At the age of 9, Ian Hatton wanted to be on the radio because “pictures are better when they are on the radio”. He was also drawn to public speaking and wanted a stage of his own one day. Ian spent 19 years in IT, ending with a nearly 5-year stint in marketing at Microsoft South Africa - which led him to a chance encounter with Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer! Many consider Ian to be the “Morpheus Genius” because while he isn't necessarily the hero himself, he is the one who raises up the hero - he is the builder of heroes and believes in others even when everyone else disbelieves.
