The case is wide ranging involving 33 states and the District of Columbia. Live Nation will not appeal any of the verdicts. The Riverfront Music Garden, adjacent to the Center for Performing Arts, was officially opened yesterday. Mayor Deegan dedicated the park to Jacksonville's musical legacy, recognizing artists like Ray Charles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tim McGraw, and others, including local favorite JJ Grey who was in attendance.

The Poth High School Mighty Pirate Band is ready April 23 to participate in the Battle of Flowers Band Festival in Alamo Stadium during Fiesta San Antonio.
