The Browns have a new backup quarterback and a new kicker. Those were the highlights of their initial roster trim to 53. They traded quarterback Kenny Pickett on Monday night and cut kicker Dustin Hopkins on Tuesday, meaning Dillon Gabriel is now the backup quarterback and Andre Szmyt is the kicker.
