decades)• Practical first steps: how to find (or build) a house church in any city FEATURED:Pastor Eriek Hulseman, Church Project, Texas. 15-year house church pastor, oversees 60+ house churches, 23-year marriage to Laura, four kids. Most Christian men do not need another sermon, podcast, motivational reel, or self-help book.We have more access to truth than ever before, but many of us are still distracted, passive, isolated, and unchanged. We feel convicted… but we do not obey.We save the reel… but we do not walk it out.We say “amen”… but we avoid the hard conversation God already told us to have. That is the danger of only consuming content.Public content is the stage.Community is the table. The stage can inspire you.The table is where men are formed. In this video, I share why I created my paid Skool community for Christian men who are hungry for more: more depth, more discipline, more discipleship, more clarity, more purpose, more intimacy with God, and more intentionality as husbands, fathers, leaders, builders, creatives, servants, and sons of God.This is not about joining another group you forget about. This is an invitation into brotherhood, accountability, conversation, formation, and action. If you are tired of being inspired but unchanged, convicted but passive, and alone in the very areas where you need to grow, the table is open.Join the community here: https://www.skool.com/better-than-best-academy-5909/aboutCHAPTERS:00:00 Content Is Not Enough00:53 Stage Versus Table01:58 No Pressure Invitation04:33 Crowd Without Change07:24 Jesus Model Of Discipleship08:48 Why It Is Paid11:00 What You Get Inside11:16 Final InvitationWHO AM IHey, I'm Red Wallace, a former rapper(10 year career) current drummer turned personal development coach. You were not created to grow alone. In this episode of The Impossible Life Podcast, Nick Surface and Garrett Unclebach break down the three relationships every man needs if he wants to grow in faith, walk in purpose, and become the kind of man God created him to be. For Christian men, relationships are not meant to be casual additions to life. They are meant to multiply growth, sharpen character, and advance the kingdom.Using the biblical framework of Paul, Barnabas, and Timothy, this conversation explains why spiritual growth requires more than listening to podcasts, reading books, or trying harder on your own. God designed people to grow through relationship. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.”A Paul is someone ahead of you who mentors, corrects, guides, and fathers you in the faith. This is not just a teacher you learn from online. A Paul is someone who helps shape your thinking, your obedience, your maturity, and your walk with God. Christian men need someone who can speak into their life with wisdom, correction, and love.A Barnabas is the brother who runs beside you. This is the man who sees who you are, strengthens you in the fight, reminds you of your purpose, and stands with you in the mission. Not every friend is a Barnabas. A true Barnabas is someone in the same battle, chasing the same kind of growth, and committed to sharpening you.A Timothy is someone you pour into. This relationship reminds you that your life is not about you. God has given you gifts, wisdom, lessons, and experience so you can multiply them into others. For Christian men, this is where purpose becomes legacy. The goal is not just to grow personally, but to become the kind of man who helps others grow.Nick and Garrett also unpack why many men struggle to find these relationships. Some men are not humble or hungry enough to be mentored. Others are too insecure or prideful to build true brotherhood. Still others want someone to serve them instead of understanding the responsibility of pouring into the next generation. This episode is a challenge for Christian men to stop living isolated, stop treating relationships casually, and start building the kind of relationships that produce spiritual growth, leadership, accountability, and purpose.Because the men around you are shaping you. The question is: are they sharpening you, or dulling you? If you want to grow in faith, live with purpose, and become the man God created you to be, you need a Paul, a Barnabas, and a Timothy.Get With NuWave Home Lenders By Clicking HereJoin a group of likeminded Impossible Life listeners in our FREE Skool community by clicking here.Get the Purpose Playbook by clicking hereGet the FREE Basic Discipline Training 30 Day Program by clicking hereJoin us in Mindset Mastery by clicking hereIf you're a man that wants real accountability and training to be a leader, click here.Level up your nutrition with IDLife by clicking hereGET IN TOUCHSocial Media - @theimpossiblelifeEmail - info@theimpossible.life

Tonight's Our Daily Bread Evening Meditation invites you to open the door of your heart and enjoy fellowship with Him, just as He promises in Revelation 3:19-22.Reflecting on this passage, we are reminded that Jesus isn't a distant authority or a cosmic law enforcer—He desires relationship, time, and closeness with you. What does it mean to be the one? In this episode of The Impossible Life Podcast, Nick Surface and Garrett Unclebach unpack one of the most powerful ideas for Christian men who want to live with faith, walk in purpose, and change the story of their family: becoming the one who breaks the pattern.Using The Matrix as a powerful illustration, Garrett explains how Neo's story points to a deeper biblical truth: most people are living inside patterns they never chose, accepting a reality that keeps them stuck, passive, and in bondage. But when a man wakes up to the truth of Jesus Christ, he is confronted with a decision. Will he keep living the way he always has, or will he become the one who breaks the pattern? This episode is not about being the savior. Jesus is the One who saves. But Christian men are called to represent Him on the earth. That means stepping into courage, taking responsibility, and refusing to pass brokenness, fear, addiction, divorce, anger, passivity, or trauma to the next generation.Nick and Garrett talk through what it looks like to become a pattern breaker in real life. Maybe your family has a history of divorce. Maybe addiction has been normalized. Maybe anger, anxiety, poverty thinking, passivity, or victimhood has been passed down for generations. At some point, one man has to stand up and say, “It stops with me.” That is what it means to be the one. This conversation challenges Christian men to stop living as victims of what happened before them and start living as men of faith who believe God has placed them on the earth for a reason. Your life has purpose. Your family has purpose. Your name can mean something different for the next generation. The episode explores biblical examples of people who became “the one” in their generation, including Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego, Ruth, Paul, Peter, John the Baptist, David, Joseph, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Each of them broke a pattern, stepped out in courage, and made a way for others. Nick also shares personally about deciding to change what the Surface family name would mean. Instead of accepting a legacy marked by suicide, divorce, and addiction, he made the decision to build something different for his children and future generations. Garrett connects this to the idea that every man has a role to play in God's story not as the hero replacing Christ, but as a son representing the Father. This episode will challenge you to ask: Where do I need to be the one? Where do I need to stop making excuses?Where do I need to break a pattern?Where do I need to step into courage?Where do I need to live by faith instead of fear?Where do I need to take responsibility for the purpose God has given me?Because your life is not random. You were made for a purpose. And if you are a Christian man, there are people on the other side of your obedience. Be the one who wakes up. Be the one who breaks the pattern. Be the one who changes the story.Get With NuWave Home Lenders By Clicking HereJoin a group of likeminded Impossible Life listeners in our FREE Skool community by clicking here.Get the Purpose Playbook by clicking hereGet the FREE Basic Discipline Training 30 Day Program by clicking hereJoin us in Mindset Mastery by clicking hereIf you're a man that wants real accountability and training to be a leader, click here.Level up your nutrition with IDLife by clicking hereGET IN TOUCHSocial Media - @theimpossiblelifeEmail - info@theimpossible.life

Happy Mother's Day to all of the incredible mothers out there. Today's episode is a deeper conversation about the urgent need for stronger, more biblical men and women in our culture, people willing to stand for truth, protect the vulnerable, and refuse to stay silent in the face of evil.We discuss the ongoing outrage surrounding the Epstein files, the lack of accountability for powerful people, and the broader cultural failure to protect victims from wicked and predatory individuals. But this conversation goes beyond headlines. It's about morality, courage, justice, faith, and what happens when societies stop valuing strong families, strong character, and biblical principles. This episode is ultimately about hope too, because evil does not win forever. Real justice matters, truth matters, and good people still have a responsibility to speak up.
As the night draws near, come and find rest in God's renewing power. What do men in their 50s, 60s, and 70s see about dating today that we don't?After hearing from single men and married men, the most requested follow-up was this: bring in men who have actually lived it. Decades of marriage. Decades of mistakes, growth, and faith. So we did.We sat down with three older Christian men who have 30 to 50 years of marriage, ministry, and life behind them and asked them the same questions our generation is asking about dating, love, sex, and commitment. This conversation is less about trends and more about truth that will endure through time. We'll talk about:How their view of attraction and what really matters has changed over timeWhat romance actually looks like after decades of marriageThe biggest mistakes they made that younger people should avoidWhat they see in today's dating culture that is harmful or foolishWhat actually keeps a marriage alive for 30, 40, 50 yearsHow to keep pursuing your spouse long after the honeymoon phaseWhat they would tell their 25 year old selves about relationshipsWhat they think about porn, hookup culture, and sexual temptation todayHow to build a marriage that lasts through hard seasonsThe most important qualities to look for in a spouseWhat they are most proud of when they look at their lives nowThis episode is not fast advice. It is long-view wisdom. If you want a marriage that actually lasts, you need to listen to people who have already done it.Let's talk about it

Most young men today have never had a real conversation about relationships with another man who actually knows what he is talking about. This episode is that conversation. Adam Lane Smith, The Attachment Specialist, sits down with Franco Fernandez, a 24 year old Catholic content creator with a large social media following, for one of the most raw and honest coaching sessions the show has ever done. Franco came in thinking he was just anxiously attached. What came out was something much more layered, much more human, and much more relatable than either of them expected. What you will learn in this conversation: 1- Why young men today are trying to reverse engineer something they were never shown from the inside and why that is not their fault 2- How anxious and avoidant tendencies pull in opposite directions at the same time and what that looks like in real dating situations Why performing to make someone like you is the exact thing that prevents real connection from ever forming 4- Why chasing the hardest to get woman is not always confidence and what it might actually be rooted in 5- The difference between a feelings based relationship and a real one and why feelings alone will always leave you in the airport alone 6- Why asking questions with context is the single most powerful tool for building intimacy and how most men never learn to do it 7- What it actually looks like to stop performing and start being a human being with another human being 8- Why the men and women who want the same things keep completely missing each other and what is actually in the way 9- What it means to need proof that people can love you when you are not performing and why almost every young person needs that proof right now If you are a young man trying to figure out how relationships actually work without anyone to show you, this conversation will give you more clarity than years of trying to figure it out alone.

Christian men must make prayer a priority in their lives. God has called us to pray, believing God and knowing that He will answer according to His will.
On today's episode I share seven reasons why some Christian men are not happy in their life.
Why do so many Christian men struggle in marriage even when they love their wives? In this direct and practical episode of The Impossible Life Podcast, Nick Surface and Garrett Unclebach break down the non-negotiables of a Godly marriage and why most men are missing them. This isn't theory. This is about principles which are the repeatable forces that govern outcomes whether you're aware of them or not.If your marriage isn't where it should be, it's not random. It's the result of what you are or aren't doing consistently. In this episode, they unpack three core pillars every Christian man must lead in to build a thriving, Godly marriage:1. Trust — Keep Your Word. If you don't do what you say, your word loses value. And when your word loses value, your wife loses trust and respect follows. Strong marriages are built on consistent integrity, not occasional effort.2. Intimacy — Date Your Wife. Most men stop pursuing their wife after they marry her. That's where the breakdown begins. If you don't intentionally create time, attention, and connection, your marriage slowly shifts into co-existing instead of thriving. Christian men don't stop pursuing, they lead in it.3. Leadership — Have a Plan. A Godly marriage isn't just about being happy, it's about building something together. Without vision, your relationship drifts. With purpose, your marriage grows stronger. Leadership means knowing where your family is going and leading them there. In This Episode, You'll Learn:Why principles not feelings determine your marriage outcomesHow lack of discipline quietly destroys marriagesWhy keeping your word builds respect and trustHow to practically date your wife (even with kids and a busy life)Why many Christian men unintentionally become passive in marriageHow purpose and leadership transform a relationshipThe danger of becoming roommates instead of partnersThis episode is a wake-up call for Christian men who want a Godly marriage built on faith, discipline, and purpose. Because great marriages don't happen by accident. They're built by men who lead. And if you don't lead your marriage intentionally, you will drift into something you never intended.Get With NuWave Home Lenders By Clicking HereJoin a group of likeminded Impossible Life listeners in our FREE Skool community by clicking here.Get the Purpose Playbook by clicking hereGet the FREE Basic Discipline Training 30 Day Program by clicking hereJoin us in Mindset Mastery by clicking hereIf you're a man that wants real accountability and training to be a leader, click here.Level up your nutrition with IDLife by clicking hereGET IN TOUCHSocial Media - @theimpossiblelifeEmail - info@theimpossible.life

Send us Fan MailIn this episode of The FORGE Truth Podcast, Pete Alwinson and Jayson Quiñones take on the growing issue of gambling, sports betting, and prediction markets through a biblical lens. As online betting becomes more accessible and more aggressively aimed at men, they discuss why gambling can be so appealing, why it can become destructive so quickly, and why Christian men must treat it seriously.Drawing from Scripture, personal experience, and pastoral wisdom, Pete and Jayson explore the deeper heart issues behind gambling, including covetousness, the love of money, lack of stewardship, and the desire for quick gain. They also talk about addiction, conscience, the influence of modern culture, and the importance of accountability, confession, and wise boundaries. This is a direct and practical conversation for men who want to live with wisdom, resist being mastered by anything, and pursue biblical manhood in a world full of traps. If you have ever wondered whether gambling is just harmless fun or something more dangerous, this episode will challenge you to think carefully and live faithfully.
What can Christian men learn from Navy SEALs? In this powerful episode of The Impossible Life Podcast, former Navy SEAL Garrett Unclebach and Nick Surface unpack the lessons Garrett learned from the SEAL Teams — and why many of those principles apply directly to faith, purpose, and Christian leadership.Garrett shares how serving alongside some of the most disciplined and mission-focused individuals in the world challenged his perspective on what it means to live with purpose and pursue faith seriously. While the SEAL Teams are not a Christian organization, Garrett discovered that many of the principles that create elite warriors mirror biblical truths about Christian men, leadership, and discipleship. This episode explores four major lessons Christian men can learn from Navy SEAL culture:A Mission-Focused Mindset - Navy SEALs don't need motivation — they're already committed to the mission. In contrast, many Christians struggle with consistency despite having the greatest mission in the world. This episode challenges Christian men to live with greater urgency and purpose.Standards and Obedience - Elite teams operate with strict standards and accountability. Garrett explains why faith requires discipline, and how obedience to God's Word produces real fruit in leadership and life.3. Discipleship Through Mission - SEAL Teams build deep relationships through shared purpose. Similarly, Christian men are called to disciple others and pursue growth together — not just friendship, but transformation.4. Church as a Training Center - Garrett challenges the idea of church as a “country club” and calls for a return to equipping Christian men for impact, leadership, and advancing God's kingdom. This episode is a powerful call for Christian men to:Develop stronger faithLive with greater purposeEmbrace leadershipRaise their standardsTrain for impactBecause when faith meets purpose, and Christian men embrace disciplined leadership, the impact can change families, communities, and the world. This is more than a conversation about Navy SEALs. It's a call for Christian men to step into their faith, their purpose, and the leadership God designed them for.Get With NuWave Home Lenders By Clicking HereJoin a group of likeminded Impossible Life listeners in our FREE Skool community by clicking here.Get the Purpose Playbook by clicking hereGet the FREE Basic Discipline Training 30 Day Program by clicking hereJoin us in Mindset Mastery by clicking hereIf you're a man that wants real accountability and training to be a leader, click here.Level up your nutrition with IDLife by clicking hereGET IN TOUCHSocial Media - @theimpossiblelifeEmail - info@theimpossible.life
