Who am I and why do I do what I do? Well, I'm Andrew Marsham - An online fitness coach from just outside Glasgow who was once a young man with all of the following qualities - Absolutely zero confidence - No self esteem - Small - Skinny And needless to say I was absolutely desperate for a change. I got bullied a lot, and it made me feel small and insignificant on a regular basis. I probably still have a chip on my shoulder today because of it, if I'm honest My journey into building muscle, getting an athletic looking physique and ultimately becoming confident in how I looked and who I was started like anyone else. Full of fear, confusion and doubt.
