We spreken met Michiel Muller (co-founder PicNic supermarkt) over zijn bedrijf en het belang van het verkrijgen van de voordeursleutel van de consument. Is dat eng? Misschien... maar ook ontzettend spannend; commercieel gezien. Verder spraken we Dennis de Vroe, product manager Smart Locks van Assa Abloy Nederland over de Yale ENTR (+ getest!) en bespreken we de Nest Hello slimme deurbel. Later volgt nog een podcast over die specifieke producten. Rectificatie: Nick zegt net voor het interview met Dennis dat er geen onderzoek wordt gedaan naar API's / koppelingen door Yale - dit was niet inhoudelijk zijn bedoeling. Echter wat hij daarmee bedoelde, is dat Yale op dit moment nog geen directe koppelingen beschikbaar heeft, dus daarom het niet zo is dat er directe koppelingen tussen ENTR en third party bestaan. We discuss how the placement of a smart video doorbell is more effective at identifying a persons face than traditional security cameras.  There are multiple smart doorbells on the market, ring and nest are the dominate players in the market and I have tested and used both on my home. I personally use the nest hello doorbell for several reasons.
