The Chicago Bears have been looking for a QB for decades, and that remains the case after they traded away once 1st Rd pick Justin Fields to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fields had been severely up-and-down in his time in the WINDY CITY, however being only 25 years old he still had much room to grow. The Bears somehow though were only able to get a conditional 6th Rd draft pick in return, that could become a 4th Rd pick if Fields plays 51% of the time.
