A-Rod and Big Ben haven't played each other since Super Bowl XLV, a decade ago. In the two regular season contests featuring the Packers vs Steelers since then, Rodgers was out with separate collarbone injuries. Now, coming off an exciting win in San Francisco that will go down as one of the greats of Rodgers' career, the banged-up Packers look to put away the even more banged-up Steelers at home. J.J. and Gil break down this matchup featuring two future Hall-of-Famers, normally ferocious pass rushes that are depleted by injury, and two incredibly banged-up and unrecognizable offensive lines. The guys give their keys to victory, matchups to monitor, and assess the tall task of beating the likes of TJ Watt, Cam Heyward, Joe Haden, Joe Schobert, Devin Bush, Melvin Ingram, Terrell Edmunds, Minkah Fitzpatrick, Juju Smith-Schuster, Chase Claypool, Najee Harris, Diontae Johnson, and naturally Big Ben Roethlisberger. On No Huddle Radio, hosts J.J. Lahey and Gil Martin give you in-depth analysis of what's happening with the Green Bay Packers. Get the latest news, injury updates and preview the next game with key matchups to look for and find out why we think the Pack will win or lose. Please send in comments and questions for the mail bag to J.J. on Twitter @jjlahey and Gil @GilPackers, or via email to AskNoHuddle@gmail.com. We love talking football and can't wait to hear from you!
Captain Cam Heyward embraces all the noise coming out of the media after the Steelers 1-2 start, and remembers what it was like playing in Green Bay eight seasons ago, plus a quick list of his favorite football movies. Gene Steratore thinks Sunday's crew made a vital mistake that changed the pace of the game at Heinz Field, and Cam Heyward agrees. And Charlie Batch defends Ben against some of Steeler Nation, blaming him for the poor calls. Plus, the lovely Sally Wiggin fills in for Val on her birthday!

We also go over a few things said on Thursday by outside linebacker Melvin Ingram and defensive tackle Isaiah Buggs ahead of the Steelers Sunday Week 3 home game against the Cincinnati Bengals. We talk some about what we expect to see out of Buggs and possibly outside linebacker Jamir Jones on Sunday against the Bengals. With the Steelers Week 3 game forthcoming, Alex and I dive deep into our final breakdowns of that contest against the Bengals. We talk about the best way to defend the Bengals offense and especially quarterback Joe Burrow. In this Monday show, Alex Kozora and I get right to talking about the Pittsburgh Steelers Saturday night preseason game against the Detroit Lions.Alex and I start by reviewing everything that the Steelers did on offense Saturday night against the Lions and that includes spending a lot of time talking about rookie tight end Pat Freiermuth, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger and the play of the offensive line.Running back Benny Snell Jr. sat out again on Saturday so Alex and I discuss his chances of making the 53-man roster at this point. We move on to talk about the other position groups as wellAlex and I discuss several induvial players throughout this show and talk about the injury suffered by defensive back Arthur Maulet. We also discuss what players might be included in the next five set to be released on Tuesday.Alex and I close this show out by hitting the e-mail machine for a few listener questions as part of closing out this Monday episode.
There seems to be a lot to like about this 2021 Steelers offense, especially with the rookies. Plus, Gerry Dulac thinks the Steelers biggest offseason acquisition was without a doubt Melvin Ingram, who's significantly impacted their depth at LB, but all of this is moot, of course, if Nimble Ben can't hack it in the late rounds of the regular season, as Mike Prisuta reminds us.
Ed says if Najee Harris shows the Steelers what they want to see from him this week, then he'd start cutting back on his playing time until the regular season. Ed tells us there has been little to no movement on the TJ Watt front since he wrote about it earlier this week. Ed really liked what he saw from Alex Highsmith last week and calls himself a Highsmith believer, but he's worried about the inside linebacker depth. We also discuss why the Steelers may have gone that way with Ingram and if it means the team might be attempting to avoid restructuring the contracts of defensive end Stephon Tuitt and kicker Chris Boswell. Is inside linebacker Devin Bush the best choice to potentially be the Steelers most improved player in 2021? Who would be the best candidate for such a designation on the offensive side of the football?
