Do you know what you qualify for or what your loan amount threshold on a property to buy a note is? John Matheson, a commercial real estate developer, property investor, and Founder of Commercial Loan Success, talks about a do it yourself software to screen your investment property or business loan against common bank guidelines and get approved for lender financing. John dives into the CLS software that helps you get your finances lined up and qualify for that lender financing critical to your transaction. John gets into how lenders work and why it’s important to understand how they originate financing for you to buy properties. Get rid of anxiety and uncertainty in the process of obtaining financing and know beforehand if your transaction is lendable.
At any one point in our business, we sometimes have the need to look into commercial lending to help fund major capital expenditures or cover operational costs. Commercial real estate and financing expert John Matheson joins host Scott Carson to talk about the best ways to get approved for bank financing on commercial projects. John has a lot of investment experience and has helped finance over $50 million in projects. He has a loan-analyzing software called Commercial Loan Success system and a book of the same name which offers a step-by-step guide to predictably secure favorable lender financing when you need it. The solution was Do Hard Money, a private hard money company that offers short-term funding for real estate investors. He began his career in real estate at 21, working in the mortgage industry. The Salt Lake Board of Realtors named him the “Real Estate Rookie of the Year” his first year in the industry. His previous real estate company won “Best of State” for the state of Utah. He was also awarded the State of Utah Young Entrepreneur award in 1996.
