Dans la tête d'un arbitre de Jiu Jitsu Brésilien ! On parle souvent des combattants, des coachs… mais rarement de ceux qui vivent chaque combat de l'intérieur, à quelques centimètres de l'action et des combats : les arbitres.Dans cet épisode avec Wilfried Sam, on plonge dans la tête d'un arbitre officiel de la CFJJB pour découvrir la face cachée de ce rôle qui peut être soumis à une grosse pression.

Nous nous rendons aujourd'hui dans les campagnes de Centrafrique, où les villages restent caractérisés par l'architecture des cases, habitations traditionnelles faites à base de matériaux naturels collectés dans la forêt. C'est le cas par exemple au village de Bobangui, dans le sud-ouest du pays. Dans cette localité, les cases symbolisent l'héritage culturel et participent à la création d'un paysage architectural unique. Mais aujourd'hui, ces bâtisses font face au défi de la modernité. Si certains continuent de préserver les modes de construction traditionnels, d'autres cherchent à améliorer les anciennes méthodes. Le village de Bobangui, en Centrafrique, semble perdu au cœur d'une forêt dense de la Lobaye. Vu d'en haut, il est dessiné sur un terrain plat d'une forme rectangulaire. Une fois passée la barrière en bois qui se trouve à l'entrée, des centaines de cases traditionnelles sont visibles. Ici, c'est la concession de Grégoire, un cultivateur. Âgé d'une quarantaine d'années, il est en train de construire sa propre case : « Ce style de construction, nous l'avions hérité de nos ancêtres. Comme vous le voyez, nous sommes en train d'implanter des poteaux en bois solides dans le sol, avant de développer le mur en terre battue. Cela nous permet de stabiliser et de protéger la case contre la pluie torrentielle et les vents violents. » Pour l'avancement des travaux, les enfants sont chargés d'apporter la paille, le raphia et le bambou utilisés pour le tressage de la toiture. Les femmes, elles, puisent de l'eau pour la confection des briques en terre pétrie : « C'est un travail à la chaîne très complémentaire. Nous, les hommes, nous nous occupons de l'élévation des murs et des travaux de finition tels que le crépissage, le damage du sol, l'embellissement des murs et le tressage de la toiture. Nous utilisons des matériaux 100% naturels issus de la forêt. Ici, on transforme la nature brute sans aucun objet moderne. » À lire aussiTata Somba: un habitat traditionnel à préserver « Ce type de maison est adapté pour accueillir tout le monde » Ces cases sont généralement divisées en deux chambres et un salon. Selon Nicodème, un habitant de Bobangui, elles sont conçues de manière à valoriser la solidarité, la proximité et l'amour du prochain : « Notre société est constituée de familles nombreuses. Les membres de familles issus de différentes générations vivent ensemble soit dans la même maison, soit dans la même concession. C'est pourquoi ce type de maison est adapté pour accueillir tout le monde. Une maison de ce type peut avoir une durée de vie de vingt ans avant que nous ne songions à en construire une autre. » Mais aujourd'hui, à Bobangui, certains habitants s'inspirent des normes de construction occidentales pour améliorer la fabrication des cases. Wilfried en fait partie : « J'ai utilisé des tôles, des briques et des ciments pour construire cette maison. Dans ce contexte actuel dominé par le changement climatique et les inondations, il nous faut des maisons solides construites par des maçons compétents. Comme source d'énergie, j'ai installé des panneaux solaires qui me permettent d'avoir un poste téléviseur et de quoi recharger mes appareils. C'est une maison de quatre chambres. » Mais une chose est sûre : à Bobangui comme dans les autres villages du pays, avoir une maison est synonyme de responsabilité et de liberté. September im Münchner Hofbräuhaus. Was das nun wieder für ein Happening ist und wer dort sonst noch performen soll, verraten wir euch natürlich auch.
