The LAMB community chose the least Western western for this month's selection as MOTM. Not a spaghetti western but a kimchi western, from Korea, set in Manchuria, in the 1930s. "The Good The Bad The Weird" is a takeoff on the Sergio Leone film in many ways, but it is also vastly different. Howard Casner championed the film and hosts the discussion and he and Richard are joined by Matthew Simpson, for one wild ride across the far east, in western garb to talk about it. If you like Sergio Leone, Indiana Jones, Sam Rami and a lot of madcap action, then this film and the discussion are for you.
I have a brand new offer (surprise!) and it's not one I sought out to make. I had been thinking about creating some sort of new offer as I phased out my Instagram Intensive, but nothing felt right until I helped out a few people with their messaging and surprised even myself with how much […]
The world is on fire, yet here we are posting about our little internet businesses. It can feel awkward and incongruent to just keep posting about your offers while shit is falling down around us, but what else is there to do? If you're like me, you're here to make an impact in one way […]
Life without Evander begins with a 1-0 loss on the road to Minnesota. Adam and Adam break it down and dish out some harsh criticism of our second striker position.Listen up and see if you agree with our assessment and the MOTM pick!@TheKingAdRock73 @NinoOne @sbucks67 @crackityFC @ComeOnYouFCC @fccincinnati @Zuhause513 @MLS #AllForCincy #FCCincy #YAL #WestEndBoys
Posting on Instagram is like playing the slots in Vegas—if you're expecting to win anything substantial, you're gonna have a bad time. The algorithms are constantly changing, so trying to understand or gamify it is a losing battle. What did well before won't do well now, and it probably won't do well later… until it […]
Today's episode is a Wellness Business Club Member of the Month Spotlight and it's a proper heart-meets-strategy conversation. I'm joined by Sarah from Dragonfly Mindset, an empowerment coach and "pocket cheerleader" for anyone who wants more confidence, courage, and belief in what's possible. We talk about the messy middle of big life changes: leaving a career that no longer fits, grief as a catalyst, and the surprisingly common moment business owners hit where they realise they've started shrinking inside the niche they chose. If you've been feeling a bit boxed in, a bit "is this it?", or like you're trying to stay relatable by making yourself smaller… this one will land. What We Cover Sarah's transition from teaching to coaching, and why it stopped fitting after becoming a mum The role coaching played in shifting perfectionism, people pleasing, and self-trust Grief, perspective, and the question that changed everything: "If I only had 11 years left… what would I want my life to look like?" Why "niche down" can be helpful… and also quietly suffocating The moment Sarah realised she was holding herself back to stay relatable The difference between niching to a demographic vs niching to the feelings + transformation Core values and why misalignment shows up as exhaustion, resentment, and loss of spark "Glimmers", slowing down, and why your nervous system matters in business growth The journal prompts Sarah uses to reconnect to confidence and expansion Why mindset work is like gardening (maintenance matters) Journal Prompts From the Episode If you're feeling stuck, small, or a bit "meh", steal these: Where have I been shrinking recently when I could have been louder? What's made my body light up lately… and how can I lean into that more? What goal have I already achieved… but forgotten to celebrate? About Sarah (Dragonfly Mindset) Sarah is an empowerment coach helping people rebuild self-belief and confidence, and take courageous next steps in life and work. She's also created a set of audio "pocket cheerleader" resources for the days you need a boost, not another to-do list. Sarah's Resources Mentioned Sarah has created three audio collections: Calm Collection Gratitude Collection Confidence Collection Plus guided activations, journal prompts, affirmation cards, and phone backgrounds.
Sometimes in the process of making content, we can forget about where and how our audiences are consuming content in the first place. People will always be going at their own pace—it's not our job to push them to be ready for us, but for us to be ready for them whenever the time is […]
A low turnout on the poll did not keep us from having a great discussion on this pivotal socially relevant film. 1967 was a tipping point for Hollywood and "In the Heat of the Night" won the Academy Award for Best Picture in a contest between old and new Hollywood. Dave Anderson of the Free Kittens Movie Guide championed the film and hosts the discussion. Pop Art's Howard Casner and Matthew Simpson from the Awesome Friday Podcast also step up to cover a dozen or more issues related to this film. In addition to the attention that the two stars of the movie receive, the LAMBs on this week's show go deep to talk about some other cast members as well. We guarantee that you will smile more than a turnip while listening or watching the show this week.
Starting an online business doesn't mean you have to run one forever. I'm big on each of living our best lives. If living your best life means running a business, then great, I can help with that! But, if living your best life means stopping your business (forever or just for a while) then you […]
You don't need cutesy names or clever word play to sell your products, you need congruent marketing. Having an alliterative product name doesn't matter if your services don't solve your clients' problems, if you can't communicate why your product matters, or if you can't connect to the values of the people you're trying to serve. […]

With everything going on in the world and in the US right now, we need more people speaking up. Speaking up and speaking out feels scary and difficult, but it doesn't have to. There will always be pushback from the people that benefit from the current systems of power, but you're a good person, and […]
Juventus SMASH Napoli in a massive statement win — and the best part? Juve's key guys are rolling at the PERFECT time of the season. In this reaction, we break down what made the performance so dominant: the intensity, the tactical edge, who stood out, and why this could be the moment Juventus truly hit top gear. Was this Juve's most complete display in weeks? In an MLM (or any pyramid scheme for that matter) most people are losing money, and only those at the very top stand to gain anything. Is online business the same thing? It certainly can be! When money is made by selling the idea of money, shit gets sticky. And while financial success isn't guaranteed […]
Top Five Playlists of podcasts should always include the LAMBcast, especially the MOTM episodes. No one should be missing out on the conversation about this 2000 film starring John Cusack and the breakout role of Jack Black. Tony Cogan and Matthew Simpson are our international guests this week to talk about an Novel set in London, transferred to a movie set in Chicago. If you love the vibe of an indie record store, how could you resist joining us for this week's conversation. You will get some insight into the human psyche as well as a little musical commentary. The LAMB community picked this film as the music genre film they most wanted to hear about, so join us hereabout.
Danny and Lee return for another bumper, huge episode. They start by talking about the last minute defeat at home to Doncaster. One mistake from Bishop has cost us 3 points or is that harsh as he kept us in the game and was rightfully on for MOTM. They discuss the big talking point of the week and the talking point around the ground on Saturday and that's our finances and how close are we to be running out of money, investment, selling the club altogether and everything else regarding our ownership structure. They finish by discussing 2 new signings, one we will recognise and one is a brand new face in the door. The horrible transfer rumour doing the rounds and all other transfer news and rumours. Thanks to our sponsors Fletcher Fabrications and Simon/Ori Carr for sponsoring us this season. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
If you want more followers, you need to be a leader. Look, we're in an epidemic of cowardice so when someone has the gall to stand for something, they stand out. When I look around at the current “leadership” online—and in the “real” world for that matter—there are no morals and no integrity to be […]
Richie McCormack and former Ireland manager Brian Kerr are on hand to bring you immediate reaction to the quite uneventful match between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Newcastle United in the first of our Newstalk live commentaries. The Sunday Kickback on Off The Ball is presented by William Hill

Every online business coach out there will tell you to raise your prices, so let me be the one to tell you that there's nothing wrong with keeping your prices affordable. You can raise your prices if you want, but it's not the only way. Just make sure whatever your prices are, they're not so […]
There's always some negative talk around this time of year around New Years resolutions and in my opinion, it's a tired conversation. If setting a resolution gets you closer to doing the dam thing, then I'm all for it. Seasonality is real, so if starting January 1 works for you—great. If starting in the spring […]
The best part of owning your own business is the fact that you can run this thing however the hell you want. Anything you dream can become your reality. 2026 is just a few short weeks away so I wanted to chat about my online business predictions for the upcoming year and—spoiler alert—they look a hell of a lot alike the predictions I made going in to 2024. Change is hard and it takes a long-ass time, so let that be a sign to […]

If you want to do some serious growing, you're going to have to slow down for a time. It's like a slingshot—you've gotta pull the rubberneck backwards before there's any forward acceleration. Slowing down can feel like losing, so before you quit in the slow down, make sure you give yourself enough time and a […]
By executive action, "Santa Jaws" was chosen to be the MOTM for our December Christmas themed MOTM. The cheesy nature of the film encouraged a great number of puns, bad jokes, and alternative endings and title for a sequel. Let's face it, if you choose to watch a film called "Santa Jaws" you know what you are getting into. Our resident shark movie expert and former host of this podcast, Jay Cluitt, joins fan Jeanette Ward, skeptic Matthew Simpson, and up for almost anything Aaron Neuwirth, for a raucous hour of appreciation and derisiveness. " Hey, this is classic global-warming. Non-indigenous species species roaming into unfamiliar territories. It happens all...""You are not listening to me! That is not a shark, that is Santa Jaws! It's Santa Jaws."
We all know that change takes time, but sometimes we underestimate how long that time really will be, or we let the fact that it does take so long sabotage us—maybe we start out strong, but when we don't see results ASAP, we slip back into old habits. That's why the real secret to making […]
There's plenty of talk about what we might be missing in our relationships, but do you sometimes feel like you're missing something in your business? It's okay to feel dissatisfied with some aspect of your business, but you gotta get clear on what it is you're missing if you want to be able to fix […]
Matthew Simpson from the Awesome Friday Podcast, shows why he is awesome by taking over the hosting duties for the November MOTM. The Genre for November was sports films, and a lot of votes came in, ultimately the Gold Medal went to 1993' "Cool Runnings" the Disney film about the Jamaican Bobsled team in the 1988 Winter Olympics. His guests this week ate "The Vern" from Cinema Recall and Matt Poirier of the Direct to Video Connoisseur. You get some Disney Talk, some John Candy opinions, and an enthusiastic review of a family film. The Exit Question follow up n Olympic Dreams (or in the case of the Vern, Nightmares). "C'om Have a listen mon".
Are you selling out by selling on Black Friday? Maybe! Like all things in online business and life, there's nuance here, but ultimately it boils down to the way you run your business the other 364 days of the year. Yes, consumer culture is toxic, but we can't take it down by pretending it doesn't […]
Ireland v Australia. Italy v South Africa. Scotland v Argentina. Wales v Japan. How good. Not done with just talking to George Ford straight after his MOTM performance against the All Blacks, Ben Youngs & Dan Cole are back in the For The Love Of Rugby studio to dissect the rest of the weekend's biggest games!
The Boss Babes and the Brochachos of the online business space just keep spewing bullshit about what it takes to succeed, and I can't sit idly by and let people think they're telling the truth. There are people who would treat online business like a pyramid scheme, but there is a better way—a way that […]

If you're attracting the perfect clients for your business, then I'm happy for you. But for a lot of people, it takes some trial and error to start getting the right clients into their ecosystem who not only fit your avatar, but are ready to invest and start taking action. So how do you find […]
If you didn't know, regenerative farming is a practice that aims to restore soil health and natural ecosystems—in other words, to leave the earth better and healthier than you've found it. Businesses are built on solutions to problems, so are you any good at solving problems? Do you know your shit? There are a million ways to market your services, but knowing what you're doing will always be effective. When you know your shit, people trust you and value your expertise, and they buy from you. As always, the October MOTM is horror themed, but for a time, the horror was our communities indecision. Twice films tied for the selection, executive action resolved the dilemma and "Re-Animator" from 1985 is our film this week. A horror film filled with gore and comedy seems like a perfect choice, but a couple of the guests were less than enthusiastic, and it may surprise you as to who. If your favorite band of the 1980s is Talking Heads, you are going to love this movie. It may be classified as a zombie film, but it is closer to the mad scientist trope of horror, in spite of the large number of living dead. Bruce Abbot, Jeffrey Combs and Barbara Crampton star in the film, but David Gale may be the antenna topper that makes it memorable.
I don't know if you've noticed, but the internet sucks now. And when I say the “internet” what I really mean is Instagram and Threads. The algorithm only rewards either rage bait or meaningless slop, and I'm not having fun the way I used to online. But social media isn't going anywhere and it's also […]
Y'all know I have a love-hate relationship with my Last Minute Lucys, but as much as I can't understand them, I have an even bigger problem with my Day After Danielles. I make a big deal out of my open and closed cart launches so no one is lost on when they can buy. So […]
I've been podcasting since 2018, so I've got this shit down to a science. I've got a team working with me on this podcast, but on my second show (ChatGPT Curious) I do it all by myself. Running a podcast isn't a zero-effort activity, don't get me wrong, but it's not as time-consuming as people […]
There will come a time in your business when you're ready to retire one of your products or services, for whatever reason. Do it. You don't need a million reasons, and it doesn't need to be complicated, you can just retire something when it no longer works for you. I'm doing it now! Let's chat. […]
Increasing your prices isn't necessarily bad, but there's a difference between raising your prices fairly and screwing over your customers for the sake of profit. There are times and places that makes sense for increasing prices, and with some foresight and planning, no one needs to get screwed over. It doesn't need to be more […]
If you're running an online business, I cannot recommend highly enough to have a high-ticket offer. It's the fastest and best way to start making money online and building a business that doesn't perpetuate the same bullshit we've always seen. I know that deciding how to price, create, and run your high-ticket offers can be […]
