“I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:” Deuteronomy 30:19 KJVSI was pondering on the power of the choices we make intentionally and those we make unintentionally by not making a choice. I will give you an example to illustrate. In thinking about a healthy lifestyle, a person who chooses to have a healthy lifestyle will most likely be intentional about regular exercise, their diet, medical check-ups and maybe daily vitamins. They do this not necessarily because they are unwell but because they know these activities promote daily healthy living and long life. On the other hand, another person may not do anything.
