In today's episode I am joined by my patient, Bev, who shares her experience of reversing insulin resistance. Bev is a retired registered nurse so knows a lot more than the average person about health. When I first met Bev, she was carrying extra weight around the abdominal area and had elevated fasting blood sugar levels. Bev had been an athlete her entire life, and always active in some form.
