    DEMA Live will be joined by Leading By The Reins-Programs Director Mike Branch.  He will discuss leadership in the private sector and how as a "Horse Whisper" he has been able to teach others how to become effective leaders.  We will also talk about what you can expect from his presentation at the 2015 DEMA Convention.   “It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider is nuts, the horse bolts,” wrote Nicholas Evans, author of The Horse Whisperer. This applies not just to riders, but to leaders of people as well. Internationally-recognized horseman Mike Branch joins the DEMA Convention to discuss what he learned working with horses, and how many of the same principles can be used to make better leaders. In this presentation, Mike will focus on the seven characteristics of a good leader and the essential nature of communication in getting others to believe in that leadership.
