In der besetzten Ostukraine und auf der Krim geht ihnen der Sprit aus und ukrainische Drohnenangriffe drohen die Landverbindungen der Krim und damit deren Versorgung zu unterbrechen. Host Kai Küstner spricht darüber mit Wilfried Jilge von der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Auswärtige Politik. “Ich gehe davon aus, dass Putin zunächst weiter eskaliert”, sagt der Ukraine- und Osteuropa-Experte im Interview. Womit aus Sicht Jilges auch klar ist, dass die Europäer die Ukraine stärker unterstützen und eigene Lücken schließen müssen. Eine schlechte Nachricht für den Westen Europas kommt aus Berlin und Paris: Das gemeinsame Rüstungsprojekt FCAS ist Geschichte – und damit die Entwicklung eines neuen Kampfjets. Dieses Scheitern analysiert Streitkräfte- und Strategien-”Neuzugang" Peter Hornung. Der bisherige ARD-Südasien-Korrespondent kennt sich mit Krisen (Afghanistan, Indien, Pakistan) sowie Osteuropa bestens aus. Für Peter ist das FCAS-Scheitern ein Aus mit Ansage: Die beteiligten Firmen Dassault und Airbus stritten sich schon lange über Zuständigkeiten, und auch von den Regierungen angestoßene Vermittlungsversuche blieben erfolglos. Was ein Symbol für enge Zusammenarbeit in der Rüstungsindustrie sein sollte, ist jetzt ein Symbol der Uneinigkeit der Europäer. Zwar wird versucht, Teile des Projektes zu retten. Den europäischen Kampfjet aber wird es nun nicht geben und so werden die Europäer wohl wieder bei den Amerikanern kaufen müssen. In der vierten Folge der Reihe „Verhindert die Politik echte Teilhabe?“ spricht Sascha Lang mit Wilfried Oellers, dem Teilhabepolitischen Sprecher der CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion. Dabei geht es nicht nur um politische Konzepte, sondern auch um die Frage, warum viele Menschen mit Behinderung das Gefühl haben, dass Veränderung oft zu langsam passiert. Wilfried Oellers beschreibt seinen Weg in die Politik und erklärt, warum ihn insbesondere soziale Themen und Teilhabepolitik geprägt haben. Sascha Lang konfrontiert ihn dabei immer wieder mit kritischen Stimmen aus der Behindertenbewegung. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Frage, ob Politik echte Inklusion tatsächlich vorantreibt oder ob bürokratische Prozesse Teilhabe eher verhindern. Diskutiert werden unter anderem die Situation auf dem Arbeitsmarkt und die Zukunft der Werkstätten für behinderte Menschen. Dabei prallen unterschiedliche Sichtweisen aufeinander – zwischen Schutzräumen, Übergängen in den ersten Arbeitsmarkt und echter Selbstbestimmung. Auch die Verantwortung von Unternehmen und Gesellschaft wird intensiv angesprochen. Wilfried Oellers macht deutlich, dass Inklusion nicht allein durch Gesetze entstehen kann. Sascha Lang hinterfragt gleichzeitig, warum viele gesetzliche Regelungen in der Praxis trotzdem nicht konsequent umgesetzt werden. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt ist die Barrierefreiheit in Deutschland und die Frage, warum es hier noch immer massive Defizite gibt. Das Gespräch beleuchtet zudem die Rolle des Behindertengleichstellungsgesetzes sowie notwendige Weiterentwicklungen im Allgemeinen Gleichbehandlungsgesetz. Kontrovers wird es besonders bei der Frage nach politischen Prioritäten und dem Tempo von Reformen. Sascha Lang spricht offen die Enttäuschung vieler Betroffener über politische Versprechen an. Wilfried Oellers verteidigt politische Prozesse, räumt aber gleichzeitig bestehende Probleme ein. Die Folge zeigt deutlich, wie komplex Inklusionspolitik zwischen Idealen, Finanzierung und Realpolitik geworden ist. Dabei wird immer wieder klar, dass echte Teilhabe weit mehr bedeutet als Symbolpolitik oder einzelne Projekte. Es geht um Selbstbestimmung, Sichtbarkeit und gleichberechtigte Chancen in allen Lebensbereichen. Eine intensive Diskussion mit klaren Positionen, kritischen Nachfragen und spannenden politischen Einblicken.
