On this episode, Ryan and Colton introduce the podcast to the world. "Black in White Church" is a podcast centering around Ryan's black and Colton's white experience in white church. This podcast is fundamentally a conversation, not a sermon. Neither Ryan nor Colton claim to have all the answers, but their experiences and studies might shine some light on the current reality of Black people in White Churches. Ryan is a High School Pastor at RMCC in Mesa, Arizona. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Christian Studies and a Masters of Science and Leadership from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Masters of Arts coming from Phoenix Seminary in the near future. Colton received his Bachelor's of Arts in Biblical Studies and Theology from Biola University as well as a Masters of Arts in Preaching and Pastoral Ministry plus a Masters of Arts in Pastoral Care and Counseling.
