In the last two years, Conor has experienced the high of winning a SFC medal with his club, Palatine, while this year he was full-back on the Carlow team that won the Joe McDonagh Cup in Croke Park. He is probably one of the last dual inter-county players in Carlow and he recalls those days where he made the transition coming off the successful Carlow football teams of 2017 and 2018 and into the present Carlow senior hurling team where he played a huge role in their success in 2023.
