Manche Formate rund um Wein und Genuss altern einfach nicht. "Winzer im Fokus", vor mehr als zehn Jahren auf dem Weißen Hirsch im damaligen Sternerestaurant bean & beluga von Stefan Hermann und seinem Sommelier Jens Pietzonka eingeführt, ist nach langer Pause wieder zurück – forever young. Gesine Roll, die 2013 mit den Winzerinnen  "Anette Closheim (Riesling Entdeckung des Jahres 2013) von der Nahe, Theresa Breuer (4 Trauben Gault Millau 2013) aus dem Rheingau und Melanie Stumpf (2 Sterne Weinwelt 2012) aus Franken" das rheinhessische vierte Blatt im Quartett war (seinerzeit vorgestellt als "bester Sauvignon Blanc Rheinhessens ,Falstaff Magazin 2012" sorgte für eine volle Hütte auf dem Konzertplatz.
